I have been a paying customer for several years at ALL STORAGE. Over the last two years they began moving U-Haul trucks IN FRONT of my unit. These U-Haul trucks make it impossible for me to park in front of my Storage facility without blocking traffic. I have asked them several times to avoid parking U-Haul's in front of my storage. They have told me that they would do so in the pat however up to this point have only giving me lip service. As I write this now for the umpteenth time there are U-Haul super movers parked in front of my storage unit. The problem this creates is that when I need access to my storage unit and park my car to move items in and out, I block traffic. People who drive up behind me want me to obviously move my car so I have to get back in my vehicle, and drive all the way around the facility to park my car in front of my storage again only to have to move it again when another car comes up behind me. I brought this up with Carolyn, the manager, again just right now and asked for a discount given that this has become a massive inconvenience. Her response is that I haven't been here in a long time. That is irrelevant in my opinion. When I mentioned that I would yelp about this they said "go ahead". Clearly they don't care about treating me fairly or customer service or the reviews that they'll get. Unlike their website they are not providing me with "friendly service for all of my storage and moving needs." Also this was never part of the agreement: that I would have to constantly move my vehicle and share driveway space with uhaul trucks. I want to load and unload items from storage without hassle. These units are specifically designed for drive up. I think it's important that this website tells customers that their storage unit may be blocked by U-Haul trucks. They are not currently stating that on their website so for any new customers beware and ask for a discount or something in writing specifically stating they will not block your storage unit with U-Haul trucks. read more

This place was awful, is there was an option for 0 stars this would be it. Went here for a U-Haul pickup at 6:30 A.M. and the word lock that we had access to was NOT on our assigned truck!!! We had to sit on customer service for 30 minutes and had to be relocated to a different location with a new assigned truck. This threw off the entire day and made our timing so much later than it should've been. read more

This review is based solely upon my experience with the U-Haul service that this location provides. I made a reservation for a U-Haul truck on Saturday, 07/29/2017 at 2:40am. Which means, they had all day Saturday and all day Monday to review the order. The location waited until Tuesday, 08/01/2017, the day of the scheduled move and use of the U-Haul to contact me at 9:30am to notify me that they were closed for a half-hour for lunch between 12:00pm - 1:00pm. No where on the U-Haul website associated with their location is this indicated, which you can see from the attached screenshot of their hours. I understand being closed for lunch, my issue is that it should be noted somewhere in the reservation booking or this location should do a better job at notifying their customers and not waiting until the day of the appointment, with a 2.5 hour window to contact me. By this point on the day of the move, I had already coordinated my schedule and the schedule of my movers. I was very fortunate that my movers were flexible enough to push back our load time to accommodate the inconvenience. When I arrived and expressed my dissatisfaction for the appointment time, the woman at the front counter did not seem to care about my feedback and even rudely asked, "Do you still want the U-Haul?" I assured her that I did and asked to speak with the manager, who had just walked by. Throughout the entire conversation, the main takeaway that I had from this issue was that it was not the fault of All Storage, but the fault of U-Haul and I should take up any grievances that I had with U-Haul. Sadly, as a returning customer - this will most likely be the last time I choose to rent with this company. They receive two stars, because of their location alone. read more

If I could give the customer service and this very tidy facility more than 5 stars I would. Carolyn (site manager) is an amazing human who puts the customer's needs first. She is helpful, kind and an all around great person who knows her stuff. One of the many examples I can give is on move in day when she brought me not one but two flashlights so I could have a well lit unit to organize my things. The managers here distinguish this place from others. Friendly, helpful and HONEST, they make the sad experience of having to store stuff other than in a nice large house tolerable. First off, they offer a $1.00 move in deal (actually costs a few dollars more than that due to other charges but our first month was $15.00.) Second they are very flexible on changing units and take the time to make sure you understand the late policy and the deadlines to cancel. Most importantly, rather than encourage you to perpetually stay in storage they remind you that every payment you make to them, you could simply be buying new tv's, furniture, etc and storage should be a temporary option. I found this refreshing. They are very good about returning messages but rarely answer the phone live (they do have an answering service who will get them a message right away) as they are usually with customers or doing work on the grounds. The customer service here was amazing! They got us in and out super quick. The grounds are clean including in the hallways of the inside storage units. Our original gate code was not working and they made sure to fix it in a hurry so that we could get to our storage unit. Renting a U-Haul from them was super easy as well. There is a live in manager that stays right above the office so that makes me feel better about the place being a little more secure. Overall I would recommend this storage place. read more

We paid a year in advance. After 12 months we received a late notice along with a $10 late charge instead of a bill. I called to find out why no bill and was informed they do not send bills but they do send late notices. Asked to have the $10 late charge waived and the manager refused. Common courtesy and a good business practice would have been a simple email or phone call to remind us of the renewal. The part that really made no sense was the willingness to waive the $10 late fee if we went on monthly autopay. My intention was to pay for another year but instead she was insistent on making that extra $10. This is a huge customer service fail on this facility and will probably result in us moving our stuff as we only use the locker to store files with no monetary value. There was also a break in to multiple units a few months ago. We were fortunate as there would be no interest in the files we store however multiple lockers were entered. I am not sure if the others were so lucky. Be careful what you store at this facility. This company should take the opportunity to learn from this customer service failure as a year in advance worth of rent was lost for $10 AND you now have a very dissatisfied customer. read more

This facility is fantastic. I always found it clean and accessible. Wide hallways & functiong carts made moving my belongings to and from the truck much easier than some facilities I have utilized in the past. In addition the driveways around the property made maneuvering a large moving truck with attached trailer a breeze. I also found the entire staff to not only be professional, but friendly as well. Even being reminded of rental payments that were due was more like a friendly conversation rather than a bill collector. Carolyn and Dan treated me with respect and dignity that was above and beyond the call of their position. I would recommend All Storage of Summerlin to anybody. And should I require the need for storage in this area again I wouldn't bother looking elsewhere. read more

Don't store your belongings here. They turn the lights off early into total darkness jeopardizing your safety. Unsafe door entrances, leaking roofs, and rude managers. They double lock your storage unit before due date. Unreasonable and high late charges. BE WARNED AND GO ELSEWHERE. read more
