I've been going here to drop off my packages that are pre-labeled since they are contracted for most carriers, but only if I've missed my mailman or can't make it to the Post office. The staff is never friendly, doesn't acknowledge when you walk into the business, which these days seems so unsafe to not turn around to see who is walking into your business. That's just one instance, but after my packages weren't scanned in yesterday & I doubt I missed USPS pick up. I definitely won't be back again. read more

Everything Michael and Cheryl are great. When I have heavy stuff to carry out to the car, they help me carry it. I always have a smile on their face. I just really like going there. I've been there over 16 years. read more

Service is always great! Value is great with great prices. They do domestic and international service. Thank you!

This place is awesome. Gives more of a mom and pop feel. Their prices are actually cheaper than the UPS and FedEx stores. And you support a small business. They ship with everyone. Also has kids toys on the cheap! Great place all around. Thankfully UPS was packed and I found this place. Also here you are mostly dealing with the Owner directly instead of today's usual under paid over worked employee who has no vested interest like they would if they owned the place! Only coming here from now on & if that long line at UPS knew they were around the corner they would all be there too. read more

It took me a long time to choose this location. I visited them so often I am sure they thought I was a stalker. But, I just wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. And boy am I happy I did. They are fantastic. Mike and DJ are so very helpful. They made sure I had all the information I needed and took me through the process step by step. I could not have asked for better customer service. And the price is great. I just needed someplace to receive occasional packages to keep my deliveries safe from porch pirates. But, this location offers so much more. I am so happy to have found them. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about Alpha Mailbox. read more

I use Alpha mail for all packages I am mailing. They are kind, prompt and considerate. Good place to go!

Wow so an underaged girl who was working there almost charged me for a 4 month price for 3 months wow! Lucky I caught it, I was being charged $80 for a $60 service!!! HELLO? After purchasing the corected priced mailbox, I updated my address with Usps and I received an email saying that my new updated address is not eligible for informed delivery, therefore I'm paying for a mailbox which mail cannot be sent to. I called Alpha 5 minutes ago, while telling the women who I was and what my name was, she goes " I know who you are you are that big rude guy!" Wow how distrusting, where's your customer service? I left my name and number and will be waiting for a call from the owner tomorrow. Two thumbs down the lady at the front has a terrible attitude! read more

These people are great. Helpful and even let you use their tape. The post office will make you hate human beings. Alpha mailbox gives me hope for humanity. read more

I was looking for a temporary place to send our mail while we moved from Denver to Vegas. After reading the reviews about the local Post Office service around here losing packages and horrific customer service I knew I wouldn't be happy renting a box there. The entire set up process here took less than five minutes, including waiting for the man in front of me to take care of his package pickup. Just needed to show two forms of ID and sign in three places. I like the fact that they give you a key to the front door for 24 hour access and you get a true street address...not just a P.O. number. They also sign for packages for you and notify you by email. The worker there was courteous and efficient. Wasn't forced to enter any monthly contracts either, which is great because I will only be needing it for a short time. I can't comment on the reliability yet, as I haven't even used it, but it seems like a pretty straightforward biz with no hassles so far. read more

This is easy. These guys are simply the best! I had a challenging business situation and needed help. They went out of their way and far exceeded my expectations. They provide fast, friendly, professional assistance at a VERY reasonable rate. TIP: looks like there are a couple negative reviews from 2016 and later. After speaking with the owner and his wife, pretty sure those reviews are BEFORE they purchased the business. Jim Lewis read more

Very friendly staff and reasonably priced. Staff was knowledgeable in the various shipping methods.

So disgusted with this store. The lady who works in front (Christina)has a very bad attitude. I really miss the lady from before... It never ceases to amaze me how people only have a problem when something directly happens to them. There were Black customers being harassed in the store by a racist and instead of addressing the situation she brushed it off. It was brought to her attention and also the Manager's attention. She was in the store as it happened but the excuse was that she was so busy she didn't hear the racist remarks...so it wasn't her problem. She's a Black woman herself yet she didn't seem to understand or believe why the customers were upset about the racist, disparaging comments the man made in the store about Black people. The Manager made up excuse after excuse for her lack of action and deflected the situation onto the customers getting upset. I believe she just wanted to ignore the situation and only became upset when the other customers were upset by her lack of action. I myself was shushed, told to be quiet and treated rudely when I asked about the situation without yelling. After speaking with the Manager it didn't really matter in the end. Just a waste of energy. Both of them are in denial about the poorly handled situation. Christina's rude, defensive, nonchalant attitude about the situation was disgusting. The Manager had no problem with it. He's an enabler with a poorly trained employee. The situation could have easily been diffused by telling the man to be quiet or leave just like the Manager said to me when I was simply trying to find out what happened. If you fail to address customers being racially harassed and disparaged in your store don't be surprised when people get upset by your lack of care and you loose business. No one should disrespect anyone in the store including you. After over 8 years of going to this store I know to take my business elsewhere. Just like you expect to be respected so do your customers. read more

great staff who really helped me out, far better than the UPS store across the street. They suggested that I repackage an item to make the shipping cheaper, and even did the repacking for me. Highly recommended. read more

I needed a document Notarized and called around my area to find a very friendly person behind the other end at Alpha Mailbox. Artie answered my questions and was super helpful! Once I arrived I noticed this place has tons of cute little trinkets and fun things to look at while waiting in line. When it was my turn I was helped promptly and with a smile and a apology for my wait. Artie gave excellent service and was able to notarize my item quickly and with ease. I paid 5$ for one signature if you need more then one it is 2$ for each additional. I definitely recommend this place! read more

I love this place! Every time I have been in here the staff is very helpful! They always check every possible shipping company to make sure I get the best deal and the quickest delivery. They are always pleasant and courteous. Last Christmas there was an employee who went out of his way and over and above to help me get my packages to my destination in time for Christmas. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes and usually there is no line at all. They also have cute cards to look through and all the packing items you might need. I will always choose Alpha Mailbox for my mailing and shipping! read more

I have used Alpha Mailbox for happily for years now. (Definitely should have submitted a review sooner but after my recent experience it was a must) My original reason for choosing Alpha Mailbox for my mailing services came down to value and convenience. Of which they won out by leaps and bounds from all others in my comparison. Their polite and courteous owner operator staff make the daily visit a pleasure. The ease of access to from 95, the ability to shop for groceries, pick up dry cleaning, supplements and even a sub all without having to change parking spots works out perfectly. It wasn't until recently speaking with the new owner (Dominic), (don't worry all of the same great staff is still there) complimenting him on how great the new renovations looked that some small talk turned to why I felt it necessary to write this review. When you have a chance to meet Dominic you will instantly notice that he does not carry a native Vegan accent, but one with a bit O English flair. After confirming that he came from the UK, I inquired why he and his family moved to Las Vegas? he answered "The American opportunity". I then asked him if it was a legal hassle to become an American business owner coming from England . He briefly shared the rigorous criteria to stay legal and compliant. After learning this and seeing his dedication to his customers along with his passion to building America and giving back when so many are taking and tearing it down resonated deep with me. It is so refreshing to find a business owner/business that is committed to offering not only a superior service but an an ongoing personal experience. I encourage anyone who needs all of the business services (shipping, mailing, digitizing, notarizing, etc...) that Alpha Mailbox has to offer to use Alpha Mailbox, you will not be disappointed! read more
