I was sadly recently disappointed by my experience here. After working so hard to curate a brand…read moreand logo for my business, I engaged with Customistic for new custom shirts on shirts that I brought in. I spent 20 minutes with the technician finalizing the proof. My bill was ~$230 for reference on order size... probably pretty small but certainly not the smallest. Most of the order came out to standard. The sad part is a specific batch of my order were printed using the wrong color. Tech told me the printer messed it up. Some technical jargon regarding ink. I asked for half my money back and was denied because I brought the shirts in. Sad. Very sad. Not for them, for me. I care a lot about this company merchandise. In the midst of my sadness, my current assumption is there probably is no such thing as a true 5 star print shop, they would have to charge 30-50% more to cover losses on mistakes. There's too much that can go wrong and the business model likely cannot afford to please every order that gets messed up. In other words, original custom printing is probably just a crap shoot. 3 stars is fair.

I knew the backing for the quilt and the batting would not be in the packet, so it wasn't those items that were missing. The Sew Yeah packet was short a good 3/4 yard of each fabric, and there was 10 fabric choices so, this is an additional $250.00 to do the actual quilt front, don't trust this place to include all the fabrics in the pre packed quilt top. I have spoken to others and they have said the same thing has happened to them on the pre-packed kits. So disappointed, at this rate this quilt will cost me $400.00 plus dollars to finish it:( I will buy the remaining items from elsewhere, not going to trust they will include everything if I order online from Sew yeah.
