“We needed some new equipment installed quickly at our surgical center; Dealing with patients at a busy center can make it difficult to get the job done without disrupting our schedule.”

She was amazing.she knew the answers to all of our questions and set us up in soo fast, she told us when we go home if we have any problems call her.we went home and were not able to set it up without some help,we called Alexa who was incredibly patient with us and walked us thru the set up process even thou she was very busy.in addition to that she is a very nice person and we liked her immediately,if you go to the Charleston store I highly recommend you ask for Alexa. I don't know if she is a manager but if not she should be,best service you could ask for

I believe the chairman should have his torso removed and eyes taken out. There is no reason Wi-Fi should be this bad. It is still slow and cuts out. There has been no upside to this Wi-fi since becoming a part of Spectrum. I believe the profits by this company now days is being put towards new cars and housing for whoever is at the top of this god forbidden tragedy, with nothing great to rave about. Absolutely terrible, more expensive for worse quality. If the devil himself stepped foot into this world and made a company only for money and to make Everyones lives miserable this chairman would be the incarnation of such thing. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, for the sake of your own life, the sake of your sanity, the sake of your kids, never get this Wi-fi unless you want problems. Like Wi-fi cutting out randomly on a Wednesday or randomly at midnight or if you just want a headache. This Provider will satisfy that need. Thank You COX for being a headache and being the worst provider I've ever used. You have gave me high blood pressure and insurmountable amount of rage.

I am not allowed to share many details but I will speak to the customer experience shortly. It already feels like you're in a jail cell all day but without the convenience of nearby bathroom facilities. The campus is sprawling. each building goes on forever. bathrooms and water are never near. It's not hard to get trapped in a set of hallways. Luckily there are cameras that are monitored in each area so the guards can get a good laugh at you before they finally send someone to break you free. you'll probably get scolded and or condescending to about your mishap for days to come. Dropping off and receiving equipment is pretty straightforward here. I do appreciate that about them. Orderliness: They provide plenty of storage bins so that you can keep your cage looking nice. If there is any MooP (matter out of place) in your cage you can expect a visit from the "foreign contaminate" robot upon your return from lunch. what? references for Wall-E are dated? c'mon this place is just like that spaceship in that movie, LOL. oh yeah, they're pretty good actually.

Choosing Switch for our CoLo needs was absolutely the right decision. Against the competition,…read morethere really is no comparison. We had researched several other sites near the West coast and hadn't found the right fit based on pricing, time-to-cabinet-access, and ability to deliver services promised. When we visited the Switch facility in Las Vegas, we were blown away. I'll never forget walking by row after row of T-SCIFs, realizing that a considerable portion of the Internet surrounded me at that moment. After signing with Switch, it became apparent to us that their presentation of the facility on that first tour was not "special" in any way; it was an exact replica of how they conduct themselves through their website online, in their Sales team, and behind closed doors. This was greatly reassuring and only affirmed the decision we had made. It's easy to assume, seeing the high-tech, polished, flashy nature of Switch, that this is a premium data center with premium services. And you'd be absolutely right. But it would be wrong to assume their pricing is equally premium. As a growing (but small) cloud-services provider, we weren't interested in paying hundreds of thousands in "minimum fees" each month. So, when we were shown pricing that was not only less than what we expected, but even beat out more expensive competitors we were considering, it took no additional consideration for us to move forward. The good news is that Switch can meet your data center needs with highly competitive pricing at any scale--half-cabinet, all the way up to several rows--all while delivering the same premium service and facility access that they are known for. I highly recommend them to anyone needing connectivity, rack space, power, and cooling. You'll be just as blown away as I was and continue to be.
