This location is very professional and accommodating. I originally scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday but had to come in a day early. I just walked in, as walk ins are welcomed, and was in and out within 20 minutes. The lady working the front desk was very friendly. The technician who did my fingerprints was very pleasant and a joy to talk to. She was so laid back and made the process seem like a breeze. If you ever need fingerprints done for anything, I'd highly suggest coming here if you live in the Henderson area. They charged $68 for the services, and I guess I am ok with that. The technician explained why I had to get fingerprints again despite the fact I had done it before and people's fingerprints do not change unless something tragic happens to their fingers either on accident or on purpose, but I kind of understand their thought process. read more

The staff were nice. The wait on a Tuesday afternoon is not bad at all. Staff were polite and courteous. The place is clean although it is not located at the best place in town. I always do back to this place because they have my info in file. If you need a fingerprint card and you have been here before then they can just print your card. Unfortunately, this time, I needed to send a livescan so they had to do the whole fingerprinting process again. The cost was pretty high about $60.00.
