To make matters worse, they informed me that refund processing could take up to 30 days. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and potential financial headache. They refused to do anything about my order, and offered a $50 discount for a future order. In my experience as a business owner, this is unacceptable and horrible customer service. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and will not be doing business with them again. At this point, I would like to return the defective microfiber cloths and get a full refund so I can have the item produced by a company with better quality and customer service.
