I stopped in here yesterday with about a dozen boxes to ship. when I pulled up, the store was crowded, I thought this is going to take much longer than I expected. in the time it took me to back into the parking space, get out of my truck and bring the first few boxes into the store, there was only one customer who was finishing up. It was 20 minutes before closing and the lady was closing the register As we me and my 6ft 5in hubby walked in neither of them greeted us. After 10minutes the Black lady commented on the amount of returns they were getting as if late. Like it was an inconvenience to her. Yet still no service as the other lady slowly counted or the draw. In comes Ms.Patty she's a valued customer. They spoke to her as she entered. Still no one acknowledged that we breathed. After Ms Patti package was wrapped up by her the girl stopped and checked her package in. I chimed that we too had been standing here with UPS return outs paid labels and they didn't f even care. This store manager is rude and aggressive at customers. I came into do my Amazon return a few days ago again after I have already had that bad experience at this store. I had a small Amazon box that I did not need and I asked the guy that helped me before to throw it away???? Ummm helllo? You don't throw away boxes? I will go to this location always going forward because of the attention to detail from Raphael. I needed to send some already notarized documents to an out of state law firm and make copies. Raphael noticed immediately that the prior notary actually did not do the notarization correctly. He took the time to help me email the documents to his store and we redid everything correctly. His customer service was a 10+ in my opinion as he told me he did not want me to waste money and perhaps have to send these documents again if they were not done correctly to begin with. Raphael cares about his customers and I will recommend this store and Raphael to anyone needing any shipping, notary, copy services! Well I'm not sure what to say ex ept it's a UPS store sort of like fed ex but ups. You can copy, I'm not sure if they have a computer like FedEx does but I wasn't looking for one so I didn't notice. They have mailboxes if you don't want to use your home address like for a business and they can weigh and mail just about anything in the US or overseas. They have a notary public ( call for hours) overall a very good store and a pleasant experiance. read more

I recently had the opportunity to use the UPS store near my home in the Vons shopping center. I sent a letter to via UPS 2nd day air. While checking out the POS terminal went down, so the clerk asked me to reprocess the transaction, which I did. A day later I discovered that the CC charge processed twice. Since they are close to my home, I went back to the store to get a credit for the duplicate charge. After conferring with the store manager, the clerk, Karen, stated the manager suggested I wait for 3 or 4 days, and the duplicate charge would likely drop off my credit card bill. Four days later the duplicate charge was still there. Back to the store I went. The clerk, Karen, stated the manager wouldn't be in until after 10. She made copies of the documentation, took my name and phone # and said the manager would call me. I received no call. The next morning, I went back to the store, after 10am, to speak to the manager. He told me that even though I had been charged twice, their system only showed one charge. He also said I would have to place a dispute with the credit card company. I asked why he didn't call to tell me that (this was my third trip). He told me he was very busy, to which I replied, busy means helping your customers and that I was not very happy. I went home and placed the dispute with my credit card company. Not 1 minute later I received a phone call from the clerk who originally helped. She was very apologetic and said she went back and checked their system and discovered the duplicate charge, which she immediately reversed. Not only did the manager ignore my issue, but it also seems he lied to me about the duplicate charge being in their system. Only because of the clerk, Karen, who called me and apologized will I ever do business with that UPS store again. read more

After the leaving the UPS store in Pebble Marketplace, I drove to Von's for a money order. Coincidental there is a UPS store in the Von's shopping center. I decided to see if all Henderson UPS stores are customer unfriendly. You know, telling you in a rushed way that they don't do money orders after 2 PM, when it is 2:15 PM, one person serving customers, etcetera (please read my review of the Pebble Marketplace UPS store). Although this location does not sell money orders, they greeted me when I walked in. They directed me to the nearest place that sells money orders. There were three employees helping customers. And the store was organized and clean. The fact that I gave the Pebble Marketplace UPS one star,and this location three stars shows that I take customer service seriously. read more

Just called to make sure I didn't need to print my amazon return label before coming to the store. They said I didn't, as long as I had a QR code. I made sure that a QR code was the square made out of dots, and had a circle in the center. They said it was. I drove to the store, showed them the QR code, and they proceeded to tell me that they couldn't take it. After verifying that what I was giving them was a QR code, which it was, they said they couldn't take it because it was from a label. I get that mistakes are made, but if you make a mistake and tell a customer the wrong thing, make it right by printing the label for them, not telling them that they can pay two dollars to have the label printed there. I just wasted an hour of my day, that I could've spent with my kids, driving back-and-forth from my house two times to deal with this label. It's my fault for not having cash or credit cards on me, because all I had was my drivers license, but listening to what the customer service person said to me should have been good enough. read more

Let me start by saying that I was very upset when I wrote my review yesterday. I wrongly identified the UPS Store that I critiqued. I'm sure that the UPS Store at that location is very good and merits five *****. This is the location that gets my review.... Truly disappointed. I went to return something from Amazon. When I got there, I couldn't open my email due to poor internet. Person at the counter told me to move near the door where the connection was better. I could have waited at the counter and held everyone up, but I moved for the connection's sake. Once the page opened, I went back to the counter where I waited at the side so others in line could go ahead. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! UNPROFESSIONAL. What a hot train wreck of a business this UPS store is. I needed a custom box made for a chair I was shipping and the clerk took the measurements and then called me a few hours later to say the box had arrived. When I showed up, the box was so big, it would fit 2 chairs. Mistakes happen and the clerk said they would get the proper size tomorrow. The next day came and was almost over when I called to see where the status of my new box was. The clerk I had been working with told me that the owner of the ups store told her the box making guy was closed. Closed on a Wednesday? I then asked why she didn't call me and she said she forgot. So an entire day went by with nothing happening and I still need a box to ship this chair. I will never spend a dime in this store ever again. read more

This location used to have a five star rating from me. We've had a mailbox here for almost ten years now. The customer service here used to be amazing. Over the past year or two, it has dropped from five stars to just one. I'd put negative numbers here if I could. When Mr. Earl owned the place, it was awesome! The employees were always smiling and super willing to help customers to their vehicles with packages. Now that Tim has taken over, they won't even bother getting your packages from the corner of the store for you. "You have two packages over there in the corner." Might I add, two large packages. The kid that was working (around 11:00 AM today) didn't bother helping me with the packages, opening the door for me (on three trips to my vehicle), or even bother telling me to have a nice day! I'll also add that there was one other patron in the store, but he was filling out paperwork and didn't require any attention at that given moment. A couple of weeks ago, the same thing happened to my wife. She had to grab the dolly and haul packages out to her vehicle with it. That day, there were numerous employees working. After almost ten years, we will be taking our business elsewhere. We've stayed with this location over the years, even though it was out of our way to do so with our home being located off of Stephanie St for the past three years. We would gladly drive out of our way because of the customer service that used to exist here. We won't be doing so any longer and suggest that you shouldn't either if you are looking for anything remotely close to customer service. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER the young lady at the front desk was extremely rude when I asked for some tape to seal my envelopes she actually rolled her eyes at me and let out a big sigh as if I was asking her to do something out of the realm of her job. This location is the definition of The Hot Mess Express. I've barely used them for a month with getting packages and they have already lost a package of mine that was worth $25! They keep claiming I got it but it's clear they gave it to someone else and for all I know the other person could have kept it for themselves!! They haven't admitted their fuck up, and I'm very disappointed. Definitely not worth the cost to rent a mailbox if they're just going to give your packages to someone else. Do yourself a favor and find another better store location or an independent mail service that does similar services. EDIT: After picking up the second package I had after UPS gave away the first one, upon getting the second package, it turns out whoever got it by mistake returned it but they never notified me about it. Employees are and were rude, and once again, they haven't admitted they fucked up. After picking both packages up, I simply gave them my mailbox key and asked them to cancel the subscription. Once again, AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Go to another location, it is much more worth the drive to go an extra couple miles to a better location! read more
