I walked in simply to mail a package, and the Manager--a woman with red hair who refused to identify herself when asked--treated me with blatant disrespect for no reason. She asked me what a "Sunshade" was. Not once, not twice, but three times. Who in any professional setting doesn't know what a sunshade is? It's a common item made of plastic and mesh. I politely told her it wasn't on her hazardous list, and when I started to explain that it goes on a Jeep, she cuts me off to claim that I insulted her. Excuse me? She asked the question; I was simply answering it. Following this absurd interaction, she outright refused to mail my package and told me to take my business elsewhere. And honestly? I would be fine with that, if this were the first time I had set foot in an Office Depot. But it isn't. I am a frequent shopper, as I sell on eBay, so "frequent" means a significant amount of business. I have never met a more disrespectful and rude person at any location. I really appreciated Michelle acknowledging the slight color incongruity between the actual document and what had been printed. She offered a reprint of the entire order, but likely the same issue would have prevailed. Without contest and most kindly she refunded my credit card. Over the past few months I have had several meetings here and have enjoyed my experience each time…read more The super cool vibe is a given here....clean, organized, professional, and well maintained are the qualities that impress me over the vibe. The small touches like having enough chairs for a conference room (yes there are problems around town with this) to having up to date large tv's for presentations are crucial to me. When noticing the meeting, paying for a space, or dealing with issue at hand instead of being bothered by the space........being uncomfortable should be the last thing on someones mind. You can park in the front (Main Street) in the couple of free on street parking, in the parking lot on the side, or park behind the building and enter from the back entrance. If you have a small business, need a random quiet meeting place, or need to rent a permeant place to set up shop.....there are many places Downtown you can choose.....but being familiar with the spaces like me, take my advice and go with Faciliteq. The owner of this business, was in an article recently saying that he will be opening up two more locations near here if this one is booked. So hang tight and more nice space will be available soon!!!!!!!

I then paid 16 cents. Lol staples gave me a 1 page print, within seconds of walking in, for free just 2 days ago as they were so friendly and said it's pointless to charge me for a single paper. They can learn something from Staples.
