Today: Manager Alex refused delivery of my package (I have an access point) without informing me that I am apparently not welcome at this location likely due to the review below lol. Odd since I have picked up a few other packages since then. Tracking and the RFID shows it's at the store so I have no idea where it actually is. Corporate doesn't even know. Logically the manager should have informed me once I picked up this package or at any point prior that I was no longer welcome. I have now rerouted my other incoming packages. A month ago: I have all my UPS packages held here for pick up as I work a lot and don't want to worry about porch pirates. I pay for that service. When I get a package that has been opened and is missing the contents, the employees are unhelpful. They'll also lie and say it was inspected, that the package wasn't opened when it was. I'll be opening all my packages in store from now on. Horrible.

Every time I stop by they always say hello and welcome the moment you walk into the door. I've never experienced such nice people anywhere else who consistently greet you like this. The clerk was helping another customer and in a couple of minutes greeted me. I had a pair of socks that I needed to send to another state. The clerk helped me choose the correct package to send them in, weighed my package and sealed it for me. She took my info and the recipient address, made a label for me, attached it to my package. Next, she gave me the shipping options, I picked the one I wanted, she took my payment and I was finished. I walked out at 8:22am. The clerk was Paola and she was very helpful, courteous and efficient. There was no wasted time, she knew what she was doing and the process went smoothly and quickly. I went in to send a very important check that was being used to pay the first month's rent for my very first apartment. From the moment I walked in, I was met by Jacob, who was extremely standoffish and lacked even basic customer service skills. I paid approximately $80 for guaranteed overnight shipping on a Thursday, expecting the check to arrive the following day as promised. Instead, the package did not arrive until Tuesday. This caused an immense amount of unnecessary stress during what should have been an exciting and important time for me. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of accountability afterward. Despite paying for a guaranteed overnight service that was not completed, I was never offered a refund or any meaningful resolution. The store made no effort to make things right. When you pay a premium for an important, time-sensitive delivery, you expect the service you paid for and, at the very least, professional customer service when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I received neither. I will not be using UPS services again, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering other options before trusting this location with anything important or time-sensitive.
