The entire experience felt deceptive from start to finish. I wasted countless hours chasing basic shipping information, only to end up fighting for a refund. To make matters worse, they informed me that refund processing could take up to 30 days. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and potential financial headache. I strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether.

Also my brand is illegible- the words are blurred, not as shown in my photo proof. In response, Everything Branded sent me a proof note that the words on my brand might not be legible, but that is not the photo I received when I approved the proof. They refused to do anything about my order, and offered a $50 discount for a future order. In my experience as a business owner, this is unacceptable and horrible customer service. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and will not be doing business with them again. At this point, I would like to return the defective microfiber cloths and get a full refund so I can have the item produced by a company with better quality and customer service.
