Quick service and great staff! Fingerprinting can be an awkward process letting someone hold your hand, but the workers here are very generous and thoughtful. In and out in a short matter of time -- would recommend read more

Receptionist at the front is incredibly rude and not welcoming or friendly at all. The actual person who took my fingerprints was nice but quiet and did not talk or explain what would be happening and just took my fingers and pressed them at her pace. Overall very quick, out within 12 minutes but not sure if I would return just because of the atmosphere. read more

I came here the other morning after visiting Key Realty schools admissions office. My school highly recommended them out of the list of companies provided for fingerprint services. Not in the best area of town, but it was close to the schools admissions office that I already had to drive to. I agree with the recommendation given by the school because of the value... they offered a fair price. The staff was very organized, efficient and friendly. My opinion is based off of comparisons to other fingerprint companies I have been to in the past decade.... Usually a totally opposite experience is expected. read more

Expertise FRIENDLY and professional, no wait time. This was my 3rd time using this particular facility.

From the moment I opened the door to the moment I left, it was 6 minutes. Crazy fast and friendly service.

Very fast and professional service. No appointments needed. And it really is true... in and out in less than 15 minutes!

I came here for fingerprinting for work. The service was so amazingly fast. The ladies there were really nice. I had all my paperwork and they seated me immediately. Since my workplaces paid for everything, I didn't worry about that so the value is nice. The instructions were clear and quick. From the time I walked in the door and out, the whole process took 2 minutes. I would definitely come back for all my fingerprinting needs. It's located in Sahara Towne square . read more

04/27/2022 Got my fingerprinting done. No one waiting. Had an appt and got it done quick. Staff were nice and got the work done. Thank you!!

This place was recommended by my realtor school... Came in here to do get fingerprinted and get a background check to submit before applying for my license. Staff was extremely efficient and service was quick! Total for the service came out to $62. Roughly $20 for the fingerprint service and $40 for the background check in which they'll submit to the NVRED. Thank you so much! :) read more

SOOO QUICK & EASY. I called ahead of time and a representative said it usually takes 10 minutes. I was in and out of there in 7 minutes. Fast friendly service. Employee was not only professional but also absolutely gorgeous.

Very fast. In and out. Got the job done. Staff very friendly. Fair price. Easy in easy out.

My employer required that we go to only this location for fingerprinting. People working were friendly and service was quick. The area is sketch though. It's one of those places where you have to quickly run back to your car lol. The whole thing took less than 15 min. read more

All the staff was nice and professional. The office was clean and the lady that did my fingerprints cleaned the machine after each of my prints with disinfectant. I will use them again, nice friendly staff and their prices run average to most other places. read more

As an RN I have had multiple occasions on which to need fingerprints or photos done for my licensing or for new background checks for new jobs. Over the last 3 years, I have used them often. I was concerned that the COVID-19/coronavirus would shut down all of the available fingerprinting resources and I would not get my current license renewed which is due at the end of April. Right now you can make an appointment and they let in a limited number of people. It is efficient and the pricess protects the client as well as the workers. I always have been impressed with the calibre of care and the warm welcome here. I recommend the Pros 100%!! read more

I highly recommend this place! Very respectful Kind professional people. Was attended in good time. In orderly fashion. I give this place a 5 star! read more

They are very fast! There were only a couple of people ahead of me and I was still finished in less than 10 minutes. Staff was friendly. Waiting room clean. read more

The front desk girl was very rude to me when I asked why the person was called ahead of me with my appt time being 15minutes ahead of her. She kept trying to say well you are still called back on time. That is not the point at all. I don't care if I am called back on time, it's the point of having an appointment. Very poor customer service. The only reason I gave a 2 star is because the girl who did my fingerprints was nice and professional, otherwise the front desk was very unprofessional and the company should re-think her employment. read more

Needed fingerprints for my real estate license and was sent here. Efficient and friendly service. I wanted to give some credit to Blanca at the front desk. She was dealing with a challenging customer and kept her cool and was still genuinely kind to me. The person who's name I did not get that scanned my fingerprints was also very friendly. Happy with my experience here. read more

I've been getting my fingerprint's done for over 27 year's in Las Vegas. This is my first time in this establishment. Customer Service is off the chart. Blanca and Anthony are two of kindest people I've ever met. Blanca is extremely helpfully!! No question was a dumb question for this beautiful young lady. And could she multitask. Also bilingual. Anthony doesn't mess around. Has these wipes ready just in case your fingerprint's are to dry. Thank you for the exceptional service!! read more

I don't usually write reviews in the car right after I've been to a place, but I was done in such a jiffy at this place that I've gotta rave! The other reviews for this place are not made up, are not exaggerating the service, etc. I literally was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I needed a FBI fingerprint card done (brought the card in myself, paid the $15 and sat for like a minute before being called up by Elizabeth). She explained what was being done and by the time all of my fingers were scanned and my card was printed, I was like DAMN! Y'all really are fast. And make no mistake thinking that I might have been the only customer there...there were 3 customers already being helped, and 4 that came in after me. This place is popular. Multiple technicians. Knowledgeable. SPEEDY. QUICK IN & OUT. If I ever need any one of the services they offer, you can be damn sure I'll be back. read more

Would of given them 5 stars but the front desk guy talks so rudely and down towards people... you can't even ask a question. I recommend them but CALL FIRST & ask because that guy at the fron is rude and attitude you and not helpful. I would of asked for his name but I was so mad I just left. read more

This place rocks. I was in and out of here in about 15 minutes. I needed an FBI background check and fingerprinting, and they do this electronically for $60. The form was easy to fill out, the girl at the front desk was very professional and knew her stuff. They even do the fingerprinting electronically, which was a nice surprise. I already was able to download my electronic background check preview, and the official one is supposed to come via mail within 5-7 business days. My entire experience was a positive one and I am very pleased. Plenty of parking, as it is in a strip mall that is connected to Smiths. read more

Stopped by here for some Livescan fingerprints that I needed to send over to Florida. The place was clean and staff were nice. When I came by, it wasn't too busy so I was assisted right away. They did my fingerprints through the computer so no inks touched my fingers. I thought it was pretty cool because they can send them over without me having to mail my fingerprints. They gave me a receipt saying that my fingerprints were processed and it also had a tracking number. Highly recommend! read more

Completely unprofessional !! I came in on a Friday at 1:33 pm. When I came in, I had put my purse down on the desk and was looking through all my paperwork. There was two men in the lobby. One sitting down and one at the desk she was helping. The girl at the front started yelling in a ghetto like fashion at me saying "I cut line in front of everyone and I had to move". I was so embarrassed and shocked by the way she was yelling at me. I calmly stated "that's fine, I am just trying to look through my paperwork and see if I have everything". Also there was NO line. Just the two men, one talking to her when I came in and one sitting down. I also didn't even ask her for help because I saw there was other people. After she rudely yelled at me, I moved to the side of the desk to sort through my paperwork. Then after she was done she sat down at her desk, looked at me and said "you ready now?" UGH!!! So disgustingly rude. No customer service skills at all. The fingerprinting process took maybe 5 minutes in an out but the girl at the front desk is completely unprofessional and I will never come back to this location again. read more

I had no idea such a place existed until I needed to get fingerprinted for work. I thought it was really neat to avoid the weird ink fingerprinting ordeal. I was checked in promptly and taken momentarily. I'm unsure if they take appointments but I was a walk in and was in and out in 7 minutes. No mess. My only disappointment is that it didn't quite work. I had to go in and to the traditional fingerprints which was a bummer. read more
