The staff is very nice and efficient. I get in and out of there so quickly! Their supplies are great!

These guys are always wonderful! the employees have the patience like no one else I have seen...but guessing a lot of their customers are seniors who do not know how to operate their phones or get the QR code to return things...the kids here always help you out! the location is simple to pop into and they always take care of your needs! i love this location and its staff for sure! read more

Excellent service and friendly employees. This UPS store is always quick and efficient.

Service is friendly the place is clean and well stocked The issue I have is that this place is much too small for the demand of the area and a line always forms, but there is not enough staff to handle the line. Consequently customers have to be patient. If you're in a rush, there's nothing you can do about it. If you prefer not to stand in line, you need to go to another UPS store or come back later. read more

I have been going to this store for years. I have always found the staff helpful. I have never had a negative experience with this store.

This store didn't package my item correctly and it arrived to the recipient completely destroyed. They will not refund the money I paid for them to professionally pack my item. All they say is that they packed it "to standard" and they deny any wrong doing. Then they tell you to contact UPS. When you contact UPS, UPS says that you need to contact the UPS STORE CORPORATE office.. when you reach the UPS store corporate office, they tell you that you need to contact UPS. This location is unethical as they take your money and then pack things up however they feel and then they don't stand behind their work. I will never use UPS again if there is an alternative and I will never use this store location again for shipping anything - they just dont' care one bit about customer service and support when things go wrong. ***DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION TO PACKAGE UP YOUR ITEMS*** read more

Had to have 2 DMV forms notarized - Quick and easy but a tad expensive. I could have gone to Wells Fargo W/O charge, but I couldn't wait another day to get an appointment! read more

This is a really nice, efficient and clean store. Staff is courteous and always tend to me quickly. I'm able to get my shipping needs resolved, including packing boxes and finding the right transport for my package. This is also a location I can take some store returns, which is very helpful as well. read more

I've used this business for at least ten years. Convenient to my home, easy Amazon returns, very fast and expedited service.

The Notary "Justine" was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She knew exactly how to prepare the documents which were very complex. She was very kind and patient. From now on we will use this store for our mailing and Notary needs! read more

Thank you, thank you for your quick efficient service. Was not able to access my home printer to print out a boarding pass and you all immediately jumped in to help me. I am so appreciative. You all have a good rest of your day. - Susan D. read more

This store runs efficiently. The staff, everyone... is so helpful and friendly. I like that I see familiar faces when I return to the store again and again. This tells me it must be a fun group to work with. I pay a little more perhaps, to use them... but the convenience and consistent reliability makes it all the worthwhile. Also a great place for Amazon, Zappos, and product returns. They make that so easy! read more

I had to ship several packages today and was unlucky to have Tristan wait on me. Someone there needs to teach him customer service skills. Good Morning, let me check those options for you, or have a great day rather than his rude, condescending, attitude. Customers keep the business open. read more

I have been to this location several times in the last couple months mostly for Amazon returns. There is almost never a line and when there is it moves quickly. All of the employees have been fast and friendly. They are very knowledgeable with Amazon returns and have you in and out fast. I would definitely return here for any of my shipping or postal needs in the future. read more

I shipped four golf clubs back to Minnesota. The UPS store in Henderson packed the clubs and the clubs were lost. Paid for insurance. UPS app says the package arrived empty at their transit facility. The are denying the claim now. 6 weeks. Manager won't return calls. What a horrible experience. read more

I'd chose another location. Too bad Darlene isn't here anymore she was the nicest. Tony is now the manager and he'll do a good job and Lilly is very nice and helpful but they don't work there all the time and catching them on days they are there is too much of a gamble so I'll just take my business elsewhere until things change, if they ever will. read more

So disappointed in the customer service at this location. Staff person admitted to spilling contents of package, however they will not willing to do anything about the item they lost. Consumer beware! Either have them pack it in front of you or pack it yourself. I am opting to take my business elsewhere! read more

I rarely go to the ups but when I go I choose this location because of the cleanliness, best staff and the professionalism. The store is always neat and clean. The employees are very friendly and generous. They know what they are doing, especially Asonta, he is a warriors fan like me and he does notaries with quality care. Love these guys!!! read more

This is a little late but back in September I needed a couple of pictures packed to mail to Nebraska. One was 110 years old with bubble glass. Picture made the trip in good condition. This store and the employees are the best. read more

I pay UPS a yearly fee to deliver to The UPS Store as an option when I am not home. This UPS store refused the package and returned it to the sender, all without bothering to notify me or give me the option of having it delivered to my home. THEY ARE BEYOND IRRESPONSIBLE! I have no idea how anyone gives this place their business. read more

I showed up at 5:50PM and the door was locked. I could see the guy in there, the cage was locked, and he had obviously shut everything down before 6:00PM. So frustrating! All I had was an Amazon package to drop off and now I have to drive all the way back tomorrow! read more

The last couple times I've been here, the two heavyset brunette woman working there I noticed them treating the younger staff members which look like teenagers, very disrespectfully, I had to bite my tongue hard not to jump in and say something. Then again a couple days ago, they were both rude to me and another couple that had come in at the same time. The other couple left and said they would never come back again. Whoever the owner is should be aware of what's happening at their business, with them running it into the ground with horrible customer service. read more

just left the ups store and had to leave a review. I've been coming in for years, this morning I brought a prepaid return but Lily insisted on me paying 2.22for the return. I told her I've never been charged, her reply was, sorry, we're supposed to. I said it again, she didn't care. I asked for a cooperat #, first she said she had it, then said no.. google it. wtf! I said more good customer service! then I said, you're an asshole lily, and left. I have noticed they are not nearly as busy as they used to be, I'm sure it's lily. For 2.22 she lost a very long time customer, smart girl!!!! read more

I've been coming here for 7 years and they do everything for me, help me and explain all my shipping options and costs. Everyone here is so helpful! I can't believe they could ever get less than five starts. Even this morning I called to ask a question about stamps and Susan took time to speak with me although it's a busy morning. Thank you to this entire staff for 7 years of wonderful service. read more

They should let you know pricing of printing. I asked to have a label printed, one piece of paper, and it's $2.00! I could have done that at Office Depot for .10 cents! Prices of bags aren't posted on the shipping bag, but for a plastic bag, I'd assume no more than $2.00. Anyways; I paid almost $8.00 to send back two college text books that I had a label for. Just be transparent with your customers! I would have totally came back to save myself $8.00. I'm on a college budget. Please and thank you. read more

The cashier I spoke to didn't acknowledge me, rude! then I said ship my package overnight, they shipped it 2day. I will never go back there, I'll drive somewhere further than go there read more

UPDATED: This place has improved. They are now more responsive and helpful. I appreciate that. Not interested in helping you. I had a valuable shipment of art work refused by this place because it came by freight. They didn't even call me. They are not responsive. They are not customer focused. There are better choices. If you need something valuable delivered don't send it here read more

I have had a box at this location for almost 5 years. I think they have the best customer service around. I am not a business owner, so I am not in there often but when I need assistance, they are spot on. Today, Keith, got my packages all ready for me before I even got back to the counter with my package notice. Give that guy a raise. Love them. read more

The older man was really rude. He didn't want to explain anything to me and seemed pissed off that I had a usps shipping label

Still love going to this store. Friendly, helpful and always good humor. Always take great care of my needs.

Do NOT patronize this establishment unless you want to feel like an unappreciated customer whose business is not valued. If I could give this business a NEGATIVE star rating I would. The employees were rude and not helpful at all. On 6-10-17, I purchased $215.92 worth of boxes , tape, and packing peanuts. Neither of the two male employees assisted me (or even offered) to help carry the merchandise out to my vehicle. As a result of their HORRIBLE customer service, I made four (4) separate trips across the parking lot to load the merchandise into my vehicle. On 6-9-17, I purchased several boxes and packing merchandise from PostNet at 2880 Bicentennial Parkway, Suite 100, Henderson. Unlike either of the two male employees at the UPS Store, the female employee at PostNet helped me carry the merchandise out to my vehicle. If you want BETTER customer service, go to PostNet (next to Albertsons) instead of the UPS Store. read more

This store charges a huge fee over postal rates. I decided to pay it to avoid the lines at the post office. The lady told me it would go out today. After she got my money and prints the label she tells me it won't go out until the next day. What a rippoff. Do yourself a favor and go to the post officE. read more

Hats off to the crew at UPS. I had my Dad's funeral program to be printed color trifold double sided. I always use this store out of convenience, but always questioned their pricing. I recently had a package being shipped to a deployed airman.(APO) The quote I was given was for usps not ups at $107. I took that package to the post office and paid $47. That package actually was going to an Air Force base in New Jersey, to be shipped over seas by military transport. I can see making a profit. This quote was absolutely ridiculous. Be aware of these guys !!! read more
