Mike and his team were great, professional and friendly. I had a 2 story house and he did 12 cat6 drops for me in various rooms up and downstairs along with some drops in the ceiling for some APs. Good price as it did take him almost 2 full days so he earned his fee for sure. He wired it in way that it actually made it easy for me to come back and drill some holes and run my own lines for security cameras. Not as clean looking as his work but he is a pro! Super Bowl party in 2 days & we needed someone fast! Mike was quick to answer my call & said he could swing by in between his 2 scheduled Jobs. Flat hourly rate means they won't gouge you. He got right to work (we have an outdated system so it's not a system someone would be familiar with right away). He determined we needed a part for the TV...but was able to move a part from another tv in the house to the TV we need for the Super Bowl! And he will get to work finding the part we need. We have not been happy with our past AV guy---we have our AV guy now! I'll post follow up when he cones again. I contacted this business for several difference cameras and I spoke with the gentleman and explained in detail what I was looking for. He took my number down and said he would contact me back. He did contact me back via text telling me hadn't forgot about me and that he would contact me within a few hours or the next day. I never received a call back or text back from this business. Of course I did not call them back as I was giving them the opportunity to gather whatever info they were obtaining for me to go over pricing for a License Plate Reader Camera and two other cameras with the capabilities of zooming in to obtain a clear face and person in the area. Yet nothing back to this date and time. No disrespect, but I waited for two weeks to receive nothing, no call back or text to let me know what the status was. So I located another business that gave me the prices for an LPR and two legit cameras like the casinos use.
