Service is friendly the place is clean and well stocked The issue I have is that this place is much too small for the demand of the area and a line always forms, but there is not enough staff to handle the line. Consequently customers have to be patient. If you're in a rush, there's nothing you can do about it. I have been going to this store for years. I have always found the staff helpful. I have never had a negative experience with this store.

This store didn't package my item correctly and it arrived to the recipient completely destroyed. They will not refund the money I paid for them to professionally pack my item. All they say is that they packed it "to standard" and they deny any wrong doing. Then they tell you to contact UPS. When you contact UPS, UPS says that you need to contact the UPS STORE CORPORATE office.. when you reach the UPS store corporate office, they tell you that you need to contact UPS. This location is unethical as they take your money and then pack things up however they feel and then they don't stand behind their work. This store runs efficiently. The staff, everyone... is so helpful and friendly. I like that I see familiar faces when I return to the store again and again. This tells me it must be a fun group to work with. I pay a little more perhaps, to use them... but the convenience and consistent reliability makes it all the worthwhile. I shipped four golf clubs back to Minnesota. The UPS store in Henderson packed the clubs and the clubs were lost. Paid for insurance. UPS app says the package arrived empty at their transit facility. The are denying the claim now. 6 weeks. Manager won't return calls. What a horrible experience. read more

I have been to this location several times in the last couple months mostly for Amazon returns. There is almost never a line and when there is it moves quickly. All of the employees have been fast and friendly. They are very knowledgeable with Amazon returns and have you in and out fast. I would definitely return here for any of my shipping or postal needs in the future. read more

I pay UPS a yearly fee to deliver to The UPS Store as an option when I am not home. This UPS store refused the package and returned it to the sender, all without bothering to notify me or give me the option of having it delivered to my home. THEY ARE BEYOND IRRESPONSIBLE! The last couple times I've been here, the two heavyset brunette woman working there I noticed them treating the younger staff members which look like teenagers, very disrespectfully, I had to bite my tongue hard not to jump in and say something. Then again a couple days ago, they were both rude to me and another couple that had come in at the same time. The other couple left and said they would never come back again. They should let you know pricing of printing. I asked to have a label printed, one piece of paper, and it's $2.00! I could have done that at Office Depot for .10 cents! Prices of bags aren't posted on the shipping bag, but for a plastic bag, I'd assume no more than $2.00. Anyways; I paid almost $8.00 to send back two college text books that I had a label for. The employees were rude and not helpful at all. On 6-10-17, I purchased $215.92 worth of boxes , tape, and packing peanuts. Neither of the two male employees assisted me (or even offered) to help carry the merchandise out to my vehicle. As a result of their HORRIBLE customer service, I made four (4) separate trips across the parking lot to load the merchandise into my vehicle. On 6-9-17, I purchased several boxes and packing merchandise from PostNet at 2880 Bicentennial Parkway, Suite 100, Henderson. Unlike either of the two male employees at the UPS Store, the female employee at PostNet helped me carry the merchandise out to my vehicle. I always use this store out of convenience, but always questioned their pricing. I recently had a package being shipped to a deployed airman.(APO) The quote I was given was for usps not ups at $107. I took that package to the post office and paid $47. That package actually was going to an Air Force base in New Jersey, to be shipped over seas by military transport. I can see making a profit.
