Vegas is so transient that oftentimes, quality goes out the door even weeks after a soft opening, leading to a big upset on expectations like biting into an apple only to find a worm. Not the case with A&J Postal - this family-run business knocked it out of the park again with their help in our need for passport photos. We're still debating whether we want to go to Rome on a pilgrimage to the Vatican or visit the Philippines (opting for Rome since we won't get mobbed by hordes of 'family' expecting a hand out). Anyway, the service is still great, it's convenient and not bogged down with long lines that you'll find at UPS. Great experience - highly recommend!

One of the things I appreciate about office Depot is everybody is super friendly and eager to help. As I was wondering around the store I had no fewer than three people ask me if they could help me find something and reiterate that if I did need something they were able to help. Bottom line?, it's office Depot. Make sure you join the rewards program, as it can add up quickly, especially if you are a small business.

The owner/manager, Tanner, was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. My package was mistakenly dropped off here instead of USPS, and no one caught it. An Amazon QR code was scanned for the wrong package, and now my package is lost. When I asked for help fixing the mistake, I was told to "figure it out myself." Zero accountability. Zero customer service. Save yourself the headache and drive to a different UPS Store.

I have 'gone through' 3 or 4 very highly paid graphic designers and finally had the good fortune to find her on Elance! I was beginning to think I would never find someone I could work with! She specializes in product packaging, FYI, but I am sure that she could apply her wonderful skills to any graphic design job.
