We had 14 cameras installed a few years ago and recently had a power surge causing some issues with hard drive AND DISH at the same time. Anyway, the receptionist connected me with their award winning Technician JOSH! He was Great! We fixed it over the phone and everything is working again. What a professional tech guy!!! If you were ever thinking of having cameras installed, for goodness sake have a reputable company do it. We highly recommend Brantley! My wife has great peace of mind being able to see what is going on ALL the way around our home. I would be happy to talk about their camera systems and I am NOT an employee and have no financial interest in the company. read more

I've been with Brantley Security for over eight years. Their service and product in my opinion are above the standards of the industry. The security cameras that were installed in my home eight years ago are still functioning as good as the day they were installed, and saying that because of the weather in Las Vegas the heat, they can withstand anything. The office staff Brianna and Tammy the technicians Josh and Andy are super, responding quickly to any questions or problems I may have. David Orfin read more

We've had Brantley for both our home and business locations. Their team is friendly and quick to respond to requests and alarms. They put in camera systems, alarms and high tech sensors for us. Highly recommended and trusted security partner. Thanks Team Brantley!! read more

From the very beginning over 4 years ago this company has been reliable, good value and responsive. The equipment has held up well and the monitoring service is excellent. Additionally they are local. Good job all the way around. read more

I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone from Billy, Josh and the owner Mark were amazing. From start to finish. They upgraded my current security system and upgraded the outdoor cameras around my home. They didn't leave until I was satisfied. They underpromised and over delivered. read more

We have used this company for years and been happy with their service. Recently we moved to a new house and I was impressed that they moved the alarm system for free read more

We have had a system with this company for a little over three years now and we love them. They are all local and you always get a live person on the phone. The technicians are super knowledgeable and friendly. The phone staff are always polite and ready to help. All of the equipment is easy to operate and well built. I would recommend this security company to anyone. Thank you all for all you do read more

Having just recently purchased a shopping center in Las Vegas I had no connections to local contractors and needed to have a security system installed. I am glad I contacted Brantley Security for this job as their customer service and work they performed was super. The install guys were efficient, pleasant, great to work with and very courteous with the tenants in working around them to an existing building during normal work hours. They followed up after the install and answered any technical questions I had. read more

Bottom line, Brantley was very professional from the first phone call, on site visit for an assessment, and installation. It was a very easy process to upgrade our system and switch over to them. This is a family-owned business, and they surely act like it. read more

Locally owned and operated which is a big plus for me I just had them change my security system from Stanley Stanley was terrible way to bigger outfits Brantly was outstanding on the new install at my business I am very happy with it and now I'm going to switch out with my home residence I highly recommend them read more

We brought in Brantley in January to help us secure our new home. We had a squatter living there prior to us moving in and had an attempted break in within the first week. Luckily for us, we were out of town and the alarm system and quick follow thru by Brantley's patrol team deterred them from entering our house and stealing our stuff. The technicians worked with us on the install to help upgrade the infrastructure that was built with the house (which is about 10 years old) so that we would have all the newest and up to date technologies. They did not try to "up-sell" us on things we didn't need and gave us options so we could decide what level of protection we felt was right for us. The service and install has been exceptional and the office has been great when confirming our information after a tripped an alarm. We now can control and monitor everything directly from an app on our phone and receive notifications via text any time the alarm is set or turned off. We have recommended Brantley to our in-laws and my mother after our experience with them; they are by far the best security and monitoring company we have found in the Las Vegas Valley. I would highly recommend them when installing a new system or even updating an old one like we did. read more

My experience with Brantley Security Systems was a lot less favorable than some of the others on Yelp. I called them last week to set an appointment for 10am today. This means that I cancelled other potential engagements and stayed at home waiting for them. At 10:15am they had not shown up yet so I called Brantley to find out what was happening. My contact was Bob who told me that Mr Brantley called and wanted to see him so my appointment had to be rescheduled to 11am. Apparently he texted all this information to my home phone which is a landline and I don't get text messages from it. He didn't bother to call or follow up when he didn't get a response from me. Not a great first impression from a company that is supposed to be your first responder when an alarm goes off. Not sure what to do next, but it certainly gives me cause for concern about whether this company has what it takes. read more

Bri took my call this afternoon to answer some questions about some motion sensors in the facility I am a current occupant of. She was really patient with me and answered every question I had with professionalism and was very cordial. I wish every establishment had someone like Bri to answer the phone and help with any inquiries that is presented. If you haven't already, give this young lady a raise. There is nothing more I value than a representative of a company that can handle a call with grace and excellent customer service. We could all use more people like Bri in every industry. Thanks again Bri, your awesome. read more

Right from the start, Bob was attentive, communicative and thorough with everything we needed information on. Being out of state, it took us time to make decisions on cameras, security system and other house alarm items. Bob was in contact with us so often that I felt I made a friend and I had to hug him when he came in our door! The guys - Jason, Mike and Jeff who came to do our installation were superb. Everyone arrived early - and they were at our house for over 8 hours. Every one of them was courteous, respectful of our home and overly helpful in the operation and app set ups when it was all done. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend Brantley to anyone in a heartbeat. Security system and all the details could've been a huge headache for me, but this was just the opposite. Bob even called 2 days after just to see how it was all going. Great group of people - thank you for everything!! read more

We had a Brantley security system installed last month and so far the system has worked as advertised. We looked at ADT but felt that they were overpriced and had too many customer service issues. Brantley's sales rep, Bob Bowers, was very friendly and he didn't try to oversell us on features we didn't need. In fact, he did a good job of customizing a package for us. He even personally went down and talked to our community's on-site security to make sure they were properly included in the system's emergency response call list. My wife tells me that the installation went very smoothly and that she was impressed with the professionalism of the installation technician. We so far haven't had any issues. The one time we accidentally triggered the alarm, they called right away. The Honeywell digital control panel is easy to arm and disarm. My only minor complaint is that the Honeywell Total Connect 2.0 mobile app sometimes takes a long time to connect or won't arm/disarm the system due to connectivity issues. Other than that, we've been pleased with the system. read more

Local company, low monthly rate , no contract Will recommend them to anyone I know Best alarm and security company in Las Vegas read more

I had researched several companies including ADT and AAA. I found that they were overpriced and did not provide the personal services that Brantley, a locally owned company, provided. Even though I wanted one of the touch pads in a location that did not have an easy way to hide the wires, they were able to somehow accomplish the installation without exposed wires! I think you will agree me, Brantley has read the chapter on how to provide excellent customer service! read more

We got our security system installed about 7 months ago. They were great! Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful! We had an issue with one of our sensors about a month ago and they came right out and took care of it. I highly recommend Brantley! read more

Brantley is the way to go for security systems. I evaluated 5 both local and national and the exceptional service Brantley provides won out. From the in home estimate to professional and prompt installation I am grateful a friend recommended them. Anything I need I call a local phone number and the same employees work there, not some call center where I hold for 20 minutes. Great company! My home is secure and I can't thank them enough. read more

Had my camera system installed by Brantley a few years back and was impressed with their service. I decided to switch from ADT to Brantley Security recently and the install was today. Employees (Art and Jeff I think was their names) were very professional and friendly. They took their time and explained everything and performed quality work. I have nothing but good things to say about this company from my experience. Go Local! read more

I can't say enough good things about Brantley. Delmy is my sales Rep and she is so easy to work with. Always on time and ready to answer all of my questions. Mark, Nick, and Jason were my install guys. Professional, on time, clean, and very pleasant. Couldn't ask for a better experience read more

After having our home broken into several years ago we decided it was time for a security system. We decided to go with Brantley Security. After hearing about our situation they made our install a priority so we could feel safe in our home again. We have been using them for many years now and even had them install a system in our new residence. They are professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them. read more

The Brantley team did a fantastic job in both their system recommendations and their installation. Their professionalism was exemplary throughout the process. The installation crew left no holes in the wall requiring any patching and they totally cleaned up after themselves. Their cleanup even impressed my wife who appreciates a really clean house. Their office staff stayed on top of the schedule and equipment delivery; always available for questions. Great system and high value for the price. Great job by all of you! 5 Stars! read more

Brantley Security let's us stop worrying about our vacation home knowing it is safe and secure even though we live 3 hours away. If the alarm goes off they can get the sheriff there to check in minutes. Also They set it up so that we can control the heater and have the place warm and cozy when we arrive. Great service all the time. read more

We have just had Brantley install for the second time. They are outstanding. We spend half our time out of state and need to know our home security is on top of things and Brantley always has been. They ease our minds and respond quickly and report to us directly. read more

Excellent security company with great customer service. Lety is especially helpful. Locally owned.

It's been a few months since Brantley installed my system. It would be easy to give a "Ra Ra 5 Star" early on, but thought I'd wait a bit. I bid my system to three vendors. Brantley was the middle price quote. I decided to go with my gut and use Brantley. Glad I did! Most systems use the same hardware; so that was not an issue. What I liked was their business "style." Delmey, the sale rep, originally helped clean the office. Ten years later she's doing well representing an employee loyal company! Now the install. First off. The installer had nothing but good things to say about the company, and that showed in his workmanship. Cabling straight and level. Mechanical solid. Used both double tape and silicon on the door sensors. Noticing his tools. Well equipped, I find out that Brantley supplies the tools! Now the function. Well as a senior I've set off the alarm several times! Scared the cat, but he's now somewhat used to it. Each time I got response call within 2-3 minutes. Courtesy and professional. Summing up. If you care about a local company who cares for their employees as much as their customers, Use Brantley, you won't be disapointed! read more

Great company to work with starting with the sales rep Bob Bowers to the installation team! They were always on time and very professional and courteous throughout. The cameras are high quality and provide good resolution. Bob is always available to answer questions! One of the finest companies in the Valley! read more

After being lied to by ADT I went on yelp in search of an alarm company, one that was local if possible. I ran across Brantley and gave them a call. The same day they sent over Bob, their sales rep. I told him everything I wanted and everything I didn't. He actually took the time to listen and made some recommendations based on what I wanted. At the end of our meet, I told him that I wanted to think about it. Never did he push or did I feel pressured to sign anything. I called him a few hours later and told him I wanted to go ahead with the install. The next day they sent installer Mark over. This guy was a true professional and knew what he was doing. I had done a lot of research on alarms and i know about them more than the average Joe. There was not a single question that I asked mark that he didn't have an answer for and knew was he was talking about. The day after the install I had some more questions about the alarm and Mark came back to explain them to me. Truly amazing. Please do yourself a favor and avoid ADT at all costs. Thank god I cancelled with ADT within the 3 day cooling off period. Give Brantley a chance, you won't regret it. I rather give my money to a small local company who actually cares about its customers than a large company who only care about getting you to sign on the line. read more

My husband and I are so thrilled with our new security system installed by Brantley! Everyone involved in our installation and follow up was so professional, and helped us with everything. We needed to obtain a fire and smoke alarm before leaving for a trip, and Brantley's service manager made sure that he obtained this for us within our timetable. Our previous installer provided A Plus customer Service as well! We are very happy to feel so protected by a 5 Star company, and recommend Brantley for all of your residential security needs! read more
