Thank you! I had a good experience here. I was all stressed out because I'm moving and I needed to ship this kind of bulky computer chair that I just could not let go of and I had just come from the postal annex where they were treating me like shit and trying to charge me $40 for a box and tape. I gave up on them after they wouldn't take my debit card for no reason and so I came over here and was taken care of for $15 out the door thank you so much! And they packaged up my stuff and taped it without trying to charge me an additional $20 for God sake. It's funny how the simplest experiences will make or break your day. I came over to finally pick up the PS5 for my younger brother. I was out of town during the weekend when they attempted to drop off so I was able to pick up at this location as they held it the following Monday. I was very excited about this as my brother (lives in Hawai'i) has been wanting one since christmas. I came in very stoked about that but the older, bald white male who was at the front said maybe a total of 5 words during the entire interaction as he was very short and seemed to be bothered by the whole exchange for some reason. I asked the cost to ground ship it right back out to Hawai'i and he told me it would cost $150. (My brother in Law works for UPS and later told me that I could have been overcharged as it was way too expensive) I called my parents who also wanted to surprise him to see if they were okay with the cost before shipping and he said to his coworker under his breath but right in front of me "I guess she has to call her parents to see if they want to pay. Either way they can go elsewhere if not" Just very rude for no reason. It's just unfortunate that the male upfront made something that was a exciting into an annoying experience. Come to think of it now I believe I haven't received this kind of professional service from any where in a very long time. Incredible high standards! I love it! When we walked in there were two people working. The female was handling a customer and the male was busy cleaning wiping the counters with a cleaning spray. It was so clean and organized it immediately impressed me. I was there for a quick notary. The man that was cleaning was a notary and we were done and out of there in no time. First of all I would never pay for printing when I have a printer at home but in this case I was not and I was in a rush and I could not find any Staples or Office Depot near the area I was in... So the UPS store was my only resort for my time crunch... Just look at the printing prices ridiculous The guy was rude and look like you didn't want to do anything he directed me to the computer where I logged in it was really slow... There were a lot of printer options I assumed it was already ready but no I only had six pages to print and it charge me by time and pages not only that there was no sign stating which printer to use and they charged me twice . The gentlemen (tall, distinctive gray, thin, warm personality) behind the counter adjusted the insurance for me, pulled my receipt, and I was off. Could have been in and out in 5 min but stopped to remark that I found the store on yelp after a bad experience at a different "The UPS Store" in The Linq NO casino "handling frees" for shipping and receiving. If I could give this store 10 stars I would! The employees were soooo helpful and friendly and kind! I was helping a friend move her mom across country and we had to ship a LOT of boxes and Linda and the young man (I can't remember his name I'm sorry) went above and beyond! They helped us re label everything, tape it all up and send it on its way. There were 13 packages total and they did it with such ease. The customer service we experienced here was so amazing! I hate the post office so UPS is my place to go when needing packages delivered. This location is next to La Bonita Supermarket so parking can be a mess but I have always managed to find parking up front. The employees I've encountered here are always very nice and helpful, even during their busy Christmas time. I've only come here during the morning and have never encountered a line. But have had people wait behind me and they're always acknowledged when they walk in. This location is clean and well run. Definitely avoid the mess that is the USPO and come here. read more

Red headed cashier was super rude. She ignored us when we walked in. Helped someone else first who came in after us. Had an attitude the entire time. I was returning Amazon items that were broken or defective. One came with the side of the box smashed in. I asked her if she could tape it. She asked me if I had tape. I said no. I needed to fax a pretty large document and stopped by here to get it done. The old guy working the counter was pretty cool and took care of it, watching every page (23 pages) go through the fax machine, one by one, to make sure nothing went wrong. Since it was a very important document, I'm very thankful for his personal attention. I wish he wore a name tag so I could give him props.....he probably owns the joint. Terrible service I'm shipping a product that has a bar code and just needs to be scanned to print out the label. The owners scanner is t working so she opens the computer and request for me to email it to the store. I do this she goes to the computer and can't function it and ask me to get it off I do so and she wants to charge me 9 dollars for computer use because her scanner doesn't work. When something doesn't work in your store and my credit card is not the one working the computer which should be the only place this feels more like out right theft considering. I had to return some stuff on Tuesday. Whenever I go out , I wear a mask. I kind of expect to see the staff where I'm doing business wearing them too. Not here. Only one young man had one on. And he appeared to be a trainee. The floor is marked for social distancing. 90 % of people in line were wearing masks. I just found this a little disappointing. Don't get me wrong. The service here is great. I just think they should be following virus guidelines whether you believe in them or not. Its just my opinion. read more

Pretty busy UPS store. Always people here when I go in. The staff is pretty friendly and very efficient. I like that they do not charge me $1.00 for packing tape if I didn't pack my box to ship. I have a business mailbox here as well. Mail seems to be somewhat slow getting into the mailbox, but it is ok. They have scanner, fax, can make keys, etc. It is next to Smith's and in convenient area off Rainbow in the SW. read more

Sent a package to Eastern Europe, paid $58.00 and failed to get to mits destination. I was told it was The US Post office's mistake . I went back and forth between this UPS office and the USPS ,talked to Angie and was given the runaround. After at least 4 visits , they offered to give me a 20 % discount . Huh!! Final outcome , I mailed the same package using the US post office , registered mail , took 5 business days for $18.00 compared to 1 month for the UPS for $58.00 and the package did not even get there!! Total rip off , Angie said they can't give me the full refund of $58.00. This store may have new owners but they have really dropped the ball. I was informed from mail senders that documents were being rejected. I inquired 6 times and it took over a month to receive a response. The response stated, we don't have a record of you and gave a hotmail email address to contact the former owner. We had service for over 2 year with no issues. We understand stuff happens, but their response and time may have well said, sorry, but that's not our problem. I went in there yesterday and spoke with Zadi (Zedi?) about some prints of my artwork I wanted. We tried a few things but they didn't quite work out to my specifications. I told her I'd come in today (Sunday) with some of my own paper and more pieces. Sometimes I'm very specific about my needs. I don't mess around with my art. I wanted quality prints. My paper didn't work. Let me tell you this lady has the patience of a saint! She tried different settings, she could have been like nope nothing is working you artistic nightmare from hades! and I would have been none the wiser. But she kept at it. She changed the sizes, the paper kind, the paper thickness, shrinking, cutting off things. She really just went with it and worked hard to make me happy. (I'm not rude-just particular!) She is also bilingual which is handy to be! I can say zapatos y pantalones-that's my extent of Spanish. I hope the owner/manager knows what a gem they have! She definitely deserves more than whatever you're paying her. She definitely should get a free lunch from them if a raise isn't feasible! read more

I've never had an issue here, service is great, people are friendly. However when I went in today a blonde woman, seeming like a manager talking to someone, a mailman about register problems was not wearing a mask at all. It's my understanding that in Nevada wearing a mask is required by law, not to mention that she was definitely not 6 ft from the folks that she was talking to or that she was behind the counter with. Everyone else had a mask on, including all of us customers. This type of exception to the rule behavior is why we keep getting everything shut down. read more

Do not use this UPS Store!! I mailed a return cell phone back to Tmobile, and when tmobile received it the box was empty. I went to the owner at UPS on Rainbow her name is Carrie Jean to ask what the guy did with my cell phone because tmobile just received an empty box. She told me that they took over the store 3 days after I sent it, there were no cameras, and there was nothing she could do about it. She was very rude and hung up on me. Talked with Rhonda the investigater for them and she also said there is nothing she can do. People they steal your stuff and say there is nothing they can do!! I now owe tmobile $906.00 for a cell phone I don't have because they took it out of the box before they shipped it to them. Tmobile had proof that the box was delivered empty.
