Today 3/18/26..i went into All Storage Anthem to look for a unit for my belongings. I was met in the front office by Leona. Very Friendly and nice lady that answered all my questions and was knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of Storage Units. Very Helpful. Then i met Joe, the Maintenance Man. He was very friendly as well and answered alot of my more questions. Super Nice Man. He showd me i think about four different units. And at that point i decided i did not want to go see any other storage places as i planned on doing this day. I felt safe putting all my belongings here at All Storage Anthem. I especially like that there is a security gate code..code in-code out. Also security cameras all around makes me feel safe too. Buildings are nice and Clean and felt very Cool inside despite being almost 100* degrees today. Truck they provided to me didn't have an operable driver's side door. They had to switch trucks last minute causing us to be late to our appointment. When they gave us the new truck they provided no guidance on how to operate the truck or anything in particular on the features. So we just drove it. Turns out the trailer light was on, causing us to guzzle gas much more than normal even though we had no load. Didn't discover it until refueling moments before returning it. Upon a call to the office, they said that button comes on during the trip even if you don't hit it. WTF?! The vehicle also had significant wheel-well compartments in the back in the truck (not identified on the website) which significantly adversely affected the ability to transport large sofas that we measured would fit perfectly, but then in practice did not fit because of these 3 protrusions to the storage bed. To make matters worse, we were given a vehicle rated as a Full tank. But as soon as we drove off the lot the gas indicator lever moved to 7/8ths. 10 miles into our trip it was already at 3/4ths full. Ultimately it required a lot more to fill back up than could be possibly consumed in our short 30-mile trip. Would not rent from these guys again. Not sure if it is U-Haul in general or just this location, but not a good experience, and we are about to make a house move and won't be considering them... read more

While customer service was friendly while purchasing they neglected to tell me that the extra supplies I was buying (so I wouldn't have to make multiple trips during packing and I wasn't sure exactly what I needed) I would not be able to return the unused items because they don't accept returns. They knew I was buying extra, had they told me I would have been unable to return I would have just went to Uhaul where 100% they take back unused supplies. All future moves will be with Uhaul only. read more

Went in to rent a U-Haul without a reservation. No reservation no problem. Processing was quick and easy. Good customer service. They also have storage rentals, I can't comment on that but I'm sure they have good prices and it looks secure. Suer easy to get to and plenty of nearby gas options if your need to refuel before returning equipment. read more

This is a super smooth, friendly, and speedy operation. We pulled in, someone met us there and led us to an open area to unload the car from the trailer, test the trailer operation to ensure there was no damage and it was ready for the next customer, and we were able to get right back to the new place to unload the truck. When we completed unpacking the truck, we drove back, pulled right up and someone came right out and I handed over the keys--paperwork was all sent via email--all looked accurate. I really was expecting this to take much longer, but it was so fast and the staff was so friendly and helpful. read more

I don't post alot of reviews, however I felt that I absolutely should post one for this All Storage location and Gerlyn(one of the managers on site). I've had my storage unit for many years and finally moved all my stuff out to CA. Throughout the years Gerlyn has been super helpful and patient if my payment was late(usually since one of my credit cards expired, again years.. Lol) and always emailed or called me so I could try and avoid a late payment fee. Super friendly and good units. My unit was an inside climate controlled one and none of my stuff was damaged whatsoever due to heat or anything else, which in Vegas is saying something. tldr: great management and great units. Used this storage for 7 years. Had the smallest unit available. When I got to it I opened the door and found no light inside. My other unit there had inside light. It was pitch black. The facility is well maintained, clean and easy to load and unload. Always has carts for taking more items up and down. I felt the unit was overpriced at $100/ month. Owners are nice and friendly and live on premises. Always available to help. read more

Service here is fast, easy, and polite. The only thing I didn't care for is if you rent a uhaul, you can't keep your car parked here. It's understandable since the lot is small. You'll have to move it to the shopping center next door. Not a big deal but still an inconvenience on moving day. read more

Avoid this local storage and UHaul Rental business. Renting anything there is a nightmare. One employee 'Patrick' writes down all your credit card info including the security code on the back, then drivers license, then continues to ask for personal info. He then asked for email info, additional credit cards, etc. When confronted as to why he wanted what amounts to "Identity Theft" info, he then refused to rent and asked us to leave. When asked for the paper he had written down all our personal information on, he refused and said he would keep it. AVOID. If this is the way they treat senior citizens from Sun City Anthem, it is alarming. read more

The staff/owners are so helpful. Property is clean. We have rented from this locations many times in the past 5 years (lots of moves) and they have always been accommodating. Id done business with this place before, I had a rental space for over a year doI bought some boxes this time to move a 4 bedroom house and as it turns out I didn't get the boxes back within the 5-day time limit. Now mind you moving a four-bedroom house is very time-consuming taxing exhausting-- whatever but you think they care they made me eat the boxes that I bought that were completely new conditionand unused condition because that's their policy --well my policy is not to do business anymore with an organization so short-sighted as that so I would suggest that you keep looking I thought they were good people to do business with I guess I was wrong read more
