My husband and I stopped by Office Depot on a Wednesday evening looking for new office chairs. I was pleasantly surprised at all of the selection at this Office Depot location. This Office Depot location is off the Durango/215 exit in Northwest Las Vegas, Centennial Hills. It's in a large shopping plaza next to other businesses such as Subway, Burger King, and Kohls. There are plenty of parking spaces available! The office chairs were located towards the end of Office Depot. As you go through the store, you'll notice all of their office supplies, computer equipment, office furniture, and so much more! Office Depot has a wide variety of office chairs. There were executive styles, gaming chairs, and normal office chairs. We sat in a few, and the one that was the highlight for us was the Shaquille Executive Office Chair series. It was really comfortable, and it's exclusive to Office Depot. I was really impressed at the inventory inside this Office Depot location. I'll be stopping by more often, especially seasonally, to see their deals and offerings. read more

Estella and Ian both helped me today during my visit. Estella assisted me with lamination services. I have a tad bit of OCD, and her work was absolute perfection. The store was clean and organized with a wide selection of products at a good value. Some items were overpriced in my opinion. I was looking for a dry erase monthly calendar. The one I found pictured in this review was $47, which I believe was overpriced. Ian helped me at the checkout with my purchases. Both employees were pleasant and helpful. There is side ramp van accessible parking with a crosswalk available in front of the store. I would recommend that the white crosswalk paint be touched up as it is very faded. I love the entrance/exit doors as they are hands free and slide open when you approach them. read more

I'm not sure if we should leave any more posts on this site. I mean there's some people that are cool in here that I like I bought my chair here, my office supplies here, my reams of papers here. And I live a minute away. Last time I visited I couldn't get work done here so I went to Staples and had it done the same day. I was thinking maybe that was a new person the last time and I want to give it a try again since I live nearby. My work was asking to find a place to go to get our business cards done. I showed up to Office Depot and a different lady that I spoke to at this location directed me to go online like she didn't want to do any work. Or make an effort just to take a look at it and see if they can do something there. Like what's going on with you guys over there what happened to genuine service, at this point you guys shouldn't even run a copy center if you can satisfy only half of the guests. We used to have work orders with office Depot from Los Angeles location to the Palm Desert Palm spring area but it seems like these guys just don't care over here in Las Vegas. The same day I went to Staples that's 25 minutes out of my way I met Michael at the copy center Michael got my cards done by the way. I might have to travel far but my work gets done and having said this. I might as well have my entire organization work with staples. From my last visit just to try to make some name tags my work now has a recurring monthly work order with staples just to get name tags. Now Staples are my go to business and I still have my recurring PO with business cards and office supplies along with any furniture we need. Well I hope everything gets better over there. At this point I just think I won't come again. Best regards good luck. read more

I want to return it and get another chair and they are telling me that I need to call warranty department . Why its under the return date and if I dont have the box they will give a store credit. But not this store. So I would beware buying anything from this store. They rip people off. read more

I have to say that I don't remember the sales associate name. Yet she gave me wonderful customer service. She assisted me in the filing cabinet. Also making sure I was getting the correct ink for my printer. She was extremely attentive with all my needs and information. The prices on their items are comparable to other stores. The selection on file cabinets was impressive. I recommend this location and place of business. For your next office needs. Thank you once again! read more

I had some trouble uploading my business card design to their website to order... I called and the young lady working in the print department helped me immediately! I was able to email her my design; I came in the store 30 mins later to pay, and she printed them on site even though usually it takes a day for what I ordered after 2pm. It was in the afternoon and she went above and beyond to get my order completed. I had my first event the next day and really wanted to have business cards, and was so grateful for her help. The event was a success and my customers loved my cards, thank you Cat! read more

It's unfortunate that this is getting two stars, because the first associate who assisted me was extremely personable and had amazing customer service. I went in to purchase 910 HP ink. When I got to my office, which is 3 mins away, I went to load my printer and the black ink exploded all over my desk and hands. Luckily none of it got on my shoes or clothes! I went back and snatched the LAST 910 ink cartridges and went up to the counter to see there was a red headed young man behind the counter. He asked how I was and I said not good, I showed him my inky hands, told him I was just there 5 mins ago and told him how the cartridge had exploded in my hands. He explained to me that he would need the damaged product to do an exchange. I asked if he'd want me to drive with exposed ink, but he said, you could put it in a bag. Not sympathetic just so stale. So I called my teacher and told her I needed her to gather the damaged items and he informed me that he would also need the box. I was like "and also the box that's in the trash" I gave him the product that I had taken from the shelf (remember it's the LAST ONE) and said, hold this for me and I'll be right back. I come back five minutes later and again there is a new associate at the counter. I tell her that there should be ink up front for me for an exchange. She walkies her team member and he informs her that he put it back!! The last product. If someone would have grabbed it I would have been SOL and he wouldn't have given AF. And I looked down the aisle and I see him in the back. I really wanted to tell him about customer service, but I decided to just take a breath and be thankful that it worked out my way in the end. But that was a trash move on his end. read more

I haven't visited this location since I left mad during my last experience. I realize now I must of been hangry and impatient. However the service was slacking to be fair with my last experience years ago. I'm updating reviews since I work in the service industry and my last 3 star review maybe was a little harsh especially because all my previous experiences with Office Depot were great. I enjoyed dropping off my packages to get shipped out and they did print labels for me that I emailed them anytime I went in. The selection of items always seemed organized and The prices seemed fair when it came to my shipping needs and was very close to home. I am familiar with this location and would visit in the future if I was in the area and needed to ship some items out. read more

*REVIEW IS FOR ONLINE ORDER AND CURBSIDE PICK UP SERVICE EXPERIENCE ONLY* I ordered twice online for some items that were on sale and used their curbside pickup service. The first order went smoothly, although curbside pick up service took longer than expected. I had to call the store to let them know that I was waiting outside even though I already "checked in," using their service via the email they sent telling me my order was ready for pick up. The second order on a different day had an issue as well. I ordered 2 items and only one was available, but I was never informed. I only found out when I went to pick up the item that WAS available. read more

I walk across the parking lot to order a rubber stamp. I asked the lady at the door where to go, she advised me. I wasn't sure when I got there, because I was not acknowledged. I asked the cashier, who also advised me where to go. Problem was the young lady was very busy with customers. Neither person who advised me asked if they could help or even say 'she'll be with you shortly.' I had to go back to work. I wasn't asked if I found everything I needed nor was I said bye to. Rude!!! And no, they were not with customers. Each person who advised me was talking with another employee. read more

We have gone to this office depot for many years, but this day we were helped by the store manager Sergio. We found a chair on the floor that we liked and were willing to take it because it was already assembled but had some small damage, so we asked if he could give us a bit off since it was damaged and he said no we have plenty of stock so I'm not willing to do that. That's the 1st time I have ever seen a store refuse to give you a discount for the floor model that has damage. He decided he would rather lose a sale and 2 customers then maybe offer someone 10% off.. Plus he was rude. We will find another store to do business with and shop for all of our business supplies. read more

Bought an Office Depot brand office chair. It was comfortable and worked great for 3 months. Then the arm snapped into two pieces. I then attempted to contact the warranty number for the chair and was told that the warranty was only 30 days for a return. I asked about the 5 years the salesman told me about, and that was in the owners manual, and was told The 5 year warranty was a manufacturers warranty that they promptly denied. Then the bottom half snapped off so I spent 200 bucks on a chair that now I cant use. To add insult to injury when I was filling out my review on the Office Depot webpage to warn people about this particular chair, they took down my review and deleted it. This company is shady, and I will never do business with them again. read more

Didn't want to help me, but the person next to me printing and faxing they were just standing around

The staff in the print section is absolutely worthless. They do not know how to do their job and won't do anything but the bare minimum.

Centennial location: Literal garbage, lazy employees who do the absolute bare minimum. The store was dead and i needed help. 2 employees where just standing up front talking. I walked up & they both just stopped talking and stared at me; no "can i help you" or "do you need anything"...just dead stared at me w/out saying anything. I finally gave the guy what i needed and asked if he can see if they had anymore in the back, as i needed more than one. Without bothering to look, he said "probably not". And handed it back to me. Once again this company displayed great service when the manager agreed to honor a Yelp check-in offer of $10 off any purchases that totaled $50 or more that was good through "July 1". I was shopping here on July 2, 2018 when I received this offer on my smartphone. Since the potential award was not announced until an attempted Yelp check-in, I could not have known about it until the day I was physically in the store. And, I have no idea when the offer was first posted by the company. I had certainly not seen anything similar during all of the other many times I have shopped for office and teaching supplies here. After I expressed my disappointment to a salesperson that I was apparently just one day late to take advantage of the announced savings (if in fact the offer expired the day before I set foot in the store), and noted that the offer did not mention a year, she said that she was sure that the store manager would approve the discount for me. And very soon afterward she happily did, even though I admit that the most reasonable interpretation would be that the offer expired on July 1, 2018. The manager also honored a posted price of $19.99 for 5 reams of paper after I pointed out that the price was initially automatically rung up on the cash register $2.00 higher than posted near the merchandise in the store. Besides this store almost always being well stocked with a variety of needed equipment and supplies, customer service here is first rate. read more

After coming to this location multiple times I am not happy with the service I received from the staff- While coming in 30 minutes before closing and getting an approx 5 minute text followed by a few minutes later a 1 min to be helped at the print desk, I waited 45 minutes to be seen. No problem things happen I get that! I wanted to print one page 5 times then have it cut... SIMPLE! After printing he told me to have it cut I would have to wait until tomorrow! Literally a job that takes less than a minute! After I waited 45 minutes for you?? No apology for the wait time or anything and just a crappy attitude! I asked to speak with the manager who approved the cutting also with no apology or even recognition for me being patient (up until this point) or the wait! read more

I have been shopping at this Office Depot for over 10 years and usually receive excellent service. However, today, that was not the case. I emailed a few documents I needed printed to the location on Durango near Elk Horn. Upon arrival, I was told that I had to use self serve. I asked the young lady behind the counter, later identified as Aerial, if she could print those as opposed to me printing them myself. She responded stating that if my document was less than 25 pages, it's self serve. I did not know how many pages my document was, nor was I asked when I called to get their email address, I was given an email address to send those documents to. Another customer arrived as I was looking for the email I sent earlier and she was told the same thing, that her documents were self serve. She requested to speak with the manager and a male, later identified as William, identified himself as the manager. He stated the same as Aerial, that any documents under 25 pages were self serve. William ignored me when I informed him that no one asked me how many pages were contained in my document(s). I was confused as Aerial indicated that she would print my documents and it appeared that William was not going to allow her to print them. William went on to explain that if the documents were sent and they were less than 25 pages the customer would receive an email indicating that the documents could not be opened and they would be provided a secondary email for self service. I did not receive that email. Both William and Aerial were argumentative and provide very very poor customer service. I will not use Office Depot for any services from this point. I left and went to my office to print my documents and placed a call to Office Depot's Corporate Office: as of now I have not received a return phone call. read more

Adam, who is one of the managers, is excessively and unnecessarily rude. I am a teacher and am in this store a lot since it is close. Every time I am in there he offers no help and when asked for anything is rude and doesn't want to answer questions, or just do normal things like print a receipt. Today was the last straw. I went in to quickly print a shipping label and send out the box. I accidentally left my wallet which I didn't realize until I got to Petsmart to pick up my dog. I called the store from Petsmart to see if it had been picked up. They said they hadn't seen anything. So just to cover my tracks I went back to the parking spot at Office Depot and retraced my steps. While talking to the nice gentleman at the counter who was helping me look he asked Adam who was behind the counter, if he had seen it. His response, "it's not my wallet maybe she should learn to keep track of her stuff". Really? That's how you treat people? Especially a repeat customer. So not only is he terrible at his job but is just a horrible human being. read more

Giving this four stars ONLY because of the manager I saw today. Lost a star because I had to go back today for the manager (Mario) to fix the complete screw up made by two OD employees yesterday. If it was based strictly on the visit yesterday, it would have been zero stars. Went in yesterday. The self serve copier kept jamming so the girl behind the counter ran the copies for me. Clear instructions. The first packet: two copies. All was good. The second packet: three copies. All was NOT good. All of the papers were completely out of order. Brought them home to figure them out. Some pages copied 7 time, others only once. Second employee...a cashier. "Where is your slip of paper showing how many copies you got?" Didn't get one. She called over to the copy department. "We're charging you for 100 copies." I asked for the store managers name and store phone number. "His name is ----(I can't remember what she said) and Google the number for the store." At that point, I just wanted OUT. Went home and cooled off a bit. Googled the number, called the store, and asked for the manager on duty." Mario was great and asked me to come into the store today so he could make things right. I showed him the receipt for the 100 copies. Eyes opened wide. Showed him all of the random excess copies. He just shook his head. He made the copies I needed. Refunded me the money that I had spent. Gave me his card and told me to reach out of I needed anything. read more

This store has extremely easy parking. Whenever I first enter the store, I am immediately greeted and the staff helps me find what I need. Last month, they did a price match with Amazon on a printer that was substantially cheaper without resistance or hesitation. Based upon that experience, I ended up buying an additional printer (different model) the next day at Office Max (which is now the same company) as a gift for someone. This store will take coupons also with no difficulty. Two years ago, I bought a computer monitor and they allowed me to return it with no restocking fee just because I didn't like it. read more

The absolute worst office depot I have ever been to in my life is on Craig Road. This store has to be the most ghetto place that I have ever been. Why is it retail business are failing and closing shop? One reason is because of the convenience of online establishments such as Amazon. Another reason is due to the lack of customer service and basic interaction of brick and mortar stores. Went into this location to purchase a notebook and a pack of pens. I was greeted at the door with a hello, that was good. No one bothered to inquire if I needed assistance in finding anything, all employees are bunched up near the business printing area conversing. My transaction was cold. No one to meet me at the register, I had to glare at the bunch of young generation Z goats to prompt one to come over and ring me up. I have never had more confusing/more frustrating results. Went in for a print out and walked up to the copy area. I then explained that I had been to one on Russell/Eastern as well as Lake Mead/95 several times this week with both providing thicker resume type paper. The cashier seemed extremely confused, and again reiterated they didn't have that here. Ok plain white paper it is I then explain I sent the documents via email to the BIG RED SIGN that says email documents to officedepot@printme.com, again the cashier states, oh you have to come over here and do like a self checkout...ummm ok...why can't you just print it with your 10 machines behind the desk?
