Located in the Smiths shopping center on Jones / Lake Mead. I have been a loyal customer of this Postnet for several years. They are GREAT. When my apartment complex decided that they were no longer accepting packages I had to think of alternative means. Every time I visit to pick up my mail it's always a pleasure. The owners of this location are so very friendly and are always going the extra mile. Even though I moved to the other side of town, I kept my business here! They even provide me with a courtesy call when I have a package. This saves me from having to make trips unnecessarily. Who does this? I created a business card for a friend and brought the design to Sue and Aru. They gave me a great price on printing and said it would be done by the following Tuesday. ( 3-days vs FedEx's 5-7 day wait - and a much better price) Comes Tuesday and I realize that it is getting late and that I had not yet picked up the cards for my client. I called Aru and told him that I would be by to pick them up. He said, "Well, I promised Tuesday and I have them here for you." I was across town but it seemed that I had enough time finish up and get to Aru before closing time at 6pm. However, the Christmas shoppers were already out and by the time I was headed home I saw that I couldn't make it to PostNet by 6. Dang. I guess tomorrow. ( Note: At this point I should have called and informed Aru that I wouldn't make it in time. I apologize, Aru ) So, "knowing" it would be tomorrow I took my time and even stopped to get a coffee on the way home. As I pull into the drive, my phone rings and it's Aru telling me that he is waiting for me. THIS IS AT 6:45!! OMG! I'll be right there. Fortunately, I live right around the corner and I was there in less than two minutes. Aru was waiting with the cards and a smile and he said, "Well, I promised Tuesday..." Who does this? The proprietor at the PostNet inside Smith's Food on the corner of Vegas Drive and Jones was excellent. Pricing for passport photos were in between $7-$8, I forget exactly. That's half the cost of Walgreens and the Post Office. They charge $14.99+. Not only did he ensure I understood where to go since most Post Offices that once completed passport applications no longer do. He had applications on hand and reviewed the sections with me that I need to complete. Although I knew I appreciated his effort and concern and listened. Flat $2 rate for printing from a USB drive- then 25 cents a page black and white. I found that a bit steep, but I was in a hurry. When they saw I was paying cash, they waived the page fee as I only had a single-page. This spot is inside the Smith's grocery and run by a super-cute Indian couple who were quick and friendly. Yelp check in offer for $6 passport photos. Their signage seems to indicate that they may specialize in photo printing, but I didn't ask about pricing. read more

The Gentleman that works there is by far the friendliest I've dealt with when it comes to mailing anything. The postal service and fed ex places I've been to have been terrible. I started going here since I was in my teenage years. I used to live by there but now I live so far but still prefer this postnet location from other places. I mailed using fed ex once and when it was delivered it arrived to my mom all torn into pieces (fed ex) Postnet always secures my mail and assures me it will be delivered with no rips or dents etc. He always comes through. I will always continue to go to him and this postnet. He always remembers me no matter how many months in between. If I can rate 10 stars I would. Keep up the hospitality my friend. They took passports pics , even customized special size pic for Korean visa pics . They are nice and fast , good service . Mr. Aru of PostNet (inside Smith's) is something of a Yelp celebrity. I mentioned this to him when I visited his PostNet branch on N Jones. Because he's modest, he just smiled rather shyly & denied this. I don't regularly go to PostNet-type places to mail out stuff, but I needed to get some passport photos taken, plus mail out some documents afterwards. We went to Mr. Aru's PostNet & didn't regret our decision. Everyone at this PostNet was nice, helpful, patient & friendly. On top of that, they charge about half of what others charge for a set of 2 passport photos. I called about 4-5 other businesses to check. $15 for a couple of 2"x2" passport pics is no go, not in my book. Because $15 x 2 = $30. $30 for 4 small pieces of paper & some ink is a little steep. At PostNet, it's $6 x 2. That's $12, & actually less than half of what others charge. There was some issue with my photos that day but Mr. Aru promised that he'd call to let us know as soon as everything was OK. True to his word, we received a call from him the following day. I was supposed to write my name on the back of my photos, too, but he said he would ask the missus to do this for me. Thanks for everything, Mr. Aru :) read more

Needed some stuff printed on a 24-36 hour turnaround in Vegas. We were flying in from Boston and saw these guys had good reviews on Yelp. Turned out they lived up to the hype. Reliable and in expensive. I'd recommend them 100%. The only thing to know is they're in a supermarket so don't expect them to be a stand-alone business when you drive up. read more

I called Aru at PostNet for a special package(s) delivery to go from Summerlan to Orlando, FL and originally my package was sitting at UPS thanks to my Dad having the four boxes wrapped, sealed and boxed! This is were the story begins....I received a call to confirm and the bill would be $890 for everything and shipped within 5 business days as today is Monday and need it there by Friday. I thought that this price was pretty outrageous - so I called around and knew FedEx was a good alternative. This is when I contacted Aru at PostNet - Summerlan and could not have been happier. Aru took care of all my needs and promised me it would be delivered to my destination on time for Friday evening. His quote was for $219 and the rest is History! I will from this point on Use PostNet and with the help of Aru, I look forward in using her services from now on! I recently took a package to another Post Net location that did not require any postage. They took the package and 5 days later it came back. I asked the owner of this Post Net location and he stated that they did not tell me that it had to be removed from the original box and shipped in a different way. The owner took the package, repackaged it and shipped it for me without even charging me anything. I also got the BEST deal on a Pass Port photo! Other locations were quoting $7.99 plus but they charged me only $5.99. I also found out they can ship DHL- this is the best place to get all your shipping, pass port needs in one location!
