It's that time of year again and I reached out for the same reason. I called to see if they would put 11 pieces to the side for us and the owner himself answered the phone even while on vacation! He said to just call the morning of, and make sure there were enough and I could pick them up the same day. I called to have them placed to the side and Kumar who answered the phone was so great! He said there were enough in stock. We weren't able to pick them up the same day as planned but we swung by the following day and they were still available. Thank the Lord! When I walked in Kumar greeted me politely and I told him I was the tardy customer who called for the cardboard pick up the day before. He was very kind and went to check and see if there 11 in stock which there were. He had someone take them to the driveway to be loaded into the back of our truck where my husband was waiting to load. We were in and out in less than 5 min! I spent a lot of time online price shopping and you will NOT find a better price. If you can pick it up yourself and live locally, this is the place to purchase cardboard or moving supplies.Their customer service is the BEST too. From start to finish Chris and his family helped explain cost and everything else. One of the items that needed to be sent was about 100 years old (found that out from my family after I had shipped it) and it was packaged so well when it arrived with the other items. To give some clarity on its journey, I had 2 chairs, a 100-year-old tea set and some fragile wall oddly shaped art that all went on one pallet. The pallet according to the tracking was transferred about 6 times on other trucks to make it here so it was bumped around countless times in terminals being loaded and unloaded. All arrived with 0 scratches, dents and fully intact. No better feeling then unpacking everything and seeing it in the condition I sent it in.

The area where this facility is located isn't the best but you would never know it. Upon entering when your passcode is entered at the entrance it automatically lets your personal alarm know that when the unit is opened it is YOU opening it and not someone else. Also there is a manager in site with security cameras in every location. Did I mention the staff and the cleanliness this place has? Well the staff are just so nice and helpful with carts available upon request to help load ur things. Also the units are climate controlled . Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience here thanks to an employee named Lesly…read more Lesly was training a new hire, which is honestly the most concerning part of this entire experience. If you're going to be responsible for teaching someone how to do the job, maybe knowing how to do the job yourself should be step one. She was rude, condescending, and somehow managed to sell me the WRONG product after I specifically explained what I needed and asked questions to make sure it was correct. So now I get the exciting bonus experience of making another trip to FedEx because of her mistake. Love that for me. The attitude was also WILD. Short answers, zero patience, and very much "that should work" energy. Spoiler alert: IT DID NOT WORK. But again, the plot twist here is that SHE WAS THE TRAINER. Somewhere out there is a brand-new employee taking notes like, "Ah yes, so this is how we do things." PLEASE PUT THE PEN DOWN. 10/10 would recommend training Lesly before allowing Lesly to train anyone else. Maybe start with basic customer service, product knowledge, and the revolutionary concept of making sure you're actually selling the customer what they asked for. I came in for a product and left with the wrong product, an attitude, and a story for Yelp. Great location. Absolutely bizarre experience.

There have been times I've dropped off letters to go out in the mail but they take a little longer than the post office as this isn't their main service. However, no one ever answered or returned my calls when I tried to confirm if early pickup was possible. The real issue came after drop-off. We returned the truck exactly at the agreed-upon time and parked it in the same spot we picked it up from, keys locked in the drop box as instructed. The next morning, I got a frantic call saying the truck was "missing." I explained where we left it, but the woman insisted she couldn't find it anywhere on the lot. When I asked if she had checked the lockbox, she admitted she hadn't -- then said she'd call back if there were any issues. I never heard from her again. No apology, no confirmation that the truck was indeed there -- nothing. It was very unprofessional and stressful thinking a U-Haul truck might be missing under my name. Clearly, she hadn't looked properly before calling. If you're renting from this place, make sure to take lots of photos to confirm that you actually returned the truck.
