Absolutely! Here's a rephrased version with a strong, angry, and upset tone: DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION -- THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PACKAGES!! I run an online store and have used this UPS location four times -- and every single time after the first, it's been a complete nightmare. The first shipment was a small letter-sized envelope. No issues. But then things went downhill FAST. The second time I dropped off an 8x8x12 box containing valuable items -- and when my customer received it, it had clearly been tampered with. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was just a fluke. I was WRONG. The third time, I sent FOUR packages to different customers. THREE of them arrived completely EMPTY, stuffed with only paper, and the fourth was missing items. At that point, it was obvious -- these packages were being tampered with at this UPS location. I confronted the manager, Judy, who flat-out denied everything. But guess what? I checked their reviews -- and I am NOT the only one this has happened to. So I decided to test them. I sent a bait shipment. Sure enough, when it arrived, the box was EMPTY again. And it gets worse. Two months later, a friend of mine returned a $700 Amazon gadget through this same location. The receipt said it was scanned and accepted -- but Amazon said they never received the package. UPS clearly kept it. Amazon refused to issue a refund because they had no return in their system. This location is shady, dishonest, and they are stealing people's property. DO NOT trust them. STAY AWAY. read more

I've used this location several times for printing and shipping. Also for a return a while back. They've always been helpful and I've never had a problem at this location. They've always been friendly and are close by to where I live , so it's very convenient. Much better than standing in line at the post office. read more

The service at this place is atrocious. The girl at the counter was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes behind the back of the customer in front of us and then left us waiting for over 30 minutes for a notary public whom she claimed would be right out from the bathroom. Once I challenged her for a more firm answer on how much longer we would need to wait she flippantly and dismissively said she didn't know. She also lied about having a bathroom despite claiming the notary public was in it, and showed no compassion for a member of our party with a medical condition after keeping us waiting for so long. We walked out and won't be back. Also, this is the dirtiest, scuzziest, and most run down UPS store I have ever been to. Find another location. This one isn't worth your time! read more

I just went back to ship more stuff and was met with a completely different experience. The young girl with the curly brown/highlighted hair is AWFUL! Disgusting attitude, gross facial expressions, terrible customer service. She was so awful to me when I walked in that I turned around and immediately walked right back out. What a gross employee. Please be aware this location has thieves especially leaving it there on Saturday through weekend or holiday with those staffs working on Saturday! They stole 4 packages I dropped on two Saturdays both days was stolen! It's really hard to file a claim too! UPS doesn't want to reimburse you. read more

They steal here. Don't ship anything expensive out here it will happen to you. Especially on the weekends avoid! Had a package DELIVERED and was marked as damaged by the receiver after. I called ups claims to find out what was damaged just to be told it was missing from the box. They need to close this location down and fire everyone here. There's no way it's been going on this long without management being aware. The stress and headache trying to get this resolved is not worth it. read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. They steal packages. I wish I had read the other reviews prior. I had a brand new nikon camera package I never opened turned in here for a refund. It clearly said NIKON on the package. Well there is no record of it ever leaving Las Vegas. This was worth over 3,000. I still haven't been reimbursed. Please take your business else where! Do Not Go Here For Passport services. UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! JUBBY and Her Friend had me apply for a new visa, pay money, fly to San Fransisco, to find out, that I could have flown carrying both. My wifes Mother passed away while I was waiting for these idiots. JUBBY and Her friend with the portfolio book that looks like it was made by a preschooler. Had me waiting almost three months. Then had me fly to san fransisco to the consulates office. Talking about how she knows and works with the governer etc. I had an expired passport with a current Visa stamp, with a new passport that I thought needed a new visa stamp. I asked if I should travel with both or apply for a new one. (The Visa). So that the new visa stamp would be on the new passport. NOPE. Just fly with both is what to do. Instead of just saying, "I am not sure. We will find out." Or "I dont know". They told me I needed to apply for a new visa. Which was entirely wrong. read more

Extremely rude staff. I was in need of a notary for my licensing paperwork, and my Google search indicated I could schedule an appt to be seen at this location. I scheduled an appt for 9a, and notified the other party whose signature was also needed - a professional who rearranged her schedule to meet me up. I entered the store and told the employee that I had an appt. Her abrupt and rude answer was "We don't schedule appts, so I don't know what you're talking about!" I attempted to show her the email with my appt time and confirmation number, she waived me off and said: "The notary won't be in until 10a and we don't schedule appts, so I don't know where that came from." read more
