Very happy with my engagement with Lancelot and with the outcome. They are technically competent, easy to work with, and did a great job installing my UniFi PoE switch inside my garage and cameras outside my garage. The installer, Dennis, understood my very specific requirements for cable routing paths and for equipment placement/alignment. He was focused, detail-oriented, and conscientious about getting everything installed cleanly. Vitaly, the owner and system designer, is knowledgeable, customer-focused, and flexible. He's built Lancelot into a successful business and a great team. Will gladly work with Lancelot again. Strong recommendation, 10/10! read more

We needed cameras for our small residential business and was contacted by Vitaly. Vitaly was quick to schedule a walk through with me, provide an estimate, and schedule the job. We wanted a few outdoor and indoor cameras. Vitaly and his team were able to install all cameras, wiring and the main box seamlessly. The camera quality is great and the setup on viewing it on our phones was very easy. Vitaly was very easy to work with and as a new business, I really appreciated him accommodating to our specific needs as well as giving us a reasonable price. Overall, the service they provided was excellent. They displayed a great deal of professionalism with how they communicated from start to finish. I cannot recommend Vitaly and the Lancelot team enough. Thank you so much! I will be contacting you again if we need more cameras. read more

I am extremely pleased with the work and the service provided by Lancelot. I had them install prosumer networking equipment. We went with Ubiquiti UniFi equipment. I purchased a Universal Cloud Gateway Max, three U7 Pro wall access points and two switches. Vitaly came out to look at my setup and he fine-tuned his recommendation after seeing my home and hearing my use case in detail. Instead of selling me the most expensive equipment he could, he explained why it was overkill and recommended one that was perfect for me. Ihor installed it and did a phenomenal job. It was a clean, fast and efficient install. He placed the access points properly and tuned them correctly. My network now runs perfectly. I felt they did high quality work at a very fair price. I can't recommend highly enough. read more

Lancelot Security did a great job installing my Wi-Fi system. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and they ran Ethernet to my second floor for two access points. No more flaky mesh systems over wireless, the performance has been outstanding and rock solid. I highly recommend them! read more

High-quality work, very thoughtful design, standby everything that they do. Would definitely use them again.

Called and made an appointment. At the appointment I learned that my location wasn't covered for monitoring. Would have loved to know ahead of time. Other than that - they seemed nice, and they had some nice options for their network read more

Kind people. Great local business. Highly recommend. One employee, Vitaly, showed up to home and offered a wealth of useful information on how to secure it better. 5/5 read more

Lancelot is hands down one of the best companies I've ever worked with! They recently installed a camera system in our farmhouse, which is anything but a standard home. With our high-pitched ceilings and unique design, I honestly wasn't sure if it could even be done cleanly. But their team absolutely blew me away. From start to finish, their professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail were second to none. They treated our home with so much care, worked through every challenge, and somehow managed to hide all the wiring flawlessly. The end result not only works perfectly, but it looks incredible--you'd never know how difficult the install was. If you're looking for a company that goes above and beyond and truly takes pride in their work, Lancelot is it. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone needing a camera system installed. They turned what I thought would be a headache into one of the smoothest home projects I've ever had. read more

Just a flat out excellent team of people. Vitaly is awesome to work with. He spent well over an hour with us on our first meet up to explain how to best approach our system. The team is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this service. read more

Just a very unprofessional experience. I had ADT Security for a number of years. Wanted to get rid of the monthly bills. Got Ring cameras. Ring cameras were missing a lot of stuff so I wanted a 24-7 camera system. Called these guys and said I wanted to replace my Ring cameras. I also said I wanted to be able to read a license plate. The guy came to do the install and decided for himself where the cameras should be placed. So I asked him to move it to where my original Ring cameras were. He was visibly upset about that. They also can't read a license plate. The ADT cameras were installed professionally. You couldn't see any wires. These cameras were not near as neat. They drilled holes in my ceiling, ran wires down walls. It just seemed very unprofessional. They said they would paint to match, that never happened. They do work, not very pretty at all, wires everywhere. read more

Lancelot Security AV Automation is a company I would highly recommend. From the very beginning, Calen was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He made the entire process clear and straightforward, which I really appreciated. Once we decided to move forward, the company did an excellent job with communication and scheduling everything was smooth and well organized. The installation team of Ihor, Denys, and Andrii were outstanding. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and communication throughout the installation were exceptional. They took the time to make sure everything was done right and that we understood the system. Overall, a first-class experience from start to finish. It's clear this is a company that takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction. read more

Lancelot did a great job installing our security cameras and at a fair price! We are going to work with them on another project as well.

Just an all around positive experiene. From initial phone call, to arriving on time and working with me on my install. I had four ethernet drops put in and all but one were a challenge, well 1.5 My wife's office is a tough spot in the house for WiFi so getting ethernet in there was a must. They also ran ethernet for a POE camera over the garage and were able to get the cable thorugh a rather thick outside wall. They went above and beyond. I would hire them again in an instant. read more

I reached out to several companies requesting a quote for a home security camera system. After reviewing the estimates, I decided to go with Protecht for several reasons. First of all, they have good reviews and happy customers. Next, they offered to match other estimates and who doesn't want to get the best bang for their buck with how expensive everything is anymore? On the day of the install, the crew was on time and professional. They also showed me how to operate the system when the installation was complete. Finally, they offered future assistance if I had any problems and/or questions. They truly seemed to appreciate my business and were a pleasure to work with. Thank you! read more

If you are looking for a home video surveillance system, look no further than the group at Protecht. I had a system that needed to be upgraded, I requested quotes from the original installer and when they were unable to keep any of their appointments I reached out to the guys at Protecht and I'm glad I did. Not only were they prompt in keeping their scheduled times but they were very professional every step of the way. They offered ideas on how to improve placement of the new system and were also able to address my concern of have recording large enough for 30-days of back up, for my 12 12MP camera system. I wanted a system that is user friendly, something I could set and forget, but felt confident that if I need to go back and look at something it would be there. I see no way you can go wrong with these guys, there is a reason they have so many 5-star reviews! read more

We had Lancelot install wired security cameras for us. Nataly came out and reviewed the area and we discussed what we wanted. He sat with us and worked up a quote on the the spot. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. His crew came out and istalled our cameras and hooked up the DVRs. They were very efficient and we could tell that they knew exactly what to do. They were also very knowledgeble. They were respectful and patient. When we had a question, they took the time to explain. After a week we decided we wanted a couple of cameras adjusted. Igor came the same day and made minor ajustments to our satisfaction. We highly recommend this company. They will work with you to make sure you are happy with the job. read more

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN HONEST COMPANY FOR YOUR SECURITY CAMERAS !!!! after using a well know national company out here for 10 years A.D.T for our home security, they completely dropped the ball on customer service. We found Protecht on a Google search. I called and spoke to the owner about our situation (Vitaly) and he told me he would be right over to give us a consultation. No less than 45 minutes he was at my door to review our current equipment. Very honest, friendly, and did not try to sell us anything that we didn't need. We hired his company after the consultation. They called the next day and said they can do a complete re-install to our surprise. They showed up exactly on the time scheduled. The 2 installers who showed up (I forgot their names) were professional, provided extremely high quality work, set up our devices on both phones and did not leave until we were educated on the security system, phone and all the amazing features that we ordered. We highly recommend Protecht if you are looking for a company to provide your home with security cameras. We both thank you for an fantastic experience working with your company. read more

They installed a great security camera system for my new home. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. Quick to schedule appointments. I received a text or email to confirm each appointment. The technicians were on time and provided quality work. I finally feel safe when I am home alone at night. Before I hired Lancelot for cameras, I struggled with several smart home installers in Vegas. They either charged too much or could not finish the project. After spending a lot on the C4 equipment and installation services, I ended up with the smart home system that did not work at all for more than 9 months! Vitaly knew about the situation and offered to help me finish the project. They took time to evaluate the system and understood what was left undone. They quickly started the job and finished it in a few days. Wow! Vitaly would go extra miles for his clients. He brought his electrician friend to install the big chandelier the other electrician totally messed up. I saved more than $1000 on installation. He also asked his friend to add an outlet for my electric curtain which could not be programmed if not powered. Fantastic! Thank you guys!! I recommend Lancelot and would give it 10 stars if I could. read more

We wanted a security camera system around the exterior of our home and hired Vitaly & his team based on their excellent reputation. First, they helped us decide what system to buy - we got a nice hardwired POE (hardwired) system with 12mp & Ultra HD & color night vision that came with a total of 8 cameras, and we are very happy with it. Obviously the placement of the cameras is important and needs to be optimal so you don't have any blind spots, so their experience really helped - I would not have wanted to DIY this project, and I am glad I didn't try to do it myself. They also set up the system & a backup UPS, fixed some prior issues with our existing "smart box" & networking/cabling, and showed us how to use the Apps & software client that comes with the system. It was a pleasure working with them & we would definitely hire them again for another project - they are very professional. read more

I submitted a request quote for availability and received a prompt reply asking for my address, which I immediately sent. I waited a day and never heard back. I called the office leaving a message with Joy advising her that no one is calling me back and explained to her what issues I was having with my Home Theater. She said she would forward the message each time. I finally gave up after leaving a total of 3 messages with Joy or whoever and an online request. I would hesitate to use this Company if their work is anything like their Requests for services or availability! read more

If you need a reliable solar company in Las Vegas, I highly recommend Protecht. I was thinking about getting solar panels for a couple of years now, and when I met Protecht I was finally ready to do it. I wish I would do it before, since it substantially lowered our electricity cost. And the best part is that we own the system and over time the savings will be dramatic. Their team is quick to respond, professional, and they give great support through the whole process. Of course there are a lot of steps, like HOA approval, permits, financing... Protecht were able to answer all of my questions and provided detailed information about the tech and equipment. My panels were installed within a month and it took extra 2-3 weeks for NV energy to connect the system. So now when everything is done I can finally share my excellent experience with this company! read more

I needed security cameras so I found Protecht on yelp. They were very professional yet friendly. These guys are solid. I was looking for somebody to advise me on what kind of system I could install with my home based on the size and what was pre-installed when they built the home. They were able to come in to look and figure out which options were the best for what I had on relatively short notice and then do the installation just days afterwards.
