Have had a mailbox here for almost a year. Everyone there goes out of their way to be friendly and accommodating!

This place is always busy with people shipping or picking up mail, returning Amazon purchases etc. The team working is always nice friendly and helpful. I think it's great they partner with companies to make return shipping very easy and a valuable bonus read more

Review #3 in 2025. We received a delivery from UPS but it is not ours. Maybe the people who lived here before? I'm not sure. We took it to the UPS store and the lady working was so rude! I've been "helped" by her one other time and she was rude then too but I chalked it up to the busy holiday season. Apparently that's her everyday version of customer service. She told me that I needed to call UPS customer service to return the box. I told her I was not going to spend my time on hold with UPS and she rudely told me the box would just sit there and I told her it'll sit here or at my house- she told me but you can just keep it...the customer behind us said "you can literally just keep it" sir- and rude lady working- I don't keep things that don't belong to me. I will not be using this location again! There are many kore locations I can use where the customer service is much better! read more

This is my neighborhood UPS and I come here often to return packages or print documents. Recently, I decided to DIY my wedding invitations, and Andrea along with the rest of the team went above and beyond to help me. They were so patient while I printed test copies, and even took the time to cut all of the invitations for me. Everything turned out beautifully, and I couldn't be happier with the results. This is the worst customer service experience ever. I came into the store on 12/26 to ship 2 Labubu"s to Sacramento. My recipient still hadn't received by today 1/12. I went back to the store and they told me the label was created on 12/29, but dont show it ever being shipped and to file a claim with ups directly. Ups told me that it never left the facility/store and to file a claim with the store. I call the store back (to save me gas) and a woman named Andrea answered the phone with just a Hello. I thought I called the wrong number and asked if this is the ups store, her reply YES. I ask for a manager, her reply I am the manager. I explained once again the situation and realized she was in the store when I first came in 15mins before. She told me to email her the tracking number and Proof of value. Which i now have to track down the original receipt from 3 weeks ago. At this point its the principle so I will but the fact that you have my items and I have to prove I sent them like a criminal is insane. I would think my tracking number and receipt from UPS would suffice. Avoid this place at all cost. Mailbox etc costs more but ive never had an issue. read more

Today was my last straw with this UPS store location as I have had a handful of unfriendly and uncomfortable interactions with the manager (possibly owner) and a few employees. First the manager treats women weird compared to when they have men with them. I'm not sure if he thinks less of them (women) but it's obvious. But what finally made me say enough today was that I brought my Amazon returns in like normal (packaged and ready for a label) and while using the self serve kiosk the employee decided to lecture me on how my items cannot be prepackaged in a box but placed in their little plastic clear bags. It is the only this location that's seems to always have an issue with doing the job that they are paid for. read more

Came In to do a Amazon return and a older Asian lady is super rude. The return option I chose for Amazon was packed in a box. I know there's more than one option on a way to return an Amazon product. She told me very rudely "don't package it up you make our job harder". I'm going to bring it packed up because that the option I chose. She's the only one I had an issue with. Somebody needs to talk to her on how to talk to people. read more

My go to UPS. Love the owner , he's behind register , very polite always helpful. All employees are awesome. I don't think I've ever encountered one rude employee there. Sometimes it takes me longer asking questions etc and I appreciate the patience and them never seeming annoyed or trying rush me. I've had call twice now over a receipt and another about an order, someone always answers right away no long holds. Even emailed me the receipt soon as we hung up. And they are a busy store but they positive and always efficient. 5 stars!! read more

The employees at this store do a wonderful job. Their customer service is good and they are pleasant. The manager/owner of this store is rude and selective regarding who he chooses to help. I feel bad for the employees. I can only hope they are treated better than the customers. AVOID if you can. There's another store in the area. Hopefully this guy doesn't own that one too. read more

Macy's offers deliveries to UPS Access points for its online ordering. As Christmas shopping ramps up, we as consumers try to protect our hard-earned money by using these alternative delivery points to stop porch thieves. I routed my delivery for pickup at this store which is on my way home. I was RUDELY told by an elderly gentleman that I should use my own address for my delivery instead of his store as I am not a paying mailbox customer. He strongly conveyed I am not worth his time to help. It would seem that it is more of a UPS/Macy's issue instead of mine. I was simply using a Macy's delivery service offered at checkout and being RUDELY told does not promote goodwill and provide good customer experience on a customer service reliant business. I would wish this location to contact Macy's and have it taken out of the delivery list. I would not wish for other shoppers to experience what I had from this store. UPS is a good brand. But they should be more particular to whom they hire to represent their brand or maybe to whom they grant a franchise to protect their good reputation. This store isn't helping keeping their good image. read more

Easy in and easy out depending upon the time of day. I have found early mornings or later in the afternoon have been the best time of the day to go. They offer other services than just shipping such as notary and shredding services to name a few. The staff are friendly and greet you upon entering. This location is in Skye Canyon in the shopping center with Smiths Marketplace. read more

Dave was very professional and helpful. I go into this location very often and all hours of the day. Dave has always been courteous and kind. I usually go in for Amazon returns, and he thanks me for my patience. Which is what all customers who walk in, should have. I even asked about another service the ups store has, and he provided me great information and suggestions on how to go about receiving it. Dave was amazing and I wish he would get recognized for going above and beyond. (People who complain about the service here, seems like they didn't come prepared and with patience) read more

Went to have a package shipped and packed by them and it's a really special birthday present and it is glass and so when I stayed to watch her pack it, she was surprised. She seemed a bit irritated and wouldn't even even look at me and then when she asked me if it was good enough, and I kind of looked it over and felt it was good. She started taping it up and so I said thank you for doing that. She didn't say a word she didn't even look up at me and then I started to leave and I said have a good day and was completely ignored once again.. what is with these young people and customer service?? I will never understand it. I will never be using that store again. read more

Used their notary service. Paid $30 for a single page with one notary stamp. Apparently they charge $15 per signature (mine and my wife's). What a ripoff. Should've asked beforehand. Another service not too far only charged $1.50 per page. Lesson learned. read more

Dave was impatient and with no customer service at all. He would not accept my item without a box purchase, when it was already in a box. These items were from Amazon. As it is plastic, no box needed stated by Amazon and just return as is with the original box. Dave would not accept and want us to buy a box. Do yourself a favor and do not use this store. It is always a headache at this location. Amazon returns are an issue for them. A few months ago i tried to return an amazon item it said UPS pack and ship they try to force you to pay for the box. Today i gave them another chance. I tried to return something using the amazon return QR code as a screenshot. They wouldn't take it and told me I had to pull it up from Amazon. But i had to go to the other side of the store because there is no signal and their wifi doesnt work. The other agent told me they could use it after i spent several minutes calling to have someone send me the email from amazon because I couldn't pull it up. She said the agent was new. Doesn't matter because she was right there and couldve corrected her instead of wasting my time. read more

I appreciate the proximity & business hours of this UPS store. I've been using this location for the past year. The gentlemen & ladies have always been pleasant & helpful. I've mostly come in to do Amazon returns with no problems. I've never had to wait too long in line for assistance. The notary person doesn't know what an affidavit is. I came in wanting to get an affidavit filled out and she refused to fill it out arguing that I needed to go to the state legislature? Not true, I headed over to another UPS store to have them do it and it was no problem! On top of her not knowing how to do her job she was rude. If you're gonna notarize things make sure you actually know what you can and can not notarize. Would have saved me a lot of frustration if she knew how to do her job. read more

So earlier today I was irritated because I had to print out a resume for a job interview. I walked into this place not mad, I tried to straighten out my attitude before I spoke to anyone. Idk the rain may have added a little to my mood? Anyhow, the customer service from Jackie and Chrissy I think or man they are going to hate that I forgot their names....but they were awesome! Not only did she print out my resume, she also gave me some advice and added In a free paper clip to help me look more professional. I can't explain how amazing it felt leaving that place...they made me feel like I didn't even need to go to my job interview. I was a happy man. I needed some computers sent back to a previous employer and asked the man to pack everything up for me. He charged me 10 dollars to pack it up and after I ask when the pricing changed (it used to be free) he gave me a bogus excuse. I paid the ten dollars but made sure he knew that 10 dollars was a stupid charge. When he mailed my package not only was the box messed up but he also spiteful ripped off the return label so it came straight back to me. Do NOT go to this UPS. The customer service is AWFUL. PLEASE go anywhere else for your packages. read more

For a UPS Store, one of the benefits is Amazon Returns. When literally getting the QR code for the return, it will mention how you do not need a box. Plus when I received my item, it only came in the product box anyways. So why should I need to pay FOR A SHIPPING BOX to return an item that's broken in the first place and that doesn't require it? This isn't my first return either. I had went to other different UPS stores and they know the drill. Scan and done, just need to give me the tracking receipt. But no, only at this location. They would always tell me how I need to have my return in a shipping box. And even with the store manager, who was also rude about the situation. Because "it's their responsibility if something happens to the product", I understand that. IF the product wasn't broken already. Reason why I'm returning it back to Amazon in the first place. And why should it now be my problem that I HAVE TO LITERALLY PAY FOR to return it? Then I'm told that I can then go to a different store if I want to. Yeah, I'm aware of that and I will. But then what's the point of your store? Just terrible in general. read more

I took a package that needed to be returned. I asked if there would be any issues with this. They said no problem, we can do it. I gave them the return label and the next day the package arrived at my front door. So if you like to waste time and money the UPS store is for you. I have used mailings and more and they have never let me down. read more
