They fax, make copies, make keys and even a Notary. Bill, the owner and worker and his newest employee J are trustworthy, very helpful and absolutely knows what the heck they are doing when it comes to any mail and any personal packages. They greet you kindly and are very patient with people. This place is complete just like the big name brand shops. They have all different size boxes, envelopes, packing materials, special occasion cards etc... The Post Office has what they call Informed Delivery you can sign up for so you know what you'll be receiving for the day's mail, Bill does the same thing with an email. Bill lets people sell their unique items for purchase too, cute things with personal touches. He and his customers also help out with donations for animal's in need. His pricing is comparable for a small business owner and I'd rather go to his shop than wait in a super long line at the post office or the bigger impersonal name brand shops. Bill's small business is just as good in all aspects and more personable in my opinion. The busiest months start in the month of October to Mid December. The best time to go there is when they open or before 10:30 am or after 2pm, but better after 4pm to closing. You'll eventually know the delivery times from all the Logistic Companies including the Regular Post Office mail so you can better time your pickups and deliveries. Great small business and a Good Owner. Respectfully.

The entire set up process here took less than five minutes, including waiting for the man in front of me to take care of his package pickup. Just needed to show two forms of ID and sign in three places. I like the fact that they give you a key to the front door for 24 hour access and you get a true street address...not just a P.O. number. They also sign for packages for you and notify you by email. The worker there was courteous and efficient. Wasn't forced to enter any monthly contracts either, which is great because I will only be needing it for a short time. I can't comment on the reliability yet, as I haven't even used it, but it seems like a pretty straightforward biz with no hassles so far.

The staff is never friendly, doesn't acknowledge when you walk into the business, which these days seems so unsafe to not turn around to see who is walking into your business. That's just one instance, but after my packages weren't scanned in yesterday & I doubt I missed USPS pick up. I definitely won't be back again.

Unfortunately, after today's experience, I will absolutely not be returning. For starters, this location does not accept pre-labeled USPS packages, which was already an inconvenience. Today, I thought I was there for a pickup because I have several pickups scheduled in the near future. I walked in, and the male employee was initially quick to help. The first thing I said was, "That's weird, I don't have a barcode for the pickup. It's just a code." A female employee then came from the side, said, "Oh, you should have a barcode," and put a piece of paper in my face showing me what it should look like. I told her, "I know what it looks like," and chuckled because I was simply confused about why I had received a code instead. I then realized I had made a mistake -- my items weren't there because it was actually a drop-off, not a pickup. As soon as I said that, the female employee grabbed the paper and scanner abruptly & walked away, and went right back to what she had been doing. I was literally the only customer in the mail center at the time. It wasn't the mistake that bothered me. Mistakes happen. It was the attitude and complete lack of customer service that made the experience so unpleasant. After leaving, I looked at the Yelp reviews and, unfortunately, the number of complaints about the customer service here was very fitting with what I experienced myself. I ship hundreds of packages weekly and have plenty of options when it comes to where I take my business. I will not be using this mail center again. Please save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Like others would say zero stars if I could
