I really wanted to give this place a chance, but my experience was frustrating from start to finish. The quality of the work was poor. The prints were dull, postcards and business cards were cut unevenly, missing or broken hardware they refuse to fix and the final products didn't meet even basic quality standards. The turnaround time was also far longer than what I was promised. I was told my order would be ready the next business day, but it ended up taking nearly a week. When I asked for clarification, the only explanation I got was that "the factory has its own turnaround times." If that's the case, why promise next-day service at all? It's misleading and shows a serious lack of communication between the shop and their production team. I've personally witnessed other customers come in upset about similar issues. Such as incorrect prints, bad quality, and missed deadlines. Unfortunately, I experienced the same. The employees at the shop are polite but seem to have no control over the actual production, which is handled by their "factory," 777sign. That's where everything seems to fall apart. To make things worse, I was told I could get my order the same day only if I paid double. I was also quoted different prices for the same product by different staff members. If you do decide to buy from them, make sure to confirm the price per square foot yourself. Consistency is clearly not their strong suit. If you want cheap and don't mind poor quality and broken promises, this is your place. Otherwise, spend a little more at another local print shop that values your time and delivers what they promise. Do not go to this company. Both the salespeople and the manager behave like thugs. Their unprofessional attitude and failure to resolve customer issues promptly are extremely disappointing. I ordered a yard sale sign, and the salesperson knew I needed it to be mounted on a post. However, when I went to pick it up, I found that there were no holes in the board -- absolutely ridiculous. I suggested a solution and asked for two holes to be made, but the salesperson refused and said, "That's just how the board comes." Their attitude was all about pushing responsibility away and not solving the problem. I had no choice but to go to Home Depot, spend my own money on tools and materials, and hire a worker to drill the holes because I had promised my client the sign would be up in front of the house the next day. The way their company handled the issue the next day was shocking. The staff made an insulting remark, saying, "You just want a refund, don't you?" The manager didn't propose any reasonable solution -- instead, they tried to "resolve" the issue with a bullying and threatening attitude. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. If I don't speak up, I truly feel like I'm being bullied. This is how their company deals with problems -- you should be cautious. Do you really think your sales representative didn't know what I needed? This is the sample she sent me, and I clearly confirmed that this is the type of "Yard For Sale" sign I wanted. Tell me -- how is it supposed to be hung up without two holes? The final sign I received had no holes at all. Don't I have the right to question that? Don't I have the right to ask for what was clearly needed? Your salesperson's first response was, "That's just how it comes -- we don't provide holes." I don't need you to offer me a discount for next time -- first of all, I will never hire your company again. Secondly, what you need to do is take responsibility and actively resolve this mistake in a constructive way. Instead, your company retaliated by blocking the customer, avoiding responsibility, and refusing to face the issue -- which is exactly why this matter is now being discussed publicly on Yelp. I already explained to you: your salesperson immediately refused to correct the mistake and shifted 100% of the blame onto me. This left me with no choice but to spend more money to buy tools and materials, and hire someone to drill the holes -- something that would've taken your team just two minutes to do. Yet you refused to take responsibility or consider the situation from the customer's perspective. It is incredibly frustrating that, even knowing your team was at fault, you still tried to blame the customer. Even more shocking, after you knew I had already paid someone to drill the holes and that my client was expecting the sign to go up that very day, your response was simply, "Return the sign and I'll give you a refund." If you handle customer problems as carelessly and aggressively as you handle your business, then tell me -- how do you expect me to explain to my client why the sign wasn't installed as promised? read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Would NOT recommend. The only good thing i can say is ann was very kind and tried her best to solve the issues but i understood it became out of her hands. I'll start by saying i don't know much about prints which is why i initially went here..to hire the "professionals" to help i thought. Instead my first print job was cut off on the bottom and i asked them to fix it (they first made an excuse saying oh because it was outside of the "clear area" when it was drafted (mind you i don't even know what this means) but they clearly saw that and printed it anyways? They then realized it was a issue then offered to remake them, I said actually it's a bit blurry as well, so i offered to send them a different design that would appear clearer i was then charged again for a "new design" which was fine i paid it. I had a deadline and made this EXTREMELY clear to them! They not only didn't have it in time for the event i needed them for they also offered to drop them off and never did and gave me an excuse that the machine factory was down when i asked for a refund, I was then told i would have to pay AGAIN if i wanted them shipped to my home,So i was asked to pay 3 times.the first print job which they agreed wasn't cut correctly and was a bit blurry. I had to show up to the events empty handed and the manager had the audacity to tell me "I did you a courtesy favor by offering to drop them off to you and i stayed late to make sure i could, but the machine went out." Completely unprofessional i ended up paying twice for prints not done correctly and also not delivered on time. Waste of time and money!!!! read more
