I recently visited the post office and was very disappointed with the customer service I received…read morefrom clerk Melissa. I approached the interaction with a positive attitude and respectful energy, but unfortunately, the experience quickly became uncomfortable due to her rude behavior. During our interaction, she raised her voice at me without justification and responded in a very unprofessional manner. After asking me the same question multiple times, she then accused me of speaking to her disrespectfully when I simply answered her question. I felt unfairly spoken to throughout the entire exchange. Customer service should include basic courtesy and professionalism, and sadly, neither was shown during this interaction. There was no effort made to be polite, helpful, or even end the conversation with a simple "thank you" or "have a good day." I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers can have a more respectful and positive experience.

There was quite a line when I entered, but I was in and out of there in eleven minutes; I timed it. The lady who helped me, Melissa, started our interaction with an apology for the wait, then weighed my package, gave me pricing options for sending it, and then showed me all the Forever stamps she had on hand since I asked to see them. She didn't rush me and was pleasant the whole time. This place gets my stamp of approval!

It can be found in the Albertsons off of rampart. I didn't really see a drop off location, however, they had a mailbox out front. The employee informed me just to drop my package off in the big cart. It wasn't scanned in until many, many, many hours later.

I came to this U.S. Post Office on behalf of my client, who is serving in the Army, because I needed to understand what documents I would need in order to handle a mail-related matter for him at another location. The clerk was rude, dismissive, and very difficult to communicate with. I was trying my best to understand the information she was giving me, but because of my accent and the way she was explaining things, I asked her several times if she could please repeat herself. I also asked if she could write the information down for me so I could make sure I understood exactly what documents I needed to bring. After I asked for the third time, she rolled her eyes, grabbed a piece of paper, and wrote something down so poorly that I still could not understand it. I then asked if there was any information online that I could read so I could make sure I had everything correct. She told me that she was the person trained and authorized to give me the information and that there was no information online. The problem was that I still could not clearly understand what she was telling me, and instead of patiently helping me, she made me feel like I was bothering her for asking questions. I became so uncomfortable and frustrated that I had to call my husband for help. I should not have to call someone else just to receive basic information at a U.S. Post Office. People who clearly dislike working with the public should not be in customer-facing positions at the U.S. Postal Service. A post office is a public service, and employees should be there to help people, answer questions, and treat every customer with basic respect and patience. No one should walk into a U.S. Post Office asking for help and leave feeling humiliated, dismissed, or afraid to ask another question. This was a very disappointing experience.

This has to be the worst post office I ever went to…read more If you need any USPS services don't go to this location. Who would think a post office would not be able to make a return label for a package? The person at the window also refused to make a regular label for my box because I had not fully taped it yet-I brought tape with me to finish after getting a return label which she couldn't do. The line was about 15 people long which is fine, it happens because there were only 2 windows open. There was a woman at one window who was chatting it up with the employee as she was browsing for stamps she might want in a large plastic bin, the kind you use to store stuff. By this time the line was literally out to the front doors. Several people in line suggested letting her browse stamps off to the side and let the line move and the employee said no, she can hold us all up as long as she wants. She bought $2.80 worth of stamps after all that. The upside of my wasted hour was that I tried Pirate Ship when I got home. Not only was it easy to use but I saved several dollars and was able to print a return label which does not get charged until the person on the other end actually uses it. In addition, the chat support is super friendly and helpful unlike the post office.

UPBEAT AND FRIENDLY POST OFFICE SERVICE!!…read more Just mailing a couple things off and there was no line and the service I got was top-notch quality from Khalloni! She is definitely on point with kindness, smiling, bubbly personality, and super helpful. I spent a total of maybe three minutes in there tops. It was the fastest I've ever been in and out of a post office. They have a section for cards and packages like every other post office. Everything looked nice and neat. Affordable mailing. I mean everything goes up within inflation so prices vary. Definitely the best service I've ever received from a post office.

This store is so greedy I do not like using them. I should have driven a little farther to use a different store. I will never use them for returns again. For Amazon, I go to Kohl's, and for anything else, I normally go to a different UPS. This is the ONLY UPS store I have ever dealt with that when bringing in something in a box with a prepaid shipping label, this greedy owner charges you a fee for the tape to close the box, are you kidding me? And the charge is $5...I can go to the store and buy an entire roll of tape for cheaper, but since Kohl's for Amazon does not require a box or tape, if I have to use UPS, I'll drive a mile farther and use a UPS store that is not so greedy and charge happy. Look for the next closest store, they will treat you properly for a prepaid package in the box that only needs a strip of tape.

They fax, make copies, make keys and even a Notary. Bill, the owner and worker and his newest employee J are trustworthy, very helpful and absolutely knows what the heck they are doing when it comes to any mail and any personal packages. They greet you kindly and are very patient with people. This place is complete just like the big name brand shops. They have all different size boxes, envelopes, packing materials, special occasion cards etc... The Post Office has what they call Informed Delivery you can sign up for so you know what you'll be receiving for the day's mail, Bill does the same thing with an email. Bill lets people sell their unique items for purchase too, cute things with personal touches. He and his customers also help out with donations for animal's in need. His pricing is comparable for a small business owner and I'd rather go to his shop than wait in a super long line at the post office or the bigger impersonal name brand shops. Bill's small business is just as good in all aspects and more personable in my opinion. The busiest months start in the month of October to Mid December. The best time to go there is when they open or before 10:30 am or after 2pm, but better after 4pm to closing. You'll eventually know the delivery times from all the Logistic Companies including the Regular Post Office mail so you can better time your pickups and deliveries. Great small business and a Good Owner. Respectfully.
