U-Haul / All Storage Inspirada 3560 Volunteer Blvd, Henderson, Nevada To be clear, U-Haul trucks themselves have always been a solid, reliable option for moving, and we have used U-Haul successfully in the past without issue. This review is not about the U-Haul brand, but about the local independent operator at this address: All Storage Inspirada. At pickup, no walkthrough or inspection was performed. We were given a standard pre-printed document in the office, asked to sign it, handed the keys, and sent on our way. No fuel level was verified with us, and no condition checklist was reviewed. We returned the truck the same evening, clean, swept, fully equipped, and refueled. Once again, no walkthrough or inspection was conducted at return, and we were not advised of any issues. Despite this, after the rental was complete, we were charged fuel and late fees with no contemporaneous inspection, documentation, or customer acknowledgment. A signature on pre-printed paperwork does not replace an actual inspection, and applying charges after the fact without verification raises serious consumer-protection concerns, including the appearance of unfair or deceptive billing practices. This appears to be a location-specific, post-rental billing practice that lacks transparency and accountability. It reflects poorly on the local operator, not on U-Haul as a company. We are attempting to resolve this matter in good faith, but based on this experience, we do not recommend renting from All Storage Inspirada at this location. My son had a storage unit at a different company on the other side of the 15 and it was robbed; it seemed like an inside job honestly. Of course their cameras weren't working that night! I would give them 10 stars if I could. We ended up selling our home much quicker than anticipated and when I found out it was going on the market I knew I needed a storage solution. Being that I was moving to the Inspirada area, I thought I would check out All Storage - Inspirada. I went in and Teddy met me and immediately had me set up. James took me on a tour to show me the facility along with the unit they had available. Their customer service at this point already blew me away. James then set up my lock while Teddy and his team ensured my paperwork was done. Fast forward to when I had a moving date. I went in and scheduled my Uhaul. I was originally told my Uhaul would only be available at a different location. While moving stuff around the day of pickup, I went and talked to Teresa. She said she could arrange to have a Uhaul for me at the Inspirada location and it would be the size I wanted!! She was the MVP of my move and I am still so grateful. Sure enough, the Uhaul was there and waiting for me. I will be using them as we move into our new home. If you are looking for a storage place, I highly recommend All Storage - Inspirada. First time here and definitely not my last. Immediately upon entering I was greeted by the staff. They were personable, friendly and welcoming. My contract was pulled up and the specifics regarding the rental were discussed. The employee did a thorough job answering all my questions and provided me with a brochure further highlighting the operational aspects of the rental truck. Upon my return, the checkin process was extremely efficient and my wait time was minimal. Once again, I found the staff to be kind, professional and genuine in their efforts of keeping customer service at the forefront. I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge the Uhaul employees involved in my transaction, Nikki, James and Ted. These individuals are phenomenal employees and outstanding representatives of the U-Haul corporation. I'd asked that they be recognized in some fashion for their work. James and Nikki really helped my family and I get back home after a really bad experience with a U-Haul dealer. I was in Las Vegas only to pick up a car and take it back to California the same day. After U-Haul called me and said my reservation was not going to be able to be fulfilled, we were stuck not knowing what to do. Thankfully we contacted James and Nikki, and they saved our trip!! My husband was the one who reserved a truck for our move. I waited in the car. When he emerged, he was very happy with the way the staff had treated him. As it turns out, that wasn't staff but the owner Teresa. We picked up the van as scheduled. It was very clean and was full of fuel. Returned it as scheduled. I did not write a review at the time because I wanted to wait until we received the AmEx statement, to ensure we were billed correctly. A few weeks later, we needed to reserve another cargo van. I went to All Storage - Inspirada by myself. The owners Teresa and Teddy were there. Good people. They are very customer service-oriented. As it turns out, they didn't have a cargo van available BUT offered to check availability at the All Storage facility on Beasley at St. Rose. Teresa's sisters own it. A van was available, so Teresa booked it for me. She then gave me very good directions. On the day of the move, I found the All Storage facility without any trouble. Hubby and I both went in. We got the van. When we returned it, the office was closed but, once again, we left the van and put the keys into the appropriate slot. I still did not write a review because I was still waiting for the American Express statement; want to make sure we were charged correctly. I audited my AmEx bill yesterday. Both charges for the van rentals were around $46, so that's right. But there was a third charge. It's less than $7. I wonder if my husband failed to fill the van the first time. I know it was full when we returned the second van, because I filled it at the Costco literally next door to the rental agency. In both cases, we put very few miles on the vehicle; basically drove a circle from the rental facility to Anthem to Inspirada and back to the rental facility. So I have no idea what the $7 charge is for. I'm not saying it's not legitimate; I'm saying I don't know whether it's legitimate or not. I have used All Storage for both storage unit needs and U-Haul truck rental. I will only use them for storage and truck rental needs in the future based on my experiences with them. Here's as many reasons as I can think of at the moment. 1. Local family owned and operated. In these times especially I prefer supporting small businesses rather than large faceless corporations. 2. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. 3. Storage units are immaculately clean, well lit, and multiple doors to park and load/unload so that there are no (or minimal) traffic jams when it's a busy day/time to access the units inside the buildings. They take pride in their cleanliness and quality units. They also have a good security system for accessing the storage units. They know exactly who is in the units at any time and their arrival and departure times are tracked as well. I feel like it's a very safe storage facility for my items and myself. 4. I've had to rent U-Hauls more times than I prefer, but they always got me the van size I needed with sometimes the minimal amount of notice. 5. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend All Storage. I have had several self storage units in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. All Storage Inspirada is by far the best. The facility is clean and efficient and easy to access. The storage space is also easy to access and super clean. All Storage offers some sizes I've not seen before and that are particularly efficient. The office is very attractive and full of useful items, complimentary coffee, water and snacks, and really nice people.
