2 out of 3 of our packages our mail carrier delivers goes to the wrong address. USPS.com shows packages were delivered in our neighborhood parcel locker yet when we go to check, it's not there. The key to our locker isn't in our mailbox as well. It's so frustrating. Just recently I purchased two items as gifts and unfortunately they're gone, he gave it to someone else :( Is it that difficult to read the address and give it to the correct recipient. I notice this happens when online shows that package is to be delivered by 8 pm that day. It never gets delivered on that day and shows that it was delivered the following day even though it wasn't. We've received other people's mail and packages as well and have always returned it to the correct owners. Once we had mail for 9 different people. Not to mention packages are handled so roughly, it's rare to get a package that isn't damaged in some way. Hopefully whoever received our packages will return it to us, that is if it was mistakenly given to someone else :/ read more

Post offices generally only receive negative reviews. They service literally every person in that area, and people only complain when something goes wrong. With that being said, this is not the best location I have come across. If your objective is to drop off items that have prepaid labels, then you'll be just fine. Sometimes the tracking numbers don't get updated scans until distribution centers (if you drop them in the box). But I've never had a package disappear from the actual location. However, almost every time I go for the last 6 months they have a permanent sign on the door that says "cash only, internet down". This is absolutely barbaric. You can't tell me there are extenuating circumstances on how this place can't get "internet" up and running. Their Postmaster should be fired. But overall, they handle what I need with no frills. read more

I had some packages I needed to drop off at the post office, entered the parking lot which was almost full because it is the holiday season. Entered thru the front door and into a lobby with a long line with approximately 20+ people waiting. Surprisingly the line went by quickly. When I went to the counter I was greeted nicely and promptly did my transaction and was on my way. Shipping rates are a little higher because of the holiday season but well worth it because I know my packages will arrive on time and safely to the designated locations. All the employees I encountered were very pleasant and friendly even though you can tell they were a little overwhelmed with the busy holiday season. I went here looking for a specific form but left without finding it. I typically receive satisfactory service at this location. I'm a tad disappointed that the form I was searching for was not made available in the lobby although maybe they were out or maybe the form is kept behind the counter and I would have to wait in line and request the form. There was a line of people and I was not willing to wait. It was not that important. I'll try again another day or another USPS location. read more

Do not, but I mean, DO NOT! Come to this location. Here is why, the other day, I had a letter I had to mail out. I went inside to get some stamps, and I showed the lady the letter I was sending out. She takes it from me and saids "it's too bulky to be sent as a regular letter. It is now considered a package. This now costs $5 dollars to be sent. " I look at her like she was crazy. In no shape or form was this letter a package. She then processed to show me with a slip on how they test if it was too bulky. I looked like she was making it not fit by the way she was holding it. I told her never mind I would take it home and repackage it for it to be flatter. I went home and just tossed it in my mailbox, and off it went. She was trying to scam me to pay more than what I had to do. If you want to pay extra than be my guest, but times are hard and I don't need to be paying more for something that isn't wrong. I recently bought a house but was somehow provided the wrong mailbox keys. I have no idea how this happened but after a few days staking out the mailbox, I was able to connect with our carrier and get directions to rekey the box- went to the station as directed to order, picked up keys 10 days later. Note that you will need a copy of your title to do so, due to an increase in mail fraud. Staff at this location (as well as my carrier) were friendly and helpful. Lines are long but spaced for social distancing. Wait times were on the long side but service was thorough, thankfully. read more

The worst post office in town! Never deliver my packages anywhere near on time. Can't ever get a hold of anyone at this location either. Last package got sent back to where it was shipped from for no reason and finally I received it 15days after I was supposed to get it! The package was in town and they decided to ship it back. Checked with the sender and all my information was correct on the package! Now once again my package has been in town for a few days and was supposed to get it by 11:30 today and now it says by 5 which means I probably won't get it today per usual. The 2 stars this office gets it's overly generous. If I could give it a no star rating I would. I leaved in Las Vegas for 35 years , 3 different houses and unfortunately belonged to the same office. It has been missed managed for years. No one pays attention to this reviews or do they care. Every time I go on vacation and have a vacation hold I request the mail do be delivered at my return. I see why this place has almost 1 star. The yelp people do not lie. I come up here to get our house key. We just moved in. Since you can never call and get a hold of someone to ask any questions before you drive down there, you just gotta gamble. So I wait in a line for 15 minutes to be told im waiting in the wrong line for keys and go to the next one. Ok... Wait in the next line and cashier asks if I have a leasing application. I told her I do and it's in my email. She says "It has to be printed. Anyone can just Email it and say it's their address" Oh really, so I can just can just go and print it and bring it back and it be legit just because it's on a piece of paper?? So I leave pissed. Go home to search in box after box too still not find it. Ya know we just moved in and everything is in boxes so finding your damn lease might be an issue. Go back to the post office with my "Legit pretty paper" that was perfectly readable in my email. She is writing all my information down on numerous papers and I have nothing to say to her. I have low expectations of (partially) government funded enterprises and those expectations were met. Stopped in to mail a priority envelope/package that had a pre-printed label, so it should have been a quick in and out. Unfortunately, the package drop off slot was full, so inoperable. I had to ship my friend's their work keys they forgot when they stayed over with us and a couple of other items I've been meaning to send them and I went to this post office during my 1 hour lunch. I just grabbed a couple of priority mail boxes and put everything I needed in them and stickers to write the addresses. I was in line waiting and when I got to the front, one of the ladies told me that I needed to tape my boxes shut on my own since they do not tape boxes themselves. I wasn't aware of this or else I would have brought tape with me and taped them while waiting in line. So I had to stand off to the side and buy tape from them and tape the boxes myself. I don't mind taping them myself but last time, which was also my first time at a post office, they briefly peak in the boxes to see what was being sent and then they taped them up for me (this was also a different post office, this post office was in Idaho)‍ I don't know if the other place was just being kind taping my boxes up for me but it would of been nice to know to tape my boxes ahead of time to save a few minutes and a few bucks! We rushed over to get one of our passport's renewed but when we got there the passport office was closed:( It's a convenient location but not very convenient hours for working families. We then had to rush across town to the main post office which took almost an hour in traffic. Passport office closed Sunday. Open M-F 9-3 and 10-2 on Saturday. read more
