I'm in town for the holidays, and discovered too late that another company had made a big mistake on a personalized gift. So I am left in the lurch 4 days before Christmas with a VERY specific gift and no way to rectify it, as most shops won't even take a rush embroidery order this late in the game (Dec 21). I called several shops and even went to the item's manufacturer's "flagship" store- NO luck. Enter 31 Kreations. Although plenty busy, they were kind enough to take on my job (and soon before closing too!), resolve the problem, do the custom embroidery at a VERY reasonable rate and complete it very quickly without sacrificing quality. They carefully matched the color, style, everything and the finished project looks gorgeous. They are VERY nice and have a wide variety of fonts, colors, etc to choose from- more than some shops I've seen. They are a smaller store, but don't let that fool you- they did things right all the way around. I cannot recommend C & A Embroidery. The customer service--particularly from Jazet--was severely…read morelacking. I dropped off hats in November, and they were completely forgotten about. It took three months to finally get them completed, which is unacceptable by any professional standard. To make matters worse, another order was done incorrectly with no apparent quality check in place. Their "replacement" effort was lackluster at best--they swapped a black hat for a charcoal one, which doesn't even match the original order. This is not quality work; it feels more like a babysitting operation than a professional embroidery shop. On top of that, they didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience. I had to practically shake them down to get a 20% discount--something that should have been offered proactively given the level of failure and delay. If you want long wait times, inconsistent communication, and subpar craftsmanship, this might be the place for you. But in a town with plenty of embroidery options, I will never use this business again. There are far better companies that actually value their customers and take pride in their work.

I got off work at 7pm that day and still no text from Jo Ann. The next day at 3pm she texts me with the design that was not even I asked for. Told her that we won't be needing the t shirt anymore (since it's too late when we need it by tomorrow). That I'll just return to her some other time now that I know her location. She texts me back that she had bought the shirt and had put the design on the shirts (before I even said yes to the design) and don't bother coming back she learned her lesson with customer like me. These new owners have won my business! I was in town for a conference for a couple of days and decided last minute printed t-shirts would be a good idea. I was lucky to find this business. It was open at 8am before the conference. Ebony was very helpful on the phone and offered to print my logo on my shirts in less than an hour. When she didn't get an immediate email from me she called to double check that I sent it to the right email address which I hadn't. This was proactive and saved me time. I requested standard white but she offered glittery silver which was way better. They didn't have neon green in stock which is my logo color but they offered to purchase some that day if I wanted more shirts, so I ordered more to be finished the next day. All items were done perfectly!
