Not only was it a few dollars cheaper than other locations in town, but how convenient to get my mail as I am flying in or out of town, as I often do? I was worried about the parking, but you get 15 minutes for free in Short Term Parking, which is enough time to park, walk in, get your mail, and walk out. There's even enough time to get any packages if there's no line. The downside? The location has 1 employee, and so the hours the post office keeps are shorter than other post offices. So when they've got your package, you have to catch them. They're supposed to be open until 4pm daily, but I showed up at 3pm one day to find the place completely shuttered. Hoping that was an isolated incident, as I love stopping by the airport any other time to grab my mail.

I was visiting Las Vegas from Hawaii and on our way back we were stopped by security because we had cookie butter and pesto in our carry on luggage. I had no idea about the restrictions of food in a paste substance, and I dont think I had even seen a sign regarding pastes in particular (although I could have just missed it). Upset by the way security started to treat me (a whole other review for the airport itself); but basically they kept insisting that I could just throw the items away or surrender the items to them. And if youre from Hawaii, you KNOW that you dont throw away Trader Joe's, ESPECIALLY cookie butter (that I had JUST bought that day, mind you). So I left the security check point a little aggravated. Now the airport is a bit big, but the post office is in the Terminal 1 I believe, on the second or third floor nearby the Security check for gates C and D. It was a quick 4 minute walk and luckily there was only one other customer there. There was one attendant there, but he greeted me very friendly and actually turned my mood around. He took one look at what I was carrying and said "Uh oh..did you find out about something upsetting?" :) That already started to make me smile. I went on to vent about the whole thing and he said "Ugh! No WAY can you throw out Trader Joes! I bet they just wanted to eat it." His jokes just made me laugh and my mood really started to change. He went above and beyond for me and turned the whole situation around. I was/am really grateful for what he did; anyone could have simply packed up my things and shipped it off. But he took the time to converse with me and actually made me feel better. I got my package in, with everything perfectly fine, two days later. I wish I could remember his name, but thank you to whoever you are. You really made my last memory of this Vegas trip, better. ^___^

Absolutely wonderful. Ed was great and even gave me some valuable info on advertising on my vehicle. I had been set up to get my signs done at another store, but they gave me the run around for a month. My wife found Posterhead online, and I went down the next day. The other place was somewhat of a friend set up, but Posterhead was same in price, great in quality, and tops in customer service. Much less expense than the national name shop I got an estimate from. Had a minor issue with 2 magnetic signs, Ed said no problem and whipped two more out. In all had 1- A frame sign, 6 magnetic signs, and 2 yard signs (corplast). I will definitely use them again and heartily endorse Posterhead for your business advertising signs. read more

I found Posterheads while working a trade show in Las Vegas. I had a last minute retractable banner I needed. The only company I found that could get it done was Posterheads. Ed made the process simple and I was able to pick up my banner that day. With the low price, I was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised when I saw how great the quality was. The stand was very sturdy - the banner material was high quality and the colors were vibrant. This week, they did another two banners for me last minute. Rather than remedy the situation the person representing the company opted to refuse me service and trash the failed banner they printed for me. Absolute fail on their part. I originally contacted Marcela earlier this summer. It was regarding a sign I needed done for my…read morestorefront. Although I didn't go with Ikon the first time around, I kept them in mind for potential future projects. Why? Because I was impressed by Marcela's promptness and responsiveness. Which seems to be rarer and rarer to find in this town when it comes to doing business with people. Fast forward four months later... For my second project, I needed custom artwork installed as perforated images on my front windows. I was going to hire another company who specifically advertised this type of work. The owner of this other company was extremely flaky. I had to do two follow up phone calls and email him the same week I first contacted him. He kept giving me flimsy excuses as to why he took so long. Well, guess what buddy? You won't be getting any business from me! Buh-bye! I mean, seriously. How hard it is to follow up with people who intend to pay you for a job?? I'm a business owner. I'm ALL about customer service. I don't understand how these other small companies are still around! After wasting my time with the other company, I then remembered Ikon Signs and how pleasant Marcela was to talk to. (The reason I didn't contact Ikon Signs to begin with, was because I thought all they did were signs.) So I called Marcela. Immediately got ahold of her. Asked her if they did perforated images for windows. She said they did. We got the quote and agreement done the same day. I sent her the images two days later. Then about a week later, my artwork was installed on my windows and it looks awesome! Gee! How about that? A great company with great customer service. What a concept! These other knuckle heads could learn a thing or two from Ikon Signs. Thank you Ikon Signs and Marcela!
