I wish giving 0 stars were an option. I would not recommend this UPS Store to anyone, and unfortunately, after my experience, I can understand why the reviews are so below average. I went in to send a very important check that was being used to pay the first month's rent for my very first apartment. From the moment I walked in, I was met by Jacob, who was extremely standoffish and lacked even basic customer service skills. I paid approximately $80 for guaranteed overnight shipping on a Thursday, expecting the check to arrive the following day as promised. Instead, the package did not arrive until Tuesday. This caused an immense amount of unnecessary stress during what should have been an exciting and important time for me. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of accountability afterward. Despite paying for a guaranteed overnight service that was not completed, I was never offered a refund or any meaningful resolution. The store made no effort to make things right. When you pay a premium for an important, time-sensitive delivery, you expect the service you paid for and, at the very least, professional customer service when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I received neither. I will not be using UPS services again, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering other options before trusting this location with anything important or time-sensitive. read more

Date of visit: October 6, 2025 Time: 2:22 PM Cashier: Jacob Today I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this UPS Store. I came in to send a school package to another teacher in California, and the cashier, Jacob, was completely unhelpful and rude. When I asked for shipping options, the only price he gave me was $82 for next-day delivery. I asked why it was so expensive and if there were other options, but he couldn't explain anything clearly. Other prices on the screen were $72 and $50, but he made no effort to explain the differences or help me find a more affordable option. This is my 4th time at this location, and every other time the cashiers have taken the time to walk me through the prices and services. Jacob didn't do that. Every time I asked a question, he would walk away from the counter, cross his arms, and refuse to respond. It was dismissive, unprofessional, and honestly disrespectful. I still sent my package because it needed to get to its destination -- but if Jacob was having a bad day or doesn't like his job, that's not my problem. I'm a paying customer who deserves respect and clear answers to reasonable questions. As a regular customer who depends on UPS for school deliveries, I expect basic courtesy and assistance. This experience was the complete opposite. read more

The UPS Store - Outside of store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Aubrey had the worst customer service - I stood in line while she "helped" two other people before me. Her tone was very condescending and she treated them like they were bothering her at work. When it was my turn to be assisted, I got the same treatment. There was an Amazon package that had prepaid packing and shipping as part of the label. She refused to send, and when I asked why if it hadn't been a problem in the past in other locations, she responded that it was their choice as a private franchise to operate this way. Even if that was the case, there was five different ways, she could've practiced it. As she mentioned, this is a privately own franchised, and I will not be returning to do business with them in the future. read more

Nia helped me setup a new business PO Box and was patient and even told me about a special for new accounts. There was a line behind me and both employees were attentive to the people waiting in line and letting them know they will be with them shortly and thanking them for their patience. Clean, well stocked store and professional knowledgeable employees. read more

I live near this store and have come in periodically for different shipping needs. Today, I am here on a Tuesday morning at 8:14. The clerk was helping another customer and in a couple of minutes greeted me. I had a pair of socks that I needed to send to another state. The clerk helped me choose the correct package to send them in, weighed my package and sealed it for me. She took my info and the recipient address, made a label for me, attached it to my package. Next, she gave me the shipping options, I picked the one I wanted, she took my payment and I was finished. I walked out at 8:22am. The clerk was Paola and she was very helpful, courteous and efficient. There was no wasted time, she knew what she was doing and the process went smoothly and quickly. I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience with them. Thank you Paola for being such a helpful person and getting me in and out of the store so quickly. The great service is much appreciated! read more

I felt like I was bothering them by coming in. The girl never made eye contact and seemed annoyed that she had to help me. I left with my package as the rates were ridiculous and went to post office. My package was 10oz and fit in a 9x13 envelope and she said 24+ dollars!!! What! Took it to post office and paid 7 bucks and got tracking and a four day delivery. Your choice to give them your business but I am not going to go back! read more

BEWARE...DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION! Took time-sensitive documents to be sent out last Thursday, and to arrive in California on Saturday, but still have not arrived on Tuesday. After being instructed by this business to call UPS directly and UPS stating they never received the package, the store admitted they do not have my package (they lost it). They will not refund my money and say I need to file a claim with UPS even though none of this is my fault or doing. My advice, AVOID THIS UPS STORE LOCATION! They will lose your package and won't help you in any way once they have. read more

I called this store and Nia answered right away and was a big help. My 16 month old was sleeping in the car and as a single momma I did not want to wake her up and needed help with a heavy return package. Nia was able to help me with get my package out of the car and help me with my return slip all while not waking up my LO. She was also very sweet and kind. 5 stars all around! read more

Employee Tia was so rude. Never will go back. And she messed up after being rude and didn't apologize. Horrible experience.

We needed a notary fast - we called they answer right away and the service was fast! It's $15 but I guess that it's everywhere like this
