I came in to the store Monday 9/15/25 to see if they could embroider some hats for me. Pat, the…read moreowner helped me and was so polite, friendly and helpful. I needed the hats by Friday. We worked on the design I wanted and he told me they'd probably be ready Wednesday, maybe Tuesday. Great, I went home and around 5pm I got an email stating they were done! Not even one day. That's amazing service. Pat, thank you so much, this means the world to me as this is a very special occasion.

I initially asked for a quote but never received one. I assumed it would be sent along with the pictures of the bags before they started the work, but it didn't arrive until after the work was completed. We were having our daughters' names embroidered on school backpacks and two patches heat-pressed onto them. My daughters spent time discussing the placement of the embroidery in detail, and at no point were we told that certain placements might cause issues. When we picked the bags up, we discovered that part of the front pocket had been sewn shut due to the embroidery placement. This was never discussed with us in advance, and unfortunately, the kids use all the pockets--so that was a disappointment. When I called to ask why we weren't informed, the only response was "we meant to," which was frustrating. That's something I definitely would have wanted to know beforehand. Also, we were warned that heat-pressed patches may not last, but one was already peeling off right after pickup. So for anyone considering that option, I'd recommend skipping the heat press and going straight to someone who can sew them on. The experience wasn't a total disaster, but there were definitely preventable issues that affected our experience. Learn from my mistakes and ask more questions.

Emily was awesome! We went over different quality of shirts and she found the perfect one for us…read more The printing is exactly what we wanted. The customer is very happy. Looking at doing more orders with this customer and we are staying with C&A for their professionalism. Everyone should check out how their hospitality and quality is.

I cannot recommend C & A Embroidery. The customer service--particularly from Jazet--was severely…read morelacking. I dropped off hats in November, and they were completely forgotten about. It took three months to finally get them completed, which is unacceptable by any professional standard. To make matters worse, another order was done incorrectly with no apparent quality check in place. Their "replacement" effort was lackluster at best--they swapped a black hat for a charcoal one, which doesn't even match the original order. This is not quality work; it feels more like a babysitting operation than a professional embroidery shop. On top of that, they didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience. I had to practically shake them down to get a 20% discount--something that should have been offered proactively given the level of failure and delay. If you want long wait times, inconsistent communication, and subpar craftsmanship, this might be the place for you. But in a town with plenty of embroidery options, I will never use this business again. There are far better companies that actually value their customers and take pride in their work.

I did have to ask for help to find a few things and I was pleased that they had what I was looking for. The prices are pretty good for how the climate is today. The store was very neat and clean. *Now this is where I went from looking to give five stars. How well the first two staffer's that were stocking up the items in the middle of the sales floor; gave awesome customer service to me. The young lady walked me to the area of which I was inquiring about. She didn't just point like some store employees tend to seemingly do. As I walked up to the front to check out there was a not so vibrant person behind the register. Why do I always tend to run into Sour puss faces as of recent? I'm not sure but this young person was so dry every question I asked it was like she was programmed to say, Unfortunately. She used this word 5x's in a short span of 3 minutes of me making my transition. I can't remember her name and maybe that's for the best but she was giving Sloth vibes and as if she'd learned a new 13 letter word from Wikipedia or Google. I was looking at her face to see if was a bot or something smh. I just don't understand Why normal behavior is becoming EXTINCT. I ended up switching the word and when I asked her could I pay with cash? She replied, Yes. Of course I was cynical and replied by saying, it's Fortunate that I have cash on me today. She just looked as if she needed to be turned back on or greased (like the Tin-Man ) from The Wizard of Oz movie. I just can't with the lack of social skills that are being displayed by a lot of these young people. Jobs Never would've hired me if I had a Lackluster personality back in my day. Now it's like What The Phuck Ever NO BODY really cares any way. Just know, I still do and I'll keep addressing and giving my two cents wherever my tax paying coins are being used.
