People come here to do their personal computing on the one machine in here for printing purposes. TIME LIMITS!!!!!!!!!!!

I came in to send a school package to another teacher in California, and the cashier, Jacob, was completely unhelpful and rude. When I asked for shipping options, the only price he gave me was $82 for next-day delivery. I asked why it was so expensive and if there were other options, but he couldn't explain anything clearly. Other prices on the screen were $72 and $50, but he made no effort to explain the differences or help me find a more affordable option. This is my 4th time at this location, and every other time the cashiers have taken the time to walk me through the prices and services. Jacob didn't do that. Every time I asked a question, he would walk away from the counter, cross his arms, and refuse to respond. It was dismissive, unprofessional, and honestly disrespectful. I still sent my package because it needed to get to its destination -- but if Jacob was having a bad day or doesn't like his job, that's not my problem. I'm a paying customer who deserves respect and clear answers to reasonable questions. As a regular customer who depends on UPS for school deliveries, I expect basic courtesy and assistance. This experience was the complete opposite.
