Dropped off a package to be shipped via FedEx and days past and no tracking info. I call for support and all they say is open a claim with fedex. BEWARE of doing business here your shipment might end up never making it to the carrier. read more

I was in such a rush coming through here the other week to ship a package halfway across the country, and the staff at this PostNet was tremendous! Juno helped me out and he was so helpful and accommodating. I think he could tell I was a little stressed about the whole thing, but he walked me through the process and got me a good deal on the shipping, too. Thank you, Juno! My family got their stuff in time and it was all in one piece. You truly helped make my Christmas go off without a hitch. read more

Found this place thanks to the Yelp app! My usual copy store is temporarily closed, and I needed to print and fax some forms. This PostNet location is clean and organized, and has a computer station available to work at for a flat $2 rate- much better than the automated per-minute fees that Kinkos locations charge (the few that even have work stations). Service from Josh was friendly and helpful. A bunch of regulars popped in and out during my visit and he had a great rapport with them, too. Note the $5 card minimum (or $1 fee); local faxes are $1/page while long distance is $1.50. High-quality pro photo printer at back of store for large professional projects. read more

I went in to ask questions about how to proceed to get a paper notarized. Not only I needed help to understand the process or what I needed the worker appeared to be stand off, annoyed , she was more worried that the floor was clean since she had just moped the floor and people were coming in she was annoyed kept going back and forth to clean the floor and ignoring the fact. I ended up leaving with my papers not getting notarized and feeling uncomfortable with the attitude I received. read more

The kindest people in business. The people here are great and very helpful. I hate whenever I have to send something because I never know what packaging to use or what postage. They take the time and explain to me everything. And tell me what are my best options. I support this local business because they are so caring and wonderful. This place is also very clean and very well organized. They also have a super cute chihuahua that I love to say hi to every time I stop by. She is a total sweetheart. Definitely a 5 start business for me. read more

Going to keep this review short as I only use c this location for one particular thing. I only come here to drop off packages for my ebay store. Staff is super friendly. Only drawback is that it seems like their postal scanner doesn't like my postal labels and have to hand type in the tracking numbers. Covid rules are enforced. And it's really air conditioned nice inside for the mask wearers. Nice place to do your postal needs. read more

This is my go to PostNet. They are extremely busy and they always find the time to assist you in a way they can. This lady right here is the reason why we keep coming back. Thank you so much. read more

PostNet - Printing Services Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Absolutely horrid customer service. To print a word doc. from USB 1 sheet of paper would cost me 5 bucks and tells me kinkos would charge the same amount to login myself and print is a absolute lie. The owner couldn't even look me in eye as he told me. I even told him if I went to kinkos and showed him the receipt he said he would ban me from the store. I'm not sure about the rest of the services, I just know ill never go back. *update* i spoke the truth i know exactly what i experienced, and i am not being unreasonable. As i told u before its your business your price, Dont tell customers lies about your competitor is my problem. I could go even in more detailed what happened that day, but ill let you save face. read more

Stopped in after a nearby Post Office could not help with the right size shipping tube. The Gentleman behind the counter seemed as though he could be a bit abrasive, but we spoke briefly about our needs and he was able to provide us with the services we required. I did not employ any of the copy services so I can't speak to that, but I would come here again if I needed to ship something read more

I've been a member here since 2012 & I am 100% satisfied with my service. I renew it every year. I have the flexibility to leave town & the security of knowing my mail & packages will be save and stored until I return to collect them. I have always received amazing customer service & friendly service when I arrive. I haven't lost any mail or packages which is such a great peace of mind. Convenient location for me as well :) read more

I came in only to get duplicates made of my house key. The worker made 4 copies with the quickness. No complaints from me read more

The "new owners" (Jeff) and staff are very sensitive people and if you offend them in any way they will not renew your address. What's worse is after they terminate your agreement as a CMRA your mail will be thrown away, destroyed , refused or stamped Return to Sender no longer at address. I wish you the best of luck in finding them registered with the Nevada Secretary of State, the Better Business Bureau or any other place that a reputable business would be listed. My suggestion sadly, after being a customer for many years would be to stay away from this particular location and PostNet in General as your CMRA. The regional director Rick is spineless and will not do anything to involve or inject himself in any type of customer resolution. My box was canceled due to the actions of another person that was also listed who I added after I had already had the address. for more information please visit: http://www. uapsoig.gov/form/file-online-complaint.com read more

I never experienced this type of Customer Service , mind you in Vegas let alone you dont find people like this. They knew I was anxious , no I was struggling and I anticipated for the arrival of my EDD card. They pay attention to customers and called me when I only asked one time regarding the matter. You can also call ahead and see if any mail arrived in your box. Great customer service and will always be a 5 in my book. read more

I will never go to this post net ever again. The male that offered to help me was a big snoot. All I needed was to make color copies and he proceded to deny service to me making it a point that my paper work was going to break down his 30,000 dollar copy machine which was absurd. He had a disgusting attitude. He Practically threw back my paper work and told me to go to office max . What a way to protect his buissiness and to help a customer.an example of a great way to put your attitude before the success of your buissiness. A big thumbs down to this location!!!!!! Went to fed ex office and they were awesome !!!! read more
