I was really happy to see that there ia a new UPS store near me since I was tired of driving to the other one I frequent, which is quite bit further away. I come here mostly to drop off Amazon/Zappos returns, but each time I`m able to get in and get out quickly. The staff are always very friendly and the store is clean and they are taking the necessary precautions during covid. Parking usually fills up right in front of the store unless you come first thing in the morning, but there is plenty more in the parking lot across from the store. You will just have to walk a little bit(and I`m not going to lie..sometimes I don`t want to). Overall, a great UPS store with great staff. read more

Oh boy where do I start? Paid for a PO Box that I can't access as they have not provided me with a key! The front desk lady isn't helpful because she provided no information. Nick told me that he could not give me a refund. He claims he had to get approval from the owner make this make sense. I paid for this box 3 weeks ago still have no key. I requested a refund for the missed weeks and was told no at this point because services have not been rendered. I'm taking this up with my bank, filing a dispute for services not rendered, and I will take my business elsewhere. Do not deal with this location. read more

Employees looked at me funny and gave me an attitude, as if I was suppose to show up already knowing everything. Rude, condescending , and not willing to help when I was the only one in the store. Do not go, store is closing. Your items may never be recovered. Read through and see absolutely the documented example of a horrible company. I went in to ship a long boxed new light fixture. It had to be on the east coast within 10 days to stay within the return policy. I brought the item in perfectly boxed and sealed, they ran it though their computer, gave me a quote on the screen and I paid for it. See my credit card screen shot. I paid $112 dollars. I couldn't believe it but the the soon to quit employee insisted that was the USPS rate. Total lie. It was never ever sent!!!! It sat because an employee made an error and didn't care because the store was closing. They let it sit, an item insured for over $600. Completely didn't care. After I called they ran through a series of denials (AKA lies) 1) Owner Carrie said I never brought it there (see picture of it in store and I have a tracking label (also pictured) 2) the owner said I never called back when they called me to claim I never paid (see my credit card screen shot). I called repeatedly and and they have no voice mail and the girl that did answer I was literally told disappeared. Crazy. Unreal. The owner Carrie would not get on the phone. When I finally did catch up to her she said she had someone handle it and she wasn't involved. SHES THE ONSITE OWNER!!! Super rude. People say that in reviews but she was horrible. Lied, lied, lied. She wasn't there when I dropped it off and had no idea I took pictures of everything. When a business has reviews as bad as they do, we covered ourselves for exactly this. See pictures. This is a dirty, corrupt and awful store. If i never dropped it off how do i have both a receipt and tracking. You're insane. One more fun fact: the scum at this store charged me $112. When I retrieved the item I immediately took it to another USPS store. They took the label and copied the exact same usps ground with the same insurance FOR $47!!!!! 1/3 of what these thieves said was usps cost There is a usps store 1/4 mile north on Hualapai in the gas station. It's safer and half the cost. I dare them to reply. This is the best proof and documentation imaginable. Please for your own good save more than 1/2 the cost and go inside DESERT PIT STOP. ON 7161 N. Hualapai. Litterally 2 min away with ez parking. I appreciate you reading this. Meanwhile I wrote a demand letter, sent today certified mail, return receipt to their resident agent with the Nevada Secretary of State website to website to meet the requirements to file a small claims for the $700 they cost me. I hate wasting my time to go but there somethings that cannot be allowed. We will see how the broke owner Carrie handles taking a day off and getting scorched in court. I ultimately didn't work with this UPS for printing cards but the customer service was great over the phone and through email. I wanted to highlight Nick going through a lot of hoops for me and helping me learn about printing services, definitely giving a big shoutout to Nick, he's super helpful as well as his associates who covered for him while he was out of office. read more

$1.50 to print one shipping label is hyper inflation. Wont be coming here to do that anymore. Then they want to state that they can't take the box because the flaps are curved a bit. Like clearly making every little step difficult. And last year at the same store I was mailing out Christmas cards and one with going to Boulder city and the representative said why don't you just deliver this one ? For context, I really only ever go here because it's a super close free drop off location for Amazon returns. Other reviews here initially really put me off, but I've been a few times and no issues. Admittedly it's a simple show them the QR code on your phone and leave the item, so theoretically not much to go wrong, and little interaction with the staff to talk about, so from that point of view it gets a pass. read more

She refused to provide a manager's name. She appeared untrained and unable to assist with basic tasks. I know the bar isn't high, but come on. Do better. read more

The UPS store business model has worked for me for the past 24 years when it initially it was called Mail Boxes Etc to support my one-man business. Carrie and Nick do a tremendous job ensuring my mail and shipments are quickly delivered and in the 12+ years I have been doing business with Carrie and her stores I am always greeted with a smile and a genuine interest in how my business is doing. I def. could not operate a franchise like this because many, many, and many retail customers are not prepared correctly (Amazon returns) or have any concept that this is NOT the Post Office and this is a for-profit business. It would be like going to buy a new Porsche and the salesman tells you the price of $145,000, and you were insulted because you only brought $20 with you. I think Carrie trains her staff really well to adapt to the broad spectrum of customers that have a diverse set of needs. If you consider all of those features, it is a really great value doing business with them. I have seen in person how the whole Amazon returns process can get clunky because the patrons DO NOT READ the emails from Amazon. That is not the store's fault. Additionally, this is not a FEDEX drop off location, and they know nothing about FedEx or DHL or anything beyond the USPS and UPS parameters. read more

Be careful of this place. There is a worker here who always charges the top price but doesn't tell you or give you options. Case in point I wanted to send a regular envelope via usps with a certified receipt. She inputted it as "ground advantage" which cost me about $8 and doesn't even make sense. I was sending 10 miles way first class for 66 cents would have been fine. I assumed the $8 was the cost of the certified mail so I paid and went on my way. This is not the first time it happened. Super rude! This store is just over 1 mile from me. In the past, the staff have been really nice & helpful. However today I called in after dropping off some packages to ask about tracking and the woman who answered was very rude. Basically I asked a question, she answered sounding annoyed, I thanked her, then she said "Yup." then hung up. I was considering getting a mailbox there since I just moved to the area. So I've been to this location once before and there was nice Indian lady. But this time I went in and there was a Caucasian lady didn't get her name. Super pushy, over reached and touched my phone. All to find out she wanted to charge me for two bags to send amazon returns. I have never had issues returning anything. I have a box there, and they are always helpful in making sure I get my mail. I have always been greeted with a smile and a hello. I had a delay because of weather on a package I was expecting recently. The staff let me went out of their way to let me know when it arrived, and even though it was heavy they helped me with it. I've been going to this location since it opened. Recently went to return a couple of items to Amazon. The female working (said she was the owner) was so extremely rude! From the moment I entered she immediately had a horrible attitude. Telling me I needed to have the boxes taped and labeled. I've always had a great experience with the employees who would automatically say not to worry about taping the boxes and they jumped right in and swiftly took care of me. I was in and out. This woman argued that point citing she doesn't care what the employees did and if I don't like it I can go someplace else. Long story short I left. Went to the location on Farm Road where they were excellent. I'll never step foot in this place again! I wish the employees were a bit more helpful and polite with returns and packing options. Not everyone is familiar with what each company requires for a return or what packaging we need to have. We are not employees of UPS nor Amazon. It makes customers feel unprepared and like the employees are frustrated whether it's Amazon or just a personal package to ship. Then they stand there and stare at you like you are wasting their time waiting for you to fix the shipping label issue, etc. This happens almost every time I go in. We all have things going on, so it would be nice to be helped and informed in a nice manner vs. the employees seeming like we are inconveniencing them or annoying them. I will probably go to another UPS store from now on. I'm sure Amazon pays you a fee to take returns so not sure what the problem is. Hopefully a change is made. read more

I was worried about going into this location after reading the reviews - I came prepared with a chat transcript from Amazon saying that I could do a return without a box. Fortunately, I worked with a great employee. It was a bald white man and he was very helpful, quick, friendly and I was in an our quickly. Sounds like all the people who are complaining on here dealt with a woman, but I didn't have even close to a negative experience with the employee that I worked with. Customer service is everything! I purposely drive past a mail and more location to do all my business at this UPS Store location. Nick is phenomenal and so calm. I can't tell you how many times I have been in the store, listening to other customers complain about Amazon shipping labels or some other type of return scenario like it's UPS fault!!! it's frustrating as a customer listening to these complaints. I can only imagine what it takes to be on the opposite side of the fence. Nonetheless, Nick and Carrie have always been the most professional and helpful. I have visited the store that's closer to my house a couple times however their customer service is terrible so I will continue to go to this location just knowing I'm in good hands. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Similar to other reviews, some staff at this location are super rude. For the third time in a couple of months, they refused to accept a return. The employee kept telling me the box I was using for the return - which was the manufacturer's box - was not the box it was shipped in AND, if she placed the UPS label on the box, she would be charged by Amazon. I kept telling her that was the box it was shipped in and I simply took the original shipping label off. She continued to tell me I needed another box. I contacted Amazon and they told me this was INCORRECT and set up an at-home pick up due to the wrong information. This has happened so often at this location. I would strongly encourage everyone to take your business (mailbox, shipping, returning, faxing, etc.) to the one on Hualapai or Skye Canyon. I don't know why this location is so insanely difficult to deal with but I'd rather travel an extra quarter mile and avoid this location at ALL costs. read more

The service requested was an Amazon return. This location is one of Amazon's free return locations. I've brought Amazon returns into this location before, without incident. The 2 associates, a tall man and brown haired woman, were incredibly pleasant and helpful. However, my most recent Amazon return experience was horrible. A blond woman who was working at the counter was rude and verbally aggressive. She was complaining about her computer and the phone before I even requested service. She was dismissive. She told me she was going to have to charge me for the return service. She told me that she would even have to charge me for the tape to close the box. She was yelling at my aunt and I at one point...as we left. I was shocked. Amazon shows on there site that this location is a free drop off site...Just show the return info that is on your phone (Amazon App), and THE UPS STORE associate does the rest. I ended up going to a different UPS location to return my item. I notified Amazon of the problem with "free returns" at this location. I'll never go back to this location. Ever. read more

They have mailboxes to rent, easy drop off, and service with a smile. So incredibly rude the two ladies that helped us today. We drop off Amazon returns there all the time A pretty much weekly and there's no issues sealing our boxes. Today they decided that since the boxes were taller (not wider than any other box I've previously shipped untaped) that they would charge us $3/box. Then another lady came from the back when the first one disappeared and said no $5/box $25 for tape? We were in a bind so we just bought a roll of tape but this place ALWAYS taped and today the sour ladies didn't feel like taping. Poor customer service for a local repeat client. read more

The worst customer service i have ever received. This is my local Amazon drop off and was using frequently. Today i was greeted by a female who shouted across the room at us in line with packages whilst already dealing with a client. She then told the room and the guy in front he has to seal his package even though amazon tells you there is no need to. After asking a question to see if the same rule applied to me, she yelled "i'm not arguing with you". We both waited, she charged the one guy for tape $2 and refused to have a conversation about it. Came in on Wednesday May 3, 2023. Approached the counter and I smiled and said "how's your day going?" The girl mumbled something with a scrawl her face. I then knew she was going to be nasty. I'm 65 and very kind, and this girl was so horrible to me. Wouldn't help me with my Amazon returns (I had 5) as she saw I was struggling. Not the best with iPhones and returns. She basically just stood there glaring at me and watching me struggle. She was very mean, unhelpful and unprofessional. So I grabbed the returns and left. Went to another UPS off of Ann Road and the women there was amazing! She went far and above giving me excellent customer service with a smile! Worst experience ever! There is a black employee who never wears a name badge due to her unprofessional behavior. I was never greeted, just got a rotten attitude. Another customer came in while I was there and she was black, the clerk was so nice to her, greeted her and talked to her while she was still supposed to be helping me.
