Maui You came in and checked my speed of my WiFi. I asked you to check my modem and router connection you said it is Plug and Play. You weren't there 2 hours. You were there 20 minutes tops. Your only solution was exactly as I stated 2000 dollars for hardwire everything. You can make it sound any way you need to so you can keep your business going. You asked if I had cable connection in the house. So just be honest $345 for 20 minutes of nothing is ridiculous. Should have listened to my wife. Wow! Amazing! Spoke to Maui over the phone and he was very pleasant. After speaking with a few businesses gathering quotes I decided to go to ICU(even though it was really far for me) because Maui didn't come across as over charging like the other businesses did. The first time was to have my laptop checked for malware and the second time was because I was having issues with connecting to my printer. Angel helped me over the phone in about 5 minutes and my printer was after 6 months working properly. She truly is an Angel. I first worked with Maui and ICU Computer when my wife and I moved to Henderson from San Francisco more than 10 years ago. I had found him online before we moved, made an appointment, and he set up our desktop computers for us upon arrival. I am an attorney, with my sole office at home, and he had me up and running within a few hours. Since then, whenever we have had any computer-related issues, we have called upon him. Maui responds immediately, and has resolved each problem when it arose expeditiously. About 6 years ago we bought 2 new Dell desktop computers, which he configured and installed for us, and since then he has maintained them whenever problems have arisen. On some occasions he has sent out another employee to take care of the situation, and they have always performed well. This year, we decided to buy 2 new computers to replace the ones from 6 years ago. Over the years Maui and I had discussed the possibility of having ICU build out computers from scratch, and we decided to do so this time. In the last 2 weeks, Maui has delivered, installed, and configured the new computers for my wife and I. Mine is extremely powerful, with a lot of advanced features and dual monitors, while my wife's is more conventional. Everything has been working seamlessly. All my numerous files were transferred to the new computer, and my desktop works exactly as I wanted. My wife's computer is working equally as well. Perhaps even more amazing is that ICU charged substantially less for these 2 custom-built computers than we would have paid for equivalent equipment from Dell or other major computer manufactures. In conclusion, if you are having computer problems, or are considering buying a new computer, I strongly recommend that you speak with Maui at ICU. Many years ago I had ICU install a home network system for my new house . It has worked flawlessly . Last night which happened to be Thanksgiving I started to get emails someone was trying to hack my unifi network. I tried to quickly change my password and noticed I was locked out . I un plugged my router and immediately started changing all my passwords to my banks etc . The next morning I called ICU and Maui said he would be able to come over within a couple hours . I found ICU when my laptop failed. We needed to retrieve my files as not all were backed up. ICU was amazing. The laptop was dead but they were able to remove the hard drive and backed up all my files to a USB. Everything was great but I found later there was an important file on my C:. I needed my whole house ethernet connected at the box. ICU Computer Solutions did a good job of organizing everything and getting it all set up. I was happy with the installation, the testing to make sure everything worked, and the way they set up the cables so that if I need anything changed in the future everything is labeled and easy to identify. No more wasted time trying to figure out what goes where. I will use them again if I need anything else done. I did not feel that ICU Computer Solutions was trying to get away with anything, but I did have to call and remind them that the fee they charged to come out and estimate the work was to be credited toward the final bill. Once I pointed it out it was credited to my account within the hour. Know that they charge by the hour, and I do not think the rate is unreasonable for the professional job and knowledge they possessed. They do charge for the full hour though, so I had prepaid five hours and was charged an extra hour because it took five hours and 20 minutes. I still would have had the work done, but I was not aware of that policy before they charged my card. Overall, good work that accomplished everything I wanted, and the switch box and connections were clean and well organized. read more

So we have issues, like big issues. Our hard drives always go out and we end up losing all of our data. This has happened 3 times no joke. We contacted ICU Computer Solutions for help and while they don't do data recovery they do partner with an outside company which we will be contacting soon. What I appreciated most was that they are honest and not in it for the money, so to say. They took the time to diagnose the potential issue and even offered some free tech advice like how to try and restore our external hard drive at home. My laptop died and I took it to ICU Computer Solutions to see if it could be repaired and my data recovered. Got a quote through Yelp. Unfortunately, hard drive was fried and could not be saved and they were unable to recover any data for me. The provided options to replace the drive but I opted just to purchase a new laptop since mine was fairly old. Why five stars? Got a quote late (11 pm) Tuesday night, dropped it off the next day, heard back about the hard drive that afternoon and my data Thursday morning. Plus since they didn't repair or recover anything, they did not charge me, which I really appreciated. If I have any issues with this new computer, I would definitely use them again. read more

Had an issue with my MacBook pro and of course, the 1 year apple warranty had expired just a week earlier.
