This location is very professional and accommodating. I originally scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday but had to come in a day early. I just walked in, as walk ins are welcomed, and was in and out within 20 minutes. The lady working the front desk was very friendly. The technician who did my fingerprints was very pleasant and a joy to talk to. She was so laid back and made the process seem like a breeze. If you ever need fingerprints done for anything, I'd highly suggest coming here if you live in the Henderson area. They charged $68 for the services, and I guess I am ok with that. The technician explained why I had to get fingerprints again despite the fact I had done it before and people's fingerprints do not change unless something tragic happens to their fingers either on accident or on purpose, but I kind of understand their thought process. read more

Do NOT get an employment physical done at Fingerprinting Express. The person who did my physical asked me a few basic questions. I told them that I sometimes buy an over-the-counter muscle relaxer which is completely legal and can be purchased at any Smoke Shop in town. On the basis of that *alone*! he checked a box on my physical that says I take (name of over-the-counter item here) and that "He has a concern that this OTC item would impact my ability to satisfactorily perform duties on a particular assignment "Including but not limited to addiction to depressants /stimulants /narcotics /alcohol or other drugs which could alter his or her behavior"! This person (initials VK) wrote this on my Pre-employment physical form. That is undoubtedly why ever since my physical was done I have not had a *single* job assignment at my place of work. I had been very busy working until I had this annual physical done at Fingerprinting Express. I don't know if this person VK has any medical background or not, but Fingerprinting Express needs to hire someone who does! If this person doesn't understand that an over-the-counter muscle relaxer is NOT a drug or a narcotic in any way, he needs to go get a degree before he goes back to work. This person's ignorance is obviously keeping me from getting work and I am very upset about it. I'm going to pay out-of-pocket to have my own physical done at a different facility that actually employs medical personnel that know what they're talking about. read more

My experience at this office was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I visited multiple times and spoke with the same female employee on several occasions. Each interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I called for assistance, her tone came across as sarcastic and dismissive. Instead of answering my questions professionally, she repeatedly responded with "mhm" and "yeah," making me feel like my concerns were not being taken seriously. The most frustrating part was that i went in to pay for documents that I needed, yet I was never given a required three-page packet. Later, I was told I was supposed to submit paperwork that had never been provided to me in the first place. After three separate visits, I walked away with only my ID and 1 paper after my TB test and without the information I needed to complete the process. In addition, I was supposed to obtain a consent and release form for my employment requirements. When I went to pay for those documents, the same employee told me that I did not need them and that all I needed was one paper. However, the employer I am going to work for specifically stated that I needed both a consent and release form. She refused to provide the documents I was prepared to pay for, insisting that I did not need them. I found this very unprofessional because she does not know the specific requirements of my employer, and if I am requesting and paying for copies of my own records, I should be able to obtain them without being denied. The male employee I interacted with was polite and helpful, but my experiences with the female staff member were consistently negative. Whether intentional or not, the level of customer service I received was unacceptable. I believe management should review this situation and provide additional training or take appropriate disciplinary action to ensure other customers are treated with professionalism and respect. This place was reasonably priced, quick and friendly service, and had plenty of open appointments to handle my notary without waiting long.

Notary signing was quick and efficient. The ladies were professional and friendly. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

The staff were nice. The wait on a Tuesday afternoon is not bad at all. Staff were polite and courteous. The place is clean although it is not located at the best place in town. I always do back to this place because they have my info in file. If you need a fingerprint card and you have been here before then they can just print your card. Unfortunately, this time, I needed to send a livescan so they had to do the whole fingerprinting process again. The cost was pretty high about $60.00.
