Tech Pros didn't keep commitments and were disorganized and haphazard. The SHORT VERSION: 5 times the owner was supposed to give me an in-home consultation and he never did. And this while I waited for 2 months and after he told me my appointments were canceled because of a more important job they landed after mine. I also had to keep going over what I wanted as previously discussed items kept falling off the list. And the work that was done was sloppy (see pics). The LONG VERSION: the owner, Cary, was sick when I called so he sent a tech and told me he'd call when he got back. Zack, the tech came but didn't make any recommendations. After hearing nothing for 3 weeks, I called to find Cary had returned to work but gave no reason for not following-up with me. We then talked about what I wanted but, nothing from Zack's visit and Cary would need to come by before he could make any recommendations. So it seemed like the first appointment was useless or they weren't keeping a file for me. Through out the process I had to keep repeating what I wanted and still items were missing from the estimate. I asked four times for the info on the modem while I was waiting on the estimate. So Cary set an appointment for the next week but it got canceled and so did the next one. For the third appointment, Cary didn't show as planned. Despite my being put off for 5 weeks, Cary said a big job had come in that took priority. It actually took some convincing to get him to see the disservice to me. Instead two techs were pulled off the big job to install my TV antenna. This apparently was done to tide me over. Only while talking with tech did I realize I might not even need an antenna depending on what Cary and I decided. That's when it started to feel haphazard. It felt more haphazard when I looked up and the cable from the antenna wasn't sealed where it entered the house. Then I saw an access panel was left dangling. Either one could allow water or bugs to get in. And finally the smart panel in closet wasn't replaced. I uploaded all the pics. When I told Cary he dismissed it out of hand, saying his crew had a stellar reputation and wouldn't do that. But a handyman sealed the panel 2 weeks prior and no one else had been here. And I'm the only in my closet. And he didn't even address the unprofessional routing of the antenna cable. The last I spoke with Cary, he said he'd be by the next week but I never heard from him again. He left me with work that needs corrected. But now he's blaming me for not calling him. There were some positives but overall it was horrible service. read more

WARNING - Las Vegas Tech Pros - STAY AWAY! These folks have no idea what they're doing. They came to our home several times, never finishing a single work order. After several thousands of dollars spent, we are worse than when we started. They will always blame the internet service in your home rather than their work. And they will always tell you they're too busy doing corporate work to get your job finished. The owner Cary makes it seem like he cares but gives the work to his kids (who often bring their friends with them to just sit around) and never stays consistent with the customer. Sadly, I think this company has the security for the Portofino Development, so I sure hope there's nothing bad that happens here. read more

After a terrible experience with another contractor, I found Cary and his team to finish a job installing some security cameras for our house. He responded promptly, gave me a quote within a day, and we were scheduled and completed within a week. The two guys who came to our house showed up exactly on time, knocked everything out despite some challenging routing they had to deal with, and even patched up some of the holes left by our previous contractor when they abandoned the job. I decided to add a wired camera system to my new house. I chose to skip wireless as my Blink system always let me know what happened, but well after whatever happened...... was over (due to the normal wireless lag time). Decided to add an H265 PoE system, but that meant lots of crawling through the attic, dropping wires into the walls, etc. Figured I might as well add a 1000 base network while I was at it. My opinion is that once you decide to run a few cat6, you might as well run lots of cat6. And wireless network security is an issue. Did a lot of research on who to use for the installs and decided to try Las Vegas Tech Pros. LVTP dropped about twenty-five cat6 lines for my 1000base network (several in each room) as well as all of the cat6 drops for the extensive (outdoor) security PoE camera system. They were great to work with! They worked around my schedule week after week; even putting in a shift by arriving before dawn on a Sunday morning! Its refreshing to find a company that gets your project done. I'm actually considering other projects now that I found them. (maybe a powered OTA system and probably a ring camera doorbell) I highly recommend these folks and for me, that's saying something (see my other reviews) If you need a security camera system installed correctly, a surround system, or any kind of network install or upgrade; stop looking through reviews and call/contact these folks. read more

They installed an antenna for me as alternative options were too big (against HOA compliance) and too expensive (Mr. Antenna). Even as they came across trouble connecting my TV in the loft, they checked for all solutions and quoted me fairly. When the work was done, told me they were able to find another solution that was easier and my cost was less. Very honest guys. I wanted to have an OTA antenna installed and connected to the cable demarc on the side of my house. I called the highly advertised company in Las Vegas and was given an appointment two week out. On the install date they did not show or call. I did more research and found Las Vegas Tech Pros and gave them a call. I spoke with Cary and explained my situation and he stated they could be out the next day. The next day Cary and another gentleman arrived. I showed them my entertainment setup and the location of the demarc. They located a good spot for the antenna and began the install. The antenna and cable run was completed in a timely and professional manner. We ran the scan on my TV and an HDhomerun tuner box, I ended up getting 90 channels. I am pleased with the look of the antenna and cable run installation. I am so happy the other company didn't show for the appointment. I had trouble with receiving the abc signal on my tv. I have an antenna on my roof. I had the original co Las Vegas tech pros come out to check to see if the wind shifted it. When they got here I had all channels displayed on my tv even ABC. But it was showing weak signal & not working. They said the only remedy would be to get a new antenna at $400. ( I even had a piece of equipment called a tablo which they never even heard of and didn't know how to use.) reluctantly having to be pressured into buying a new antenna after much back and forth with the supervisor we finally agreed on a better price since they made it worse from when they got here. I know he was unhappy with the conclusion but he finally capitulated. Now A B C was not even showing on my tv guide it was worse than when they got here. I made the first available appt that I could, a week away. About 3 hrs later I got a call from the same co- cancelling my appointment for mon with the excuse I was rude to their employee. I was frustrated but never yelled or cursed or any thing. Then one shouted back remember there is no guarantee. I was pissed & said see you Monday not very politely. I think the supervisor did not like the price we agreed upon$ 285 included new antenna & todays visit. I think this company is playing games & did try to pressure me into buying a new antenna.I highly recommend you stay away from using Las Vegas tech pros. Btw I called our local ABC- they told me some people in Henderson are in a shadow effect & might not get the proper signal. I told Craig I was getting the signal for over 12 yrs now. He said the heavy winds must have blown the antenna & it should just need an adjustment. Also I asked them was the antenna broken or bent & they said no everything looks good. So why would I need a new antenna.
