This mailstore has been a mainstay for my family members for many years ... the current owner Ivonne has always been helpful in a professional & personable manner. She always greeted customers with a smile and made sure to show her appreciation for her customers. I was shocked to realize the store has been closed permanently ~ Can't imagine what could have happened . Hope she & her family are okay. read more

I had a package to be sent out and I have seen this location numerous times driving to work. Decided to give it a try instead of waiting in line at an actual, out-of-the-way post office. It's located in the midst of a huge shopping center, and it's about 4 stores to the right of the Albertson's (if you're looking at the entrance of Albertson's from the outside). It's a hole in the wall, so keep your eyes open. Opened the door and walked in, the two staff were initially chatting but upon seeing me walked in, immediately greeted me and asked how they can help. I already had a label but didn't have the priority box, so I asked for one. The gentleman was very nice and asked me if I wanted a box or a bubble wrapped envelope. I opted for the box. He grabbed the box from the counter and folded it together for me. All I had to do was put the package in the box and he even sealed it for me. He even put the label into a clear envelope and sealed it neatly on the box for me. The lady then printed out a receipt for my tracking number and I was on my way. The entire experience took me less than 4 minutes, which is AWESOME. If you have something to ship and have better things to do than waiting in line at a post office, then go to this store and cross one item off your to-do list! read more

I have been using this store to ship for the last several years both for personal and for Ebay. It is a mother and son that runs the store and they are so pleasant and helpful every single time. I tried a new place close to my work yesterday and walked out. The price quoted from PostNet was $40, came here and it was half the price. They always offer all of your options, help with packing and have even made boxes for odd shaped items. read more

Great service with really competitive pricing. They are right on the corner of rainbow blvd and Charleston I think. The service is quick and effect with smiles. It's a family owned mail store in summerlin so you know their good and like to take care of their customers. The way the shop is setup it makes it look busier than it really is. I've seen it looked packed in there and 5 min later 3 people in the whole store so if it looks jammed it will only be a few minutes. Had two packages to send out. One USPS and the other a FedEx. As I was carrying my USPS box I saw that they also handle FedEx. So with one stop it was easy. The "More" I'd also a great spot with Professional Sport team keys for your house, phone calling cards, and a good selection of greeting cards. Dropped off a pre-labelled UPS envelope on Sept. .15th. I was returning business forms that were moderately important. A week later they had not been received and were not in the UPS tracking system. After the package was in "limbo" for almost 2 weeks, I called the Mail Store. They told me UPS picks up every day but continued to search while I was holding...after all, I had a receipt proving they accepted it on 9/15. They found it on shelf ...it was Sept. 26th...Inexcusable!! I will never use them again. read more

I was on a family emergency In Las Vegas from August, 26th thru August 31, 2013. I needed to mail many boxes to New York from Las Vegas. The items were very precious because they were things that my husbands mom had saved since he was a little boy. She had recently deceased. I was so grateful to God that I found Mail Store & More. I cannot tell you the impeccable service I received from the young man that worked there (Louis) and a wonderful woman. They treated me like royalty and took care of my every need during this difficult time. The boxes were carried from my car which were extremely heavy and there were many boxes.
