Found this place thanks to the Yelp app! My usual copy store is temporarily closed, and I needed to print and fax some forms. This PostNet location is clean and organized, and has a computer station available to work at for a flat $2 rate- much better than the automated per-minute fees that Kinkos locations charge (the few that even have work stations). Service from Josh was friendly and helpful. A bunch of regulars popped in and out during my visit and he had a great rapport with them, too. I went in to ask questions about how to proceed to get a paper notarized. Not only I needed help to understand the process or what I needed the worker appeared to be stand off, annoyed , she was more worried that the floor was clean since she had just moped the floor and people were coming in she was annoyed kept going back and forth to clean the floor and ignoring the fact. Going to keep this review short as I only use c this location for one particular thing. I only come here to drop off packages for my ebay store. Staff is super friendly. Only drawback is that it seems like their postal scanner doesn't like my postal labels and have to hand type in the tracking numbers. Covid rules are enforced. Absolutely horrid customer service. To print a word doc. from USB 1 sheet of paper would cost me 5 bucks and tells me kinkos would charge the same amount to login myself and print is a absolute lie. The owner couldn't even look me in eye as he told me. I even told him if I went to kinkos and showed him the receipt he said he would ban me from the store. I'm not sure about the rest of the services, I just know ill never go back. *update* i spoke the truth i know exactly what i experienced, and i am not being unreasonable. As i told u before its your business your price, Dont tell customers lies about your competitor is my problem. The "new owners" (Jeff) and staff are very sensitive people and if you offend them in any way they will not renew your address. What's worse is after they terminate your agreement as a CMRA your mail will be thrown away, destroyed , refused or stamped Return to Sender no longer at address. I wish you the best of luck in finding them registered with the Nevada Secretary of State, the Better Business Bureau or any other place that a reputable business would be listed. My suggestion sadly, after being a customer for many years would be to stay away from this particular location and PostNet in General as your CMRA. The regional director Rick is spineless and will not do anything to involve or inject himself in any type of customer resolution. I never experienced this type of Customer Service , mind you in Vegas let alone you dont find people like this. They knew I was anxious , no I was struggling and I anticipated for the arrival of my EDD card. They pay attention to customers and called me when I only asked one time regarding the matter. All I needed was to make color copies and he proceded to deny service to me making it a point that my paper work was going to break down his 30,000 dollar copy machine which was absurd. He had a disgusting attitude. He Practically threw back my paper work and told me to go to office max .
