This was by far the easiest process to get my fingerprints completed for my teaching license renewal! I made my appointment online, received a reminder email, and text. This is a cute little shop located in the northwest portion of the large strip mall on Rainbow between Smoke Ranch and Lake Mead next to the AMC theater. There is a lot of parking. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. I let them know I had an appointment and they asked me to check-in via QR code. There is a quick online form to complete and a half sheet to fill out as well. The half sheet will act as your receipt of sorts. Once the paperwork is complete, they took a copy of my drivers license and payment (discount for teachers!) Then they took me into the back and digitally took my fingerprints. Everything took about 20 minutes total and it will all be sent automatically to the Dept of Ed. I honestly have never had this so seamlessly completed. 100% recommend their services! read more

Came to get pictures for passports for both my kids. I called before I went because it was the day before Thanksgiving and was informed they were open. Arrived at the location which is in the small shopping center next to the movie theater. There were 2 females and both were so pleasant and efficient.
