I've been here 6-7 times to drop packages for my business. Very unfriendly staff. They always seem annoyed when I am handing off packages through them to FedEx. If there was any other FedEx location within close distance I would never go here. These staff won't even make eye contact, say hello or say goodbye when I make an effort to. The guys behind the counter always seem wicked quick on getting my stuff shipped and I like that you can drop off a USPS Priority package for shipping as well (cannot do that at UPS). We have a PO box with Postal Pro's for our business and have had for a few years. All three of the guys are outstanding. We started using it for all of our shipments incoming because we get text notifications when shipments arrive and a daily notification when mail has been delivered for the day by usps. These guys truly care about every customer, not just us but every other customer we see come through the business. If you use places like this then you know how historically bad the people that work there usually are at customer service. If I could give more stars I would but what I can do is give them our business and highly recommend them to anyone that wants a really positive experience. read more

Thanks for helping me save $$$ on shipping! I was shipping 7 orders of massage canes to fulfill an Amazon order. Due to the irregular dimensions, my only options were custom made boxes. UPS store around the valley quoted me $12+ just for the box before shipping. The guys at Postal Pros came up with a creative way to customize the boxes, cut them to size, and taped it for secure shipping. They even cut out extra weight so my packages would be under weight limit and saved another $5 per package! Amazing! This is not the kind of customized service you would get at a big box store shipper like USPS (not to mention the 1/2 hour long wait lines). Postal Pros just earned our business for life! read more

Super impressed with this business... I just moved to Summerlin from Henderson and was looking for a new mailing routine. I first went to Post Net on Flamingo and was quoted DOUBLE for what I was used to paying at the post office - said no thank you - considering I had about 5 items to ship out and would've wasted about $40 for no reason at all. So, I headed to the official post office, which was a complete disaster and a few very rude customers fighting over the self serve machine. After standing in line for 20 minutes with just one person is not acceptable. There is a line behind me and this is supposed to be faster then the post office. Also the pricing is different, it is cheaper if you do it online. The gut behind the desk was rude and not helpful at all. He completely called me out in front of these customers telling me that I have been crabby all morning. Well let's see, you wasted my time for twenty minutes and then I ask one simple question. His immediate response was , well go stand in line at the post office. Uhm customer service... Not even close. I guess if you want to pay over go here ! I have been a box rental customer at Postal Pros for 5 and a half years. Back then the area was just building up and this was the only place around for postal needs. They have multiple mailing options (UPS, USPS, FedEx,) and best of all is when you are a box customer, you can receive packages and they will hold them securely until you pick them up. The ownership and staff are friendly and so very efficient! When the mail is delivered or if you receive a package you receive a text message that they are ready to pick up. They even offer secure after hours mail pick up. This is a very well run business, very convenient, with a great staff! Why go anywhere else for your postal needs? read more

The only other post office near me is always too busy and crowded, so this Postal Pros is the best alternative. It costs a little more than USPS, but staff is friendly and helpful, the store is very tidy and organized. I want to qualify my review with a few comments. I have shipped millions of dollars worth of items during my experience as a project manager in the trade show industry here in LV. I also recognize that no business is free from an occasional error and my goal is these situations is to give the staff or owner my interpretation and the chance to do what they feel is right. That being said, I went to this Postal_pros to ship an item, a hiking backpack, that I had sold on Amazon. I needed a box and postage so I communicated this to the associate. He provided a box which could be cut down to the appropriate size and would work perfectly. I received a bill for $44.35 which at the time I didn't think much of. When I got home and checked on my Amazon account and found that the reimbursed shipping fee was around $10 I got a little concerned as the shipping I paid was about 80% of my profit on the sold item. I pulled out my receipt and checked out the itemization on it and saw... The weight of the shipment was around 9 lbs and the dims were approx. 13" x 13" x 26". This was the first error, the box they sold me may have been those dimensions but after it was re-sized for the item it was clearly a flat rectangle around 9" x 13" x 26". Right off, I anticipated that I was incorrectly charged for shipping based on incorrect package size. I also recall that on the FedEx shipping bill it identified Postal-Pros as the shipper as opposed to myself, a practice that I had never experienced with any other shipping locations. Now I wanted to see what else was wrong on the bill. I also saw a charge for the box, two fees for labor, and a fee for packing peanuts. Considering how I watched the guy tape up the box and there was not one peanut used, I now was a little more concerned. I decided to log on to FedEx and confirm the cost of shipping this package to its intended location. Using exactly the weight, dimensions addresses and shipping methods identified on the bill I got a quote from FedEx directly. The shipping quote was $19.48 and the delivery estimate was for one day earlier than I was quoted through Postal-Pros The line item for the shipping alone (not the box labor, and packing material) on my receipt was over $35. I communicated this to an individual over the phone and was told that the difference ($15) was their retail price and that most retail shipping locations have a similar markup. I know that this statement is untrue because shipping re sellers actually receive discounted rates in order to be profitable AND competitive with direct to UPS or FedEx. The individual I spoke with offered no solutions and eventually began repeating his nonsensical excuses to the point I had to interrupt and tell him directly " I am an unhappy customer, you overcharged me, if you refuse to address this, you have lost a customer." When he started to re-repeat his excuses I just ended the call. Bottom Line: Rip-off's. I don't trust these guys and have zero faith in their integrity. To the owners: Hey, I gave you guys all the opportunity in the world to rectify this including offering to come in there and show you the quote I received. Your loss! read more

Went here today to mail my xmas cards. And guess what they are trying to charge me 3.00$ per card and they are all for Las Vegas mails... They said because I wrote the address the other way it is a considered a package and not a regular mail... Really?? Ok I'm not stupid...for 19 cards my total would be 58$ ... 10x more expensive than my 3.99$ 20 pcs cards... Postal pros.. U guys can cheat better than that!!! Went to UPS, mailed all my cards for 12$...will never ever ever go back here and pls be smart next time it's not worth the trip!! read more
