I received to 2 tires from a business which sent them together wrapped in plastic. I returned the tires to the business and sent them back through this office. Because the tires were apart, they wanted to charge me a crazy amount to rewrap them. I explained to the manager what happened and she didn't care her driver caused the separation problem. She wanted me to contact the manufacturer and get another shipping label. I had the 2 tires bounded together as one item. She reluctantly accepted the tag and assured me there would be no further problems. I did an audit on my account about a month later and found out I wasn't refunded for one tire. I contacted the business and they sent me a picture of the one tire with the binding cut. I then contacted FEDEX and they did a review. They said they delivered both tires. The picture practically proved this was not the case. Even though I had a receipt I am out of $188.00. I write this review to warn other people that just because you have a receipt, you have no proof once you leave the office if something was actually delivered. BUYER BEWARE. P.S.- You can tell by other reviews that this office has managerial problems with their customers.
