We returned the truck exactly at the agreed-upon time and parked it in the same spot we picked it up from, keys locked in the drop box as instructed. The next morning, I got a frantic call saying the truck was "missing." I explained where we left it, but the woman insisted she couldn't find it anywhere on the lot. When I asked if she had checked the lockbox, she admitted she hadn't -- then said she'd call back if there were any issues. I never heard from her again. No apology, no confirmation that the truck was indeed there -- nothing. It was very unprofessional and stressful thinking a U-Haul truck might be missing under my name. Clearly, she hadn't looked properly before calling. If you're renting from this place, make sure to take lots of photos to confirm that you actually returned the truck.

Probably just don't put up with people being a-holes to them about a 15 minute window of risk lol. Anyway. The facility makes me feel so safe! I come often about 4-5 days a week to grab inventory. Cameras everywhere. Have to use a code to get anywhere. Code for gate. Code for access to interior lockers. Code for elevator that will only allow you to go to the floor of your locker. Code for restrooms. Makes me feel very safe as a little woman to be going by myself! We've needed to upgrade our locker once so far as our inventory grows. They made it super simple. And we're very helpful. It's clean. No pest problems. No smell problems. One of the best storage facilities in the valley.

I was looking everywhere in Las Vegas for an affordable storage and I couldn't find it in the center of the city, it takes my 10 minutes driving but I am very please with the price of my unit , with the friendly and warm people working there, with all the cameras around the property, with the insurance they provide, all areas inside are very clean, elevator works properly oh well, the elevators are slow but those are heavy lifting elevators that's the way those suppose to be. my access code works perfect since the first day I was there, yes, one access code per each storage unit, so they control who is entering to the property, security is primordial and they have it ! If you decide to go there remember to ask for the free Padlock. One thing they should improve but isn't enough to lose an star in my review: inside the storage building I prefer to have sensors for light activation and not to have to touch the light switch at the wall. I've been to other locations that had office hours but when you show up at 1000 it says, "will return at 1pm!" Although carts are only available during business hours, there are an ample supply of them. The facility is clean, air conditioned below 75 and well lit with motion activated lights (very helpful if you are terrible at navigating a maze!). I always know where I've been!
