Our company has used AIS for years and I have never been disappointed with them. Whether I contact AIS for toner replacement or for a repair service, they always handle my situation immediately and with excellent service. The AIS technicians are very knowledgeable and handle the issue expertly. I couldn't be happier with the AIS team and looking forward to many more years with them. Kim S. read more

I am on my third laser printer purchased from AIS - Advanced Imaging Solutions. My first two worked flawlessly, which is why I returned to AIS for a third. Unfortunately, my third printer failed after only about 300 pages. It would no longer power on. Fortunately, it was still covered by AIS's 5-year on-site warranty for parts and labor, valid through May 30, 2027. I called AIS on July 24, 2026, and was told a technician would contact me. On July 26, a technician came to my home but was unable to repair the printer. He took it to his shop for further repair. What followed was SIX WEEKS of frustrating communication. I repeatedly had to call AIS for updates because I was rarely contacted. Eventually, I was told the printer could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. I was shocked to learn that AIS intended to replace my barely used printer with a used unit. I explained that I did not consider that acceptable. My printer had approximately 300 pages on it, and I expected a replacement in comparable condition. I spoke with the owner, Mark, and explained my concerns. I was assured that I would be taken care of and satisfied with the resolution. Unfortunately, that did not happen. On September 4, AIS replaced my printer with a used printer showing 45,893 pages on the counter, compared with approximately 300 pages on my original printer. EVEN WORSE, THE REPLACEMENT PRINTER REPEATEDLY DISPLAYS AN ERROR WHEN I TRY TO PRINT. I now have to go upstairs to clear the error, restart the printer, return downstairs to print, and go back upstairs to retrieve the documents. I understand that printers can fail. That is why I purchased a printer with a 5-year warranty. What disappointed me was how the warranty claim was handled: six weeks of poor communication, a replacement with nearly 46,000 pages, and a replacement that does not function properly. My first two AIS printers were excellent, but based on this warranty experience, I would strongly recommend that customers ask exactly how warranty replacements are handled before purchasing. read more

Great company! Great technicians! Great service! Couldn't do my job without them! Their Technician steven is the best!

AIS sells their contracts and doesn't tell you who to. They also don't let you terminate even when you have a right to.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!! We have a contract for a couple of printers, with a service agreement, and have been charged repeatedly for service. I have waited over 7 months for a service ticket to be fulfilled and it has not been completed, to this day! Yet, I have been charged for them to send out multiple techs who say that some random work was completed, nothing of which I asked for! I have been begging for a buyout invoice just to get away from this joke of a company, and I can't even get that!!! David B., Lynnae G., and Choka W. will take weeks to reply to an email, if they even take the time to reply at all - and the reply will never include an actual solution. The sales rep does a great job selling this place and all of its promises, but as soon as that contract is signed *poof* every promise disappears and all bets are off. I am writing this review with the hope of saving someone else from an absolute waste of time and money, caused by complete incompetence and a lack of an ounce of professionalism from AIS. read more

Not Recommended, very low-quality company the sales team is frustrating and their help desk is exceptionally rude their products weren't even fully programed before they were delivered. Shoddy work of a misrun company, would stay away. read more

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with READ THE CONTRACT never sign. If your printer is under contract with them they are under no obligation to give you a functioning machine you can never never give it back if it doesn't work. Mine has not worked for 1 year they still aren't fixing it read more

well cant say to much because i never switched over to aist im thankful to have meet the outside sales manager steve bless his heart i believe he has saved me not only thousands of dollars but alot of headaches in turning me away from signing a contract with this company after hearing the problems customers have had to deal with i decided i was gonna stick to what im used to they dont have a very good rap for taking care of customers once you sign that contract they just want to take more and more of your money and you will end up being sorry you gave them your buissness they are not what they are made up to be once you sign that contract it doesnt mean anything to them but to cost you more money read more

I can't say enough good things about AIS. They take very good care of our Kyocera copiers. Our Digital Product Specialist, Sergio Cervantes is very responsive to our needs. Each month, we print 1000 copies of our 16 page newsletter. The Kyocera does an amazing job but there can be issues with such a big job. The minute I email Sergio, he is on it. Whether it's calibrating the machine or coming in to clear out a mysterious paper jam. If he can't make it right away, he will let me know when he can come by. I would highly recommend AIS and hope that you get Sergio as a technician. read more

This is the worst company ever. If you're thinking about doing business with them, save yourself some frustration and time and find someone else. I have had years of experience with this company because this was the company my former boss used. If you pay their unreasonable service agreement fee, you might get some service. Otherwise, be prepared to pay for every little thing. We ended our contract two years ago because they were trying to overcharge us even though we had a service agreement. Fast forward to today, the same copier we bought from them stopped working and I was naive enough to call AIS to give them my business. I was proposed an on-site service call but the representative suggested a better solution, which is to remote in to resolve the problem, at a third of the on-site service cost. I agreed to it. An hour later, I got a call from them asking for my credit card information charging me the on-site service. I told them that's incorrect. Their excuse is, we have to charge you for the on-site because the issue will unlikely to be resolved by remote in and will likely be a full hour. What???! I will never use this company ever again and advise against them. read more

We had Carlos C. come to our school to fix our copiers. He is amazing! He is kind, knowledgable, and knows the machines inside and out. He always leaves the area better than he found it as well. I would recommend AIS and Carlos to come to your buisness too! read more

AIS has the best customer service ever. They are always prompt when I need them. We bought a machine with them 9 years ago and it still runs like a champ. The service techs are always kind. Marshall is my favorite :-) Thanks for always being there. read more

The most worst company ever.. I stop doing business with them 6 months ago when they screwed me on my service contract. Mike the salesman has been awful the worst customer service ever. Mike guess, what we have our attorneys coming after you. AIS overall has one of the worst customer service and they are liars. Never doing business anymore with them. read more

Being the graphic artists, at a very large, and busy high school, I have always had the greatest technician from AIS, that keep me up and running. I have always been very appreciative for their kindness, promptness, and great knowledge to be able to fix things so quickly. Thank you always, Jane Adams read more

If I could give a - I would. Terrible customer service & support. I have been asking them for 6 months for a copy of my contract & a buyout return cost. They have not given me either. They do not return calls or emails. Do not use them!!!!! I will be dropping off my machine on their doorstep. read more

The printers have been the best purchase I have made on the last 10 years. They work great and the service is unbelievable in this day and age. They said the service gentleman would call to setup a appointment and he did that. He came when he said, did the work, spoke to us regarding the repair and left the office clean!!!! read more

We have been customers with AIS for many years, and the reason is simple. They offer great equipment at reasonable prices and their service is easy to access, friendly, on time and thorough. Things will happen with copiers and printers...it is how you respond to them. When we have a rare issue, AIS is on top of it everytime, on time. We highly recommend AIS! read more

Changed are contract without authorization now we have no service agreement even though we were paying for it for two years. Customer service is awful, if you have any kind of issue all you will get from them is attitude. read more

We've partnered with AIS for several years now and just when we think we have received elite service - they out-do themselves! The service is exceptional, and their professionalism is beyond superb. Our Sales Manager, Jeffrey Legreca continually understand our business needs and always provides progressive options to keep our business up-to-date with new technology. The Executive Coordinator, Rosa Solares-Harouff has been instrumental in giving us excellent customer service and direction when she is called upon. Additionally, the service side is amazing. The technicians provide same day service and know how to get the job done! A big THANK YOU to the AIS team for a job well done and for making us top priority. You are simply the BEST! read more

This company bought my old service provider and refuses to honor the contract yet still wants me to pay. Horrible service and bad attitudes. read more

We will be leaving this company the absolute second our contract expires. If we could sooner we most definitely would. The Kyocera equipment they use is junk and their customer service is a joke. Everything printed on one of the printers is so curled up it looks like the old thermal fax paper. Their solution: Turn the paper over! What? Isn't this 2016? Of course turning the paper over has zero effect on it. You could not get two things to come out the same color on the color printer if your life depended on it. I cannot stress strongly enough to stay away from this sorry excuse for a company!! read more

Very limited customer service! Has the client doing all the work instead of making the process seamless. Robert "Bob" Wurzelbacher is your typical sales person, aggressive, but WEAK and SILENT on customer service. He does not return emails or acknowledge them. This is not the way to conduct business. We will reconsider our options when our contract ends. Remember this, Bob, before you start pitching yourself to us again. We may ignore your calls and emails as a professional courtesy. read more

I am happy with their 3D Printing. They seem to be expanding in this area and host events like 3D Printing Day! They have experience building 3D parts and selling 3D Printing machines. Getting material quickly is also a big plus! At their showroom you can get a 3D Me character at their photo booth which is really a fun experience. read more
