The only reason why I'm giving two stars and not one star is due to the young man who is always courteous, respectful and polite. For the last few weeks, due the remodeling and inability to open my own mailbox, I have received (handed) other customers mail, have had issues acquiring all my packages and been given poor service from the young female who works there. They always make you feel like the most important person in the room, and they treat everyone just as well. I hope this review gets to the store owner of this ups store! Came in here for 3+ years before when Becky was here with her daughter this store customer service was awesome ever since she left this store is going WORST AND WORST each visit! This two particular lady who works here the Arianna (younger lady) this lady attitude is unacceptable with a comment such as if you don't like this store service take your service else where, we don't need you business!! and the older Spanish lady shorter lady also have attitude problems!!! I'm always say thank you when I drop off my packages, this ladies they always never respond like I'm talking to a ghost! Specially today I had it with this Ariana lady she basically telling me go to different store and get out! No I would not get out I paid a label with UPS online I'm entitled to drop off my package At ups store! Just because this two lady always having the worst day of their life each time I encountered them and giving us all customers who don't business with UPS and also purchase things at this store it is not right from this two RUDE individuals to represent the store owner as a ups franchisee. I'm sure the store owner isn't aware of this situation otherwise they would have acted to correct this rude service we customer getting, rude comments and super bad attitude! As far as value it is just the usual rate with some slightly higher which I don't mind but this rudeness, bad attitudes from this two ladies has to stop or this two ladies will run this store down to the point no one will ever wanted to come here! Veronica, the "Un-Manager" at this location is the worst Manager I have ever seen across any store or business I've ever worked with. She is totally incompetent and not customer focused. She needs to be fired and replaced. Today, I flew in from out of state to set up a PO box with her as we are moving to NV and our house isn't built yet. She said she required 2 forms of ID. I showed her my driver's license and a picture of my Passport. She said the passport need to be produced in person. I pressed her for her reasons. She could not articulate a valid reason why other than she was "told" that. Again, she is the store Un-Manager. I pressed her again and she said she would call someone to find out. She came back and said she couldn't accept a picture. I asked her if I could have the contact info of the person she spoke to and she would not give it to me. I asked her why she couldn't accept a picture of my passport, and she said, "I was told by the rep that I could not accept it". Again, I asked her for the "rep's" contact information, and she would not provide it. She became very combative. She then threatened to call security. I left and went to the UPS store 1 mile away from her...they readily accepted the picture of my passport and set up my PO box. They said Veronica has attitude and has a bad reputation...many people know about her. Thus, the 2.4/5 rating on Yelp. Veronica is incompetent and needs to be fired. read more

Needed to print a label and return a package. Girl with long black hair handed me a laminated email address for the label to be printed. Sent the email and cc'd myself to ensure it went through. I asked for scissors and received no reply twice. She took 4 customers while she waited for the email. I stepped up and stated that the email should have been received. No response. She took another customer and ignored me. I asked her to check the email again..because I received my copy in my email. No response. She made no eye contact, no reply. She walked over to a computer and said " It is printing by the window". I retreived the label and she took 2 more customers. I again asked for scissors and she pushed a label holder to me. I asked again and she said JUST FOLD IT. I asked a final time for scissors and finally got them. She refused to acknowledge me when I stood at the counter ready to pay and took other customers. I got her attention , paid and she grabbed the label and open package and threw it on the counter behind her and stated to take anothet customer. I requested tape and the package and label to ensure it would be taped and completed to send without any issues. She ignored me. I asked again , completed the process for the return and took a photo for my return . Customer service and common sense have missed this employee. Will not return again. I HAD to give 1 star to post. This was a NO STAR experience in reality. read more

This place charges you when you drop off an amazon package that doesn't require any charge, because they have to tape it shut even tho there is a sealed box with in and they could just send that. And the Employee attitude feels like she is forced to work there! read more

This store makes Amazon returns quick and easy. You bring the product, they scan your QR code, you get a receipt and within minutes you get your refund from Amazon. Came in twice today before the afternoon to drop off prepaid boxes to UPS. I had the same lady both times "help" me with attitude. I thanked her the first time and no response. Second trip thanked her again and no response. She never said anything to me. The second I came in, another lady asked "how many more do you have? We don't have anymore space". Right when I left, a UPS truck came by. Although this location is closer to me, I'd rather go to the UPS in downtown summerlin. I have two businesses, so I ship out packages almost everyday, bringing in business for UPS. The downtown summerlin location has always been accommodating and friendly toward everyone the year and a half I've came to that location. This location experience today was terrible. LOST 2 EXPENSIVE PACKAGES WITHIN 3 MONTHS! Such a horrible/ worst experience, the manager Becky was so rude, she's a rudest lady I've ever seen in my life. My reseller dropped the package off at her store on December 16, 2021 and paid almost $70 for next 2nd day air shipping. I was so patience and waited 3 days after the shipping date shown on the receipt to check the tracking number information online, it was still nothing and the reseller contacted them, they said it's just because of holiday season so UPS wasn't updating it on their website however it's still on its way and it's delivered to UPS warehouse ( in fact, when I checked online it's shown " the delivery day will be provided as soon as possible " ) I contacted them, 1st time I spoke with her employee, she said her manager will call me back tomorrow, I waited and have never received any call from them then I called them 2 days later, her employee said the manager was on her vacation and will call me back next week but no any response as they promised. I had to called them back and spoke with the manager, she said call her back 7 days later and I did call her then she told me don't call her every single day. WHATTTT??? She asked me to call her back then whattt? It's my money, it's my LV bag $4000 ( her employee knew what's inside of the bag because my friend declared it to pay for insurance. Now after 3 months, I still didn't receive any compensation from UPS. March 16th 2022, my reseller has continued to ship 1 more big box with a lot of bags inside ( her employee knows what's inside of the box because it's shown on the receipt ) , she paid almost $400 for next day air shipping and again. My 2nd package has lost with exactly the same what's happened with my 1st package. It's dropped off on March 16th, it should be delivered on March 17th before 12PM. I waited and couldn't check the tracking number information on the receipt then the reseller had came to their store to ask them what's happened with it, OMG... she found out the package was still at their store and they said it should be delivered today ( but on the receipt showed yesterday) the reseller asked the driver and he said her employee called him back to hold my package because it should be delivered tmmr. ( WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY DID THAT NIGHT? THEY HOLD MY PACKAGE BECAUSE THEY KNOW IT'S A LOT OF EXPENSIVE ITEMS INSIDE SHOWN ON THE RECEIPT??? ) OMG ... It's unacceptable because it's totally wrong , they charged a lot for the next day air shipping, it means it should be delivered right away ( my friend came to their store in time and met the UPS driver who picks the packages for the last pick up of the day) The day after we're still couldn't check the tracking , the reseller asked them to take the package back but they refused her request because the UPS driver just put it on the truck. I called them to ask and the manager kept saying " Maam I don't know, I don't know... " What???.. you're manager Becky and it's your responsibility so you have to know everything was happening in your store. Then she said please wait till tmmr, if you still didn't receive it then you can call me back tmmr . I and the reseller were ok and thought I will get it tomorrow btw. The following day I still couldn't check it and it showed " the shipping day will be provided as soon as possible " then 30 minutes later I checked again it's shown " information not available- we've begun an investigation to locate the package " I called her back as she asked me then she told me please don't call her every single day, it's harassing. SHE ALSO SAID IF I CONTINUE TO CALL HER THEN SHE WILL CANCEL THE CLAIM OF INVESTIGATION AND I WILL GET NOTHING!!!!! THEN SHE HUNG UP WHILE I WAS TALKING. I only spoke with her 2 times for the 1st lost package and 2 times for the 2nd lost package. Omg! You asked me to call you then you said that lady? It's your responsibility, you have to be kind and provides the updates of my package for me . It's a lot of my money and especially it's not the first time, IT'S SECOND TIME happened at your store within 3 MONTHS. IF ONCE, I MAY THINK IT IS AN ACCIDENTAL BUT IT'S HAPPENED AGAIN THEN IT'S INTENTIONAL. IT'S ABVIOUS FRAUD, IT'S ONLY A SHORT WAY AND SHORT TIME FROM YOUR STORE TO THE LOCAL UPS WAREHOUSE ( I'M NOT SURE DID THEY GIVE IT TO THE UPS DRIVER OR NOT BECAUSE THEY'RE INDEPENDENTLY OWNER AND OPERATED FRANCHISE) I will change/ update my review after I can get my package. Dropped off a package with a USPS label on it. The rude lady scanned my package and said "put it behind you." I was confused...I said, "what?" She said it again, "put it in the pile behind you." I turned around and there were packages piled up against the wall to the far left. I left my package as she told me to. Got my confirmation slip and left. It's been 3 weeks now. My package is lost! Can't track it with the number I have on the slip. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I definitely won't drop any more packages here. This is the 1st time I've ever had a package I drop off go missing.
