Had some shirts that were wrong in color but the order was corrected. They gave me 12 shirts total with the new order and 3 extra in the order that wasn't correct. While their pricing is competitive, there are often production issues. I have often has to reject their work, so quality control is definitely an issue. Be sure to inspect everything they do, because you cannot assume it was made properly and according to specs. Customer service ranges from friendly (usually when you're placing an order) to rude, flip, clueless, and incompetent (usually when you need to pick up your order). I received an email stating that my order was ready. I went in to pick up my order and it was completely not done. I called the next day to check on my order because I paid for it to be rushed since I needed my order in a short notice. I wanted to make sure my order was being taken care of. The lady I spoke to started to give me all these excuses about why she didn't know why they would send me an email stating it was ready. Irrelevant and unnecessary for her to share with a customer. She even told me that the order could be damaged with removing previous work and that could be the delay in completing the order and asked if I was told that when I put my order in. NO I was not told that! I asked why someone didn't notify me if they couldn't do the work on the order, and again she said she didn't know. She then continued to tell me the process of everything in which was irrelevant because all I wanted to know was that someone was taking care of my order and wanting a FOLLOW UP. She continued to cut me off in the middle of me expressing that I needed this done by a specific date and the conversation escalated, soon enough she hung up on me!!! I couldn't believe that actually happened!! This was unprofessional by every standard and truly sad costumer service especially since my place of work has used them time and time again and has referred others to them. This has never happened with them before towards me but only things I have heard from others and now have read on yelp. I have watched their store grow from the first day Chad, the owner moved in next to our store. I came in with my husband and luckily another lady and Chad were able to give me answers about my order and said they would follow up with me the next day. That's all I was calling for in the FIRST place. Someone that cared about my order and knew what was happening with it. People having a bad day should not pick up the phone and represent a company that has helped so many in the community. UPDATE: Chad was able to track my order down and fix all the confusion. He even spoke with the person that hung up on me and apologized for what had happened. He also followed up with me all the way until my order was finished. I appreciate how speedy everything was and totally understand how busy they do get. Like I said this company has helped and created happiness threw out the community and can not entirely judge them on one person having a bad day. Allegedly, "good prices" -- Can't compare to any other because this is my first time ordering through a company to get my son's uniforms embroidered. Ordered 8 shirts and 2 jackets on 06/21/18 for a whopping - $201.58, so roughly $20 a piece - also, a month and a half BEFORE school started. Allegedly, "great customer service" -- WRONG! Was helped with a total of 5 DIFFERENT people, including the owner, and none of them showed even 'ok' customer service. NO emails NOR phone calls informing me that the uniforms were ready for pick up. Week of the first day of school .. my friend who ordered the same time as me was able to pick up hers and so I assumed my order would be ready as well. I work a full time job, Monday to Friday. Friday 08/03/18 (6 days before school started), I was able to take a long break, driving all the way from Henderson to Tenaya (40-50 min drive, considering construction and traffic). Half way through the drive, something in me was telling myself to call, so I did. Spoke with a fellow (didn't get his name), informed him of the situation and he hung up. Called again because I was again on my way to their store. Spoke with Kimberly (employee #2), she stated she was in charge. She attempted to look up my order and she stated that my order was NOT in their store. So very frustrated, I asked her what she would do now because AGAIN school starts in one week. She stated that she would look into it, even be able to waive the expedited shipping ($15) to get my order by Monday. She stated she would take care of it personally and get everything taken care of by Monday. Monday 08/06/18 comes... It is 5:40pm, there has not been any phone call regarding a follow up on a status and if my uniforms have been shipped. Spoke with Natalie (employee #3), she informed me that Kimberly had a family emergency so she had to leave early. She stated that she had no idea what I was talking about, letting me know that per Kimberly and my super important order that SHE was going to take care of, WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT IMPORTANT BECAUSE THE MESSAGE WAS NEVER RELAYED TO ANYBODY! So I had to tell my story ALL OVER AGAIN and asked Natalie what can she do now. She informed me that she will forward everything to productions and it should be taken care of by tomorrow. VERY frustrated and angry, I informed her that I will call her first thing to follow up on my order. I was nice enough to way until 1pm today, Tuesday (08/07/18) to call back. Spoke with Camille (employee #4), she stated that she had no idea what I was talking about.. I'm already pissed off from the first couple people that dropped the ball on my order so I had to retell my story and because this one couldn't handle my frustration, she hung up. I called again, Kimberly picked up. She put me on hold for about 10mins. I hung up to call again. She did NOT inform me that I was being transferred to the owner. Was now talking to Chad (owner, person #5)... Chad is an unprofessional, smart ass. He did NOT make the situation better, but to my opinion.. ALOT worst because he was the owner. Made me retell my story briefly and told me that I've called several times and was told that my order was ready by 3pm-4pm today. BULLSHIT, nobody told me that. All I got from them was "maybes" and uncertainty of what's going on with my order. Chad was informed that I am off by 5pm, and because of all the construction and traffic but that's rush hour, I needed HIS word that I am able to come in TODAY to pick up between 5-6pm. He answered, "Yeah didn't I say that 3-4 times already?" or with "Well, some times things fall through the crack and we do apologize but we're also very busy with all the other schools ordering from us".. BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH. Sorry Chad, but that's not really how you apologize to a VERY angry customer, WHO WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT AT FAULT! AND for the next angry customer you deal with, word of advice -- don't say things like "Yeah didn't I say that 3-4 times already?" LOL. What a joke. This company was given a month and a half to process my order. After confronting them of THEIR mistake, I was the one left to follow up after every single phone call made, to pick up my son's uniforms two days away from the first day of school, drive 40+ minutes and given all the million excuses in the world. This experience definitely does not get us excited for the first day of school. I hope no one else goes through this nonsense. read more

I had quite the experience. My son and I recently became partners and wanted to have embroidered shirts made with our logo. I was referred to American Stitch because of their great service and reputation. It started of great until our ordered got dropped due to unforeseen circumstances on their end. My order was then recovered 3 weeks later which is unusual for them since normally their delivery is quick. Unfortunately, it didn't stop there and a couple of other mishaps happened. Finally, everything was straightened out. I was pleased with their customer service and redeeming themselves. I must say their product is of the upmost professional style.
