Quick response and quick at making the order. I ordered a print on foam board for our church. It came out amazing and high quality

Got some mailers made last minute and the turnaround time was faster than I expected with quality being better than I could have imagined! It was my first time ordering mailers and Nar was very helpful in making sure I knew how they would turn out before he printed them. He had them done so fast, but the quality was NOT lacking! I am not sure why they have any bad reviews as they are professional, kind, and efficient. I would not hesitate to do business with Design One. To Nar and the whole team- thank you!!! read more

Your receptionist is rude as heck.she foes not even know the passwords of the computer. I had to stand over there like for 7 minutes. She didn't even say anything to me at all. Instead, she was talking to her coworkers aside. She used only 2 fingers to lift my business card and play it.very rude and u professional behavior.why did u get a 5 stars in the 1st place? read more

The most disgusting customer service I have encountered in 50 years. I went in for help and the receptionist, Cincy C, was so rude, literally to my face. Then they actually wanted my money up front without even talking through my needs. Not sure how these people are in business but the more I look into them the more I find out. A fired said the owner collects your money up front and then day trades it on the restock market. I tried multiple time to ask to talk with the owner, even having my fired call and every tine We were told he's "conveniently" unavailable. Not shocked. I will not only not do business with them I highly advise you use the many other options Las Vegas has. read more

Disorganized and confusing to to work with. Their quote form is not clear and they lost my files. They demand that you pay first and then when they don't deliver what was on their quote, they refuse to discuss it. Not pleasant to work with. read more

These guys are professionals. We had to go back and forth 20 plus times due to my ocd and wanting a perfect set of business cards. They were so patient with me and wanted to make sure cards were perfect. Had a convention to fly to and cards wouldn't be ready due to print time. They printed me a set of temporary for free. When I picked up the actual cards they sat down and made sure they were good. I will be back. read more

My first experience with this company wasn't a walk in the park. I was contacted by the owner of the company as soon as he heard of the issues I was having with his company. From one business owner to another I understand that you put staff in place where you feel they are qualified although sometimes they're not always suitable for the position. I truly feel this was the case. After a long phone conversation I gave them the opportunity to fix the issue and make things right, which they did. When I picked up my cards the owner express how sorry he was and was willing to do anything to not only make it right but keep me as a client. I will be using Design One for future work as I feel that they truly do a good job and care about their clients. read more

I found and contacted Design One Printing because of yelp and I am happy to report yelp didn't fail to disappoint. The short verdict: If you find yourself in Las Vegas needing a quick and professional print job where quality, service and timing go a high five across the board, look no further than Design One. Even if their business hours don't appear to be in your favor, try calling, see what happens. I'm glad I called. The longer story: I'm a contract designer based in the central coast, California. One of my clients is currently exhibiting at a show at the Vegas Convention Center. I did some digital product renderings for him to sell to potential buyers at this show. My client planned to have these renderings printed out when he arrived in Vegas. All the timing was down to the wire (as it always is). Knowing these renderings were going to be put in front of buyers, I stepped in and suggested I find some local print guys in Vegas to handle the job (as opposed to that national chain that can be largely hit or miss). I found several on Yelp and called three (knowing I probably wouldn't receive a call back until Monday). Ten minutes after I called Design One on a Saturday evening, I received a call back from Nar who was extremely helpful and clearly knew his trade well. The job was small in quantity but needed to be high in quality. I wanted each rendering to be professionally mounted on foam core or gator board. Nar suggested a process I had not considered and even though our timing was very tight, I trusted him sight unseen to do what was needed for the project. That Saturday evening, I emailed the files over with reference to our conversation. When I called to check in, Monday 10:30am, Nar confirmed that the files were already done and looked great. Even so my client was dealing with problems at the convention center and was not able to pick them up earlier in the day. As a final gesture of excellent service, Nar even held the shop open an extra 30min for my client to pick up. I received word from my client that "The images look amazing and we will definitely be going back to Design One in the future." I trusted Design One, they made me look good by exceeding my client's expectations and my client will be presenting design concepts tomorrow with a superior print quality. Again, this was not a huge job and it was very reasonably priced but I was treated with the same respect as someone who would be spending thousands on prints. Design One deserves your business because they work hard to get it, once they have it, they back it up with promptness and quality. Well done and well deserved! -Evan read more

After reading some stellar reviews I decided to head in to DOP myself. I showed up with no appointment and was greeted by not one but two awesome Graphic Designers that helped me pick out the right product, strategy, and design. If you want service don't come here. I went in for Business card order, NO BIG DEAL RIGHT? I Sat with Joe and mocked up a quick design. I needed to get back with him with the font names of my design. I left 2 messages, one with with Miguel and gave him my font names and a woman. The woman told me she would call me to explain when I can expect a proof because I told her no one has communicated with me, she explained they were bery busy. So after 3 days no call back and I have no idea about my cards. So obviously I need to go elsewhere where someone wants my business.
