    The store is always clean and well organized, as they can easily find your packages. The customer service goes above and beyond, if you have questions, they're more than happy to help you! They always make you feel like the most important person in the room, and they treat everyone just as well. They have always gone out of their way to please the customer and no matter how busy, never forget anyone in the store. This is a store that always makes you feel welcomed and are treated as a friend. The prices are reasonable and worth every penny, even the 50¢ letters you mail. These guys are awesome and beautiful. Thank you Veronica!!! Love and light always.

    I hope this review gets to the store owner of this ups store! Came in here for 3+ years before when Becky was here with her daughter this store customer service was awesome ever since she left this store is going WORST AND WORST each visit! This two particular lady who works here the Arianna (younger lady) this lady attitude is unacceptable with a comment such as if you don't like this store service take your service else where, we don't need you business!! and the older Spanish lady shorter lady also have attitude problems!!! I'm always say thank you when I drop off my packages, this ladies they always never respond like I'm talking to a ghost! Specially today I had it with this Ariana lady she basically telling me go to different store and get out! No I would not get out I paid a label with UPS online I'm entitled to drop off my package At ups store! Just because this two lady always having the worst day of their life each time I encountered them and giving us all customers who don't business with UPS and also purchase things at this store it is not right from this two RUDE individuals to represent the store owner as a ups franchisee. I'm sure the store owner isn't aware of this situation otherwise they would have acted to correct this rude service we customer getting, rude comments and super bad attitude! As far as value it is just the usual rate with some slightly higher which I don't mind but this rudeness, bad attitudes from this two ladies has to stop or this two ladies will run this store down to the point no one will ever wanted to come here! I asked for service for a label protector plastic (so I can get my package ready at home because I purchase UPS labels from home and print them at home) for me to be able to just come here to drop off my package At this ups store for the future without me to bother any of them because quite frankly I was no communication with this two rude ladies period, I rather just have a minimal communication when I drop off my package by asking for a receipt!!! Because this two ladies feel so entitled like they own this store that we customer have to be super polite to them to please them!!! This is just unbelievable how this two ladies give me such hassle today and ever since I started coming here I never want to complaint or wish someone to get in trouble but this kind of service from this two ladies who worked for this ups store got to stop their attitudes, manner and guest services is unbelievably horrible!!! I'm personally hope the store owner could get back to me to discuss this matter further! This is the first time I ever check in in Yelp because I have left the store with giving me my name and phone number to the American older lady to pass it along to the store owner so I'm able to discuss this rude treatments, bad attitudes and as well as unnecessary comment such as "take your business else where" - "we don't need your business" like I said this is not the first incident I encountered with this two ladies ever since I came to this establishment (the ups store) since 2019!!! Today I had it with the comment Arianna said to me to bring my business else where!!!

    Veronica, the "Un-Manager" at this location is the worst Manager I have ever seen across any store or business I've ever worked with. She is totally incompetent and not customer focused. She needs to be fired and replaced. Today, I flew in from out of state to set up a PO box with her as we are moving to NV and our house isn't built yet. She said she required 2 forms of ID. I showed her my driver's license and a picture of my Passport. She said the passport need to be produced in person. I pressed her for her reasons. She could not articulate a valid reason why other than she was "told" that. Again, she is the store Un-Manager. I pressed her again and she said she would call someone to find out. She came back and said she couldn't accept a picture. I asked her if I could have the contact info of the person she spoke to and she would not give it to me. I asked her why she couldn't accept a picture of my passport, and she said, "I was told by the rep that I could not accept it". Again, I asked her for the "rep's" contact information, and she would not provide it. She became very combative. She then threatened to call security. I left and went to the UPS store 1 mile away from her...they readily accepted the picture of my passport and set up my PO box. They said Veronica has attitude and has a bad reputation...many people know about her. Thus, the 2.4/5 rating on Yelp. Veronica is incompetent and needs to be fired.

    This store makes Amazon returns quick and easy. You bring the product, they scan your QR code, you get a receipt and within minutes you get your refund from Amazon. Just be sure to check the terms because you might have to bring your own box if you chose that option from Amazon. UPS makes this simple, it's a great value.

That being said, I paid all fees associated with international packages (which you are obligated to do to even receive said packages) with receipts. 3 months later, UPS is applying late fees and issuing additional charges because they cashed my check, charged my cards, but they didn't attach any of the money I paid to my account. It's insane to me that they had over $800 floating around in their system that they already took from me but because they didn't tie it to my account, my account is being penalized and charged for late/missing payments. Countless hours wasted and another potential couple hundred bucks to resolve this entire issue. Not too many options out there but definitely don't go with UPS.

The value to me is enormous since I'm a Corporate Assistant and do weekly returns before and after work ! I highly rate the service 5+Stars !     I've been going to this location for months with no issues, I did however notice they provided…read moretheir Caucasian customers with extra good service but I let that slide. I stopped going to the UPS store by Walmart on Fort Apache because the old lady there is rude but has shown considerable improvement in her customer service skills and acknowledging her waiting customers. Today at this location I was serviced by the old man that's there. Be aware that My boxes were large and heavy (see photo) and I had multiple that I had to go back and forth to grab. I put them on the weigh scale and went back to grab another I staged by the entrance. This gentleman would slide my boxes off the counter and let them slam on the floor. I was not ok with this so I voiced my concern, I told him to be careful with my packages and he just brushed me off. That is the sole reason for my review. He could've asked me or the other employee working there for assistance if he's too weak. I'm a military veteran and a registered nurse, I deserve equal respect and appreciation as any other paying customer. I'm really disappointed this situation transpired. Do better or retire.
