I needed to get passport photos for a renewal and the UPS store across the street said their camera wasn't working. A quick Yelp search and I found PostNet. Located in a large strip mall on Horizon Ridge/Eastern there is plenty of parking right in front. As soon as I entered I smelled the nice vanilla candle and was warmly greeted by the friendly employee. PostNet seems to have everything you need for shipping, copying, printing, mailbox rentals and of course passport photos. The photos were taken quickly and she even helped me attach them to my application. The service was great but I think $12.95 for two small 2X2 photos is quite pricey. Out of other Post Nets that I've used for my business this one is my least favorite. Thankfully there are other Post Net locations with more friendly staff. Like the other reviewer mentioned they won't acknowledge you even if you've had a box there for over two years like I did. You're just another customer to them. I loved the fact that they played uplifting music but the male staff there are completely opposite of what that music stands for. The wife and the other female employee are pleasant and they would actually acknowledge me when I walked in but the male owner and the other male employee are rude as they come. They shouldn't work in the public eye. read more

This is the best spot in the Anthem area for any business or clerical tasks you need done. She only mentioned something when I got up and was heading for the door. She only offered to help me after is because I caught her trying to talk her way out of a bad customer service incident. Not 5 minutes later as I am sitting in my car I look up to see the dark haired lady that works there holler out the door at a guy who is leaving and she throws an envelope out onto the sidewalk after him - where it remains laying. This is the best PostNet around! Always greeted with a friendly smile & rapid, efficient service. These folks are wonderful & the store smells like they're baking the most fabulous sugar cookies. I drive 3.5 miles past my nearest PostNet, & the post office, just to deal with these folks. If they know you can ship for much better rate somewhere else, they'll let you know!! They're honest enough to suggest that I'd save $$$ using the post office, but I'd rather hang out with them :) Now that's GREAT customer service!! read more
