This is my go to UPS location to do all my Amazon returns & boy do I always seem to have a lot of them! lol So much I'm a familiar face here & got to know one of the employees named Chris. He's always so nice, quick to scan all my Amazon returns as sometimes I do show up with several packages. We usually have small chit chat. There's another familiar face that I see a lot of but I don't know her name. She's a younger, blonde female & I think she's the manager. I do see lots of new familiar faces at other times. Not sure if they float over from other locations but I always prefer to deal with Chris. There have been times I've dropped off letters to go out in the mail but they take a little longer than the post office as this isn't their main service. I like the location of this UPS being that it's right next door to Smith's that I will run into often after dropping off my Amazon returns. Usually UPS store visits are dreadful - not this location! It's always well-staffed and even when there is a line, service is quick! Staff is friendly and it's always a pleasure seeing them, especially Pam, Chris, Mallory, Joanne and Evan! They are so helpful, even helping to carry out boxes for me when I have my hands full. The store offers full services including mail boxes, shipping, returns, and printing. read more

From printing, notary, shipping, copying they offer it all at a reasonable cost. The manager Pam is very responsive & does a commendable job that the store is run professionally. Pam at The UPS store at this location is amazing! We took all of our corporate holiday gifts for clients to her location, which was a very extensive list with different items for each client. She worked through the lists in record time and ensured every client box was hand packed with care and was shipped out with lightening speed. I can't say enough about her and this UPS Store location. Stopped by on a Saturday to drop off a prepaid package. The process was very easy. My wife interacted with a staff member and made the process very simple to the point were on my wife had to do was handed over, and the employee offered a receipt which my wife accepted. During these times of uncertainty, masks are required and social distancing is recommended. Lucky for us, the store was not as busy, so the distancing itself was not an issue as it was towards the end of their workday. Based on the experience that my wife had here, I would recommend the business, as they were friendly, efficient, experience, and effective. Parking may be a bit of a challenge as the stalls are across the way and there is no curbside parking. Even for handicap which can make it difficult for those with mobility issues based on shortened walking restrictions. Despite that, no complaints as this is shared with multiple businesses in a supermarket shopping center. read more

A good day, I finally cut ties with this place. My wife when I met her in 2004 already had a relationship with Dave. I got my own box there as well and really liked Dave. After doing business with this location for over 13 yrs, my wife lost a battle with cancer in 2017. She always had a house account which would get up there, but it was always eventually zeroed out. After my wife passed, there was a balance on her account which I discussed with Dave. I told him as soon as I can get my disability from social security approved I would pay off her account. We discussed that I could still get her mail as I was in the process of shutting down her business and needed to get her mail to avoid being put into debt. Dave gave me his word which I later found out means NOTHING. In August 2018 I finally got my disability and when I went in to pay her account Dave handed me two large plastic mail bags full of mail from her box. For FOUR months, I asked both Dave & Matthew each time I went in if there was mail for her and Dave always said no, Matthew always said he wasn't sure and I needed to talk to Dave (his dad). Dave illegally held her mail for four months. Instead of sending it back, he held it and lied to me about it. When I finally got her mail and went through it, I ended up in debt $13,000 to a company. I decided not to file a complaint with the USPS or UPS against them because I still had a box there. I figured I would wait for this day to come when I severed ties with them for good and Karma always comes around. I found it hard to believe that after being a customer for over 13yrs, using their copy services, notary services, business services and being a loyal customer that Dave & Matthew would lie to me and treat me the way they did. In MY OPINION, they don't care about customers, relationships or employees, just money. If you decide to use this location, that's your choice, I will never trust them again and I will not recommend anyone to them. Again, you can choose to use this location and write your own review. I wish Dave & Matthew could have been honest business men and appreciate their Customes like Dave used to before Matthew started working with his dad, but they made decisions they felt benefited them and isolated customers. My days dealing with them are finally over and I wish them the best in the future, but Karma always has a way of coming around. Good luck boys. read more

THE UPS STORE #3626 10624 S Eastern Ave Ste A Henderson, NV 89052 As a new resident of Nevada, I went to this UPS store to get some legal documents notarized as I happened to be in the area for a doctor's appt. I was greeted by the Store Manager who was so extremely personable as well as professionally knowledgeable about the documents I wanted notarized. I thought I had the number and places for notarized signatures, but I missed 2 out of the 5 that were necessary, and she (Pamela) found both and additionally engaged a staff member to witness my updated will, which I didn't even come in for. Pamela priced the services according to their pricing policy, but gave me advice how to save money by combining some docs. ON top of all this professional and expedient service, Pamela spent time advising and confirming about the benefits of my relocation from California to Nevada as she had done 7 years ago. Although the store is outside of my LLV area, I will not hesitate to engage this store's service any and all times that I might need their vast menu of services. I was rushing and fighting through traffic to get to the ups store in anthem village before it closed at 6 pm. I got there at 5:55pm and the door was locked with the outside lights turned off. Since my watch, clock in my car and the clock on my phone said 5:56, I ran to the door. The three young men were behind the counter with backs towards the door engaged in some funny story as I knocked And knocked and knocked . At 6 pm they turned towards the door, opened it , walked right passed me and walked to their vehicles. Saying " closed at 6 pm" in a snarky tone. Did not slow down to address me, say Hi , Sorry we are closed early. Nothing. I tried telling them that I've been waiting at the front door for minutes.... To know avail. They did not slow down nor care. I realize that I was cutting it close but I thought closed at 6 pm meant closed at 6 not before. The attitude from the kids didn't help my frustration either. I always get help at this store. People is very helpful. Edward always get the point when I need assistance to print. He is a very valuable employee to this store. Since my printing place used to be Office Depot and they got so difficult for clients to print something simple l totally recommend to go to this location if you need special printing and solutions to your needs is a smart Asian guy who will help you the best. read more

Unfortunately, my recent experiences at this UPS Store haven't been nearly as good - a big part of it is that they get tons of customer traffic just from being in such a busy strip mall, and the parking often sucks, etc. However, one thing management has changed here is that they no longer prioritize dropoffs of ready-to-ship items as they did before. So now, even though all I ever have is a dropoff that should literally take 10 seconds tops, I'll often get stuck in a huge line behind tons of people who are going to take a long time because they need packaging or printing services or whatever. I do appreciate that all the workers here are really friendly, and it's not the store's fault that so many people decide to come here or that the parking sucks. But it's still a negative on the experience and I try to go to another dropoff location if possible. read more

So much so, in fact, that I just drove 20 minutes out of my way to ship a package from here rather than go to a different UPS Store a mile from where I was at the time. Positives: -Quick service - no need to tape your packages, they do it for you - P.O. Box available at this location - packing supplies available - staff are much friendlier than USPS - faster shipping than USPS - when the package is more than 2 lbs, the cost of shipping is fairly close to USPS. - WAY more efficient than USPS Negatives - if you are using Google maps to search for it, it can be a little confusing to locate. So just look for the Smith's. - not a large amount of box and packing supplies options for purchase - packing supplies more expensive here than at Staples or Wal-Mart. - for lighter mail, (less than 2 lbs) it seems to be unnecessarily expensive to ship compared to USPS. Best option if you are shipping heavier items, want a better quality experience with staff and protection of your packages, and they tape it up for you! read more

My daughter needed a something notarized so we got to the place at 755 we tried to open the door and it was locked we looked at the time schedule and it said 8 am. Ok we got 5 minutes to wait. So we were standing outside waiting for them to open. 3 other people with packages started showing up It was like 810 then someone finally opened the door she said sorry someone didn't show up. I was like oh no it's going to be one of those days joking around with her. She looks at me and says you need something notarized I said yes. She said well I'm going to take these other people first I said well I was here first. She helped out 5 more people before me. She made me wait another 15 minutes before she took care of me. This place is tops or as they prefer, Ups. This UPS Store is the fastest and most efficient shipping type store that I've ever used, seriously shipping stuff can be such a pain, but they make so easy and convenient from taping up funky sized boxes, offering free shipping peanuts and whenever there's a line the at least three workers stop what they're doing and help the customers in-store. What an idea, providing customer service to actual customers! I'm been selling my Comic-Con stuff on eBay these past few weeks to make room for even more pop-culture goodies, so I've been here at least five times this past month and every it's the same awesome service. Forgive me, I forgot her name? Kristy? Blonde hair and beyond kind and nice! Her and Ben (I remember Ben because one of my closest friends is that name) were above and beyond with helping me. I had no idea staff at a UPS store were so kind and understanding. I normally go to these stores and just expect folks to do the job simply and get what needs to be done which is fine with me, but these two made my entire day better and my experience something I've never expected out of it. That's my simpler compliment. My day was already starting off horrible. I have reusable face masks always in my car and I have no idea what happened to them after I cleaned out my car. I had other errands that were cut short because I was kicked out of their store for not having a mask (which is completely fine. I get it.) I had been on a battle with my bank and Amazon over a 3rd party company I ordered a broken chair from and they would not contact me nor my bank and I never thought making an online return could be such a living nightmare. 119$ for a broken chair and I was livid. This issue was going on for over a week until FINALLY they were going to give me the return label and let me return it with full reimbursement. Well, a piece of the chair was broken and so it wouldn't fit in the box they gave me (Amazon, not UPS) :)))) so they wanted me to put it in a bigger box or they were going to charge me for two boxes. That upset me even more. I've never hung up on anyone before in my life. I just have never been so frustrated over a silly return. I go to UPS and there were two beautiful human beings that took the wheel and helped me from there. Ben got a bigger box and even put everything into the box FOR ME!! I didn't have to lift a finger and I was so grateful! Kristy (girl I'm so sorry if this isn't your name!) came out to my car to help me carry the box by the way. It was awkward, but she went above and beyond and was so so kind and had the best attitude! I'm not sure what really transpired for the pricing of the shipping, but they helped me with a cost that I was sure would be an insane price. 15$. That's it. I honestly wanted to cry because my entire nightmare day with this stupid chair was turned into a wonderful experience with two very nice and helpful people. Thank you for everything! I can't express how much you've turned my day around ^_^ Sorry for the long story. I just wanted those who were reading to see the annoying start of my day. I know it may seem like it's not that bad, but sometimes when life goes in too many wrong directions, something like that can just completely ruin your whole day.
