This is technically 2 reviews. The first from a month or two ago that I had posted to google reviews and one from today. Today: Manager Alex refused delivery of my package (I have an access point) without informing me that I am apparently not welcome at this location likely due to the review below lol. Odd since I have picked up a few other packages since then. Tracking and the RFID shows it's at the store so I have no idea where it actually is. Corporate doesn't even know. Logically the manager should have informed me once I picked up this package or at any point prior that I was no longer welcome. I have now rerouted my other incoming packages. A month ago: I have all my UPS packages held here for pick up as I work a lot and don't want to worry about porch pirates. I pay for that service. When I get a package that has been opened and is missing the contents, the employees are unhelpful. They'll also lie and say it was inspected, that the package wasn't opened when it was. I'll be opening all my packages in store from now on. Horrible. read more

Services: I always come here for mailbox needs and Amazon returns when on go to Trader Joe's. From shipping, mail boxes needs and Amazon returns. This stores is efficient and have great customer service. I have been coming here since they open. Conveniently located next to Trader Joe's. You get in and out fast. I have to update this review to note the excellent service I got recently. I was sending a package to a friend inm San Francisco. I wanted to pay the return shipping cost. Accidentally, the receipt was put in the package instead of the return shipping label. When the package reached SF, my friend sent me a text showing me the receipt. He was going to pay the return shipping. I sent a text and told him to hold on. I called the UPS Store. A woman retrieved my information from the computer. She created a new shipping label, emailed it to me, and I sent that to my friend. Today I got my package with my custom made hoodie. Thanks for the great service! The speed of shipping both ways was very quick but it was the shipping label that saved the day! Namaste! read more

Every time I visit this location, there seems to be an issue. During one visit, I asked for assistance boxing up large items I needed to ship for an event. I requested that the staff check if they had boxes large enough to accommodate the items. Instead of assisting, they remained seated and refused to check. I ended up unloading six 75-pound boxes along with my displays onto a dolly, wheeling everything inside while managing my 3-year-old, only to be told they didn't have boxes of the appropriate size. When I asked why they couldn't come to my car (parked directly in front of the entrance) to confirm the box sizes before I unloaded everything, the response was a casual "oops, I'm sorry." On another occasion, they refused to accept two small poly mailer bags, claiming their USPS bin was full. After unloading my child and walking back inside, they finally accepted one of my small envelopes. On yet another visit, I was told they couldn't accept any packages because the location was being remodeled. The recurring issues at this location reflect a lack of initiative and professionalism. The staff often appear disengaged, unwilling to assist customers beyond the counter, and more focused on socializing with one another than providing service. read more

Worked with Chris at The UPS Store located at 5840 West Craig Road today regarding important documents that needed to be scanned. He was very polite, courteous and helpful. He assisted me through the entire process, always with a smile and calm attitude. I have used this location in the past for dropping off packages, and will continue to do my business there for any other needs. While I needed to wait for my information, he continued to assist other individuals with their shipping needs. He greeted, each and everyone of them with a "Hello" and "What can I assist you with today". He is very knowledgeable about his job when questions arose. I give him humungous "KUDO's" to his polite demeaner and customer service. I would recommend this UPS store to anyone who should ask because of the professionalism. This UPS location is great. I moved a little further from this location but I still make the drive to this location whenever I need UPS services. First off, whenever you call a UPS you never get an answer, THIS location ALWAYS answers and willing to help. The young lady that works there, she's brunette, but I don't know her name and I believe is the store manager is a great manager and runs this store right. She's always so happy and willing to help you out, also all the employees are also awesome. Alexandra (Alex) Chanos, the UPS store #6535 manager, called and scammed me into recording my credit card data, then after she stole my money. I believe Alex the store manager called me to scam me into recording my financial records and defrauded me of my money. This is the 2nd time, Alex, UPS store manager, has shown this discriminatory and scam behavior.. and i believe this is systemic behavior. The first time she showed the same behavior, where she scammed me out of my credit card info, she also repeated it out loud in what she described as a "crowded" and "busy" store, meaning there were a lot of people to hear her and gain access to my private financial records. I spoke to the so-called franchise owner and they assured me it would be dealt with. IT WAS NOT HANDLED. UPS store manager, was so disrespectful toward me, she hung on me a total of 15x, according to my phone records... all because I wanted to speak with her about recording my private/financial records and stealing my money. When I asked Alex Chanos to answer for her scam to record my private financial records, she started hanging up on me and it turned out to be a total of 15x while screaming at me, and she continued to lie that she shredded my financial info, but according to evidence I've obtained.... Alex blatantly lied to me, scammed me, and defrauded me and NEVER shredded my credit card info. Each time she hung up on me, I called back, because I DESERVE to know what she intends to do with my credit card info she scammed me out of, and the money she stole from me. OUTRAGEOUS! She did this literally an hour, after I renewed my box before this incident, and she scammed me into stealing my credit card info. I already called the police dept and UPS. rectify this situation. where's my refund and apology? read more

I came here for a few letter size manilla envelopes. Liz rung me up and I realized immediately the price did not match the display price so I pointed that out. Liz said the display prices were wrong and they had not changed them. As a customer that's not my problem. From my point of view you ring them up for the display price and then correct your display so the next customer does not have the same issue. She even wanted me to look at her view of the computer to verify. Again, not my problem. We're talking .20, .30 cents per envelope, I think, but who knows since the display prices are all wrong. At this point the other young employee felt the need to join the conversation even though there is a line of customers, including one he's assisting. Not sure why as his interjection was not needed especially cause he had nothing to add except restating what Liz said. I asked for the manager's name and they gave me a card. I did not purchase the items and as I'm walking out Liz says, I can give you 10 percent off. I'm literally out the door, and if that's an option she wanted to offer how about offer that for the store's mistake in the beginning instead of, Look at my computer and offering excuses why the display is incorrect. This particular UPS store does not offer as many retail items as I've seen at some locations so not sure why they don't update price tags when they update them in their computer. And based on tonight's experience it appears they don't staff competent employees. read more

Awesome staff at this location. This UPS store isn't really as busy as other ones but I ordered a package and it was shipped via UPS and it required signature delivery. The lady who I spoke over the phone with at this location told me that the deliverer can either try delivering it again tomorrow or I can come and pick it up as I was taking a nap when they rang my doorbell. A sticky note was left letting me know which UPS location it was left at. I called immediately as this was a rather pricey package that I needed to complete my new computer build, and the person on the phone said they would leave a note in regards to my package (most shipping companies will say that, but don't do it or forget). They really went above and beyond making sure my package was safe! The only reason I deducted one star was for the deliverer ringing the doorbell once and left within 15 seconds before I could even open the door and drove off. read more

Recently moved to the area and was in need of a mailbox and found this location via Yelp. I've gone through the motions before and to be honest, the staff did a great job getting me in and out with a mailbox. Staff is super friendly and greet everyone once the come through the door. One thing I did notice is that also help each other out too. Small detail but just shows a good team in my opinion. Located in a shopping center so parking was a breeze. I usually go during the week so can't comment on the weekends. I've been getting lucky to not have to wait in line but they can get busy from what it seems. I recommend this spot and happy to have a mailbox there. read more

Had a bad experience here. I bought in two boxes delivered to a former resident who were gone 3 years to return to the sender. I accidentally opened one box and told the young guy that I accidentally opened one and asked if it still could return to the sender. The young guy asked the supervisor(?), a short young girl, telling her what I had told him. She said, "No, it was open. I can tell!" examine the tape on the box with her hand as if I were trying to cheat. I brought them there for the former resident who I've never met and care less just to be nice. I had already told them I had accidentally opened. There was nothing for her to proudly claim that it was open. The young guy was so apologetic that they couldn't return them. It was a very unpleasant experience! The location looks nice, but the staffs need customer service training. Those there before didn't have this kind of attitude. read more

The customer service here is above and beyond! I called to see if the store would be able to assist my 80 year old mom with shipping a return back to retailer that involved scanning a QR code. This is a challenge for a senior citizen - the UPS Store employee,, Alex, shared that it would be no problem at all and they would be happy to help. This store is terribly inconsiderate in their service. Not only can they NOT open on time (store says 11am, girl didn't even get to the door to open until 11:15am, then didn't have her FOB so had to call her manager to open). Manager showed up in a workout bra top and shorts, reprimanding the girl who was late for not having her FOB on her. That wasn't professional either. There was a line out the door and only one employee opening the store after 11:30am. I was first in line, in a hurry, and I had 3 transactions to make. While in the middle of my first transaction, she started helping others without any regard to my time. Just completely rude and disrespectful. I showed up at 11:03 and didn't get out of there until 11:50. Horrible. This is not the store I would recommend if your time is valuable, and they are completely short staffed for a Sunday morning. I'm concerned about my items being sent because she rang them up and set them aside with a label, then started helping other people. I would have felt better if she boxed them up right there, as they were expensive and important items that were being sent to my company. I believe these stores are independently owned, and someone needs to address their staff in regard to what providing good customer service is, and how to be organized and punctual. This UPS is always my go to for Amazon returns. It stays open late and always a quick in and out. However I for the first time went in to mail a package and now I have a different out look. I went into UPS to get an estimate on a shipping package to sell online. I was told a decent price and went on to list the product with said price. I then went in to the store and few days later and was told the price to mail the package was 30 higher than originally quoted. Please note that the Zip code I gave them originally boarded each other. I was first told that it was because the package was not square/rectangular enough. So I went home a repackaged it. Went back to the store and was told the same price. So I showed them what I was previously quoted and they stated they measured the package wrong. My problem is first why was I told the price would go down if the package was more rectangular and second how would they measure so wrong that it would've been a $30 price difference. read more

Very disappointed with the service here I expected much better. Recently my dog skipper went to a better place. I came in to the store hoping to ship out Skippers ashes to my ex husband Richard (dick). When I went in no one greeted me or my poor boy Skipper. Also I waited close to what felt 7 hours and 32 minutes. I know this because that's how long my divorce trial was (dick). Finally when it was my turn to be helped they told me they couldn't not box it!! I was hopping to send out the urn as is!! They said it had to be packed? what BS is that. not only that they said the couldn't insure it for $2,000, which was how much I bought Skipper for. I'm so done with this store they called security on me and told me to leave. I'm never coming here again and neither is Skipper. Hope you never come either. read more

I used this store to ship some vitamin to China and paid $145 shipping fee. The package was failed to deliver, it took me a month with a help of another UPS agent to track down the package was returned back to the store. I was trying to check and see if they can issue a refund for the shipping fee, but the answer was no. And was asked to submit claim online. I have tried online, there is no option to claim the loss of the fee. I tried to call the the support, they suggest me to go back to store and ask for refund... there goes a circle. Eventually I was told by a support manager to call the UPS store Corp office at 1800-789-4623 to see if they can resolve the issue. I don't have time to try yet, and one thing is for sure, this store will not getting my business with a support like this. read more

This us by far my favorite UPS location in the valley. I have been helped by almost every employee here and each one has been incredibly efficient and knowledgeable about my various shipment needs. Reading the other reviews for this store confuses me as I have never had a "lost" package, or ever walked away without a receipt and a full understanding of what I paid to ship. I've even come here for printing services which was a fantastic experience as well. I believe the person who helped me was Dandre (sp?). Admittedly, I was printing a larger number of pages, so much so that the communication between the computer and printer got backed up. Dandre worked hard for about an hour trying everything possible. Only after the whole process did I learn he stayed late just to ensure he exhausted all avenues to get these pages out! I really can't say enough good things about this store and moreover, the employees. They have a loyal customer in me. read more

I've been a customer of this store for more than 2 years now, which is the majority of the time this site has been open. Our business has a mailbox here and I get the majority of my packages and mailings here. Kim and her staff have been uniformly warm, professional and quite friendly for all our needs here. UPS as a company is also very dependable in my experience. There are general post office services here as well. The convenient location and the superb customer service are both commendable. Sometimes this office gets so busy that you have a waiting line, especially with only one staffer on duty later in the day. However when there are two staffers, service is usually very quick. read more

This comment is specific for the UPS store on Lavender hill in Summerlin Las Vegas. I went there to drop off a package, there were about 6 people in front of me. It was a lengthy wait and a lady that was ahead of me, started complaining about already being in line for a long time while one of the clerks was talking away with another customer (I did witnessed the last 5 mins of the conversation), he was helping her but would stop doing whatever he had to do to talk. (The lady in line) complained to the clerk, who didn't seem to care and just asked (without acknowledging) "what can I help you with" at which point the elderly customer asked for the manager to complain. After a few minutes, the manager appears with an attitude and instead of resolving the issue, decided to refuse service (repeatedly) because the customer" was being inappropriate to her employees" (which she was not, her complain was made in a proper way, no bad language or screams). I felt sad to see how an elderly person was treated (and made to go somewhere else) by a person who abused of her authority. read more

The biggest issue I have with this store is the floor. Every time I've dropped off a package at this location, the floor has been littered with trash. I don't understand why it looks like that when it wouldn't take much effort to vacuum or sweep up when needed. I drop off many packages at a few different locations and this is the only one I've found with this lack of care. read more

I went to two other UPS stores this morning, lugging 3 boxes weighing over 20lbs each, trying to ship them on our client's UPS account. The W Sahara and W Charleston franchisees both told me it was not possible for them to help me, getting quite rude in the process. Finally, I called this location and they were wonderful! Alex, the store manager, was hopping in alongside her staff to help when a line grew and the staff member who helped me explained that all UPS franchisees can ship on UPS accounts, but they choose not to be helpful. I cannot recommend this location and their exceptional team highly enough. They go out of their way to solve problems and provide excellent service. They have earned a frequent customer in me. read more
