Poor…read morecommunication, deceptive information to avoid compensating me for their mistake, and a serious waste of my time and money. Yelp has a set character count so here is a shortened version of my review: I brought my PC in with a clear issue: apps crashing, and a Windows reinstall that kept failing partway through. Before bringing it in, I spent 8 hours troubleshooting on my own and narrowed it down to two likely causes -- a corrupted Windows install or a bad CPU. I explained all of this on the phone and again in person when I dropped it off, and was told I'd get a diagnosis the same day. That didn't happen. I had to call an hour before closing just to get an update, and was told to wait until the next day. When they finally called, they flip-flopped on the diagnosis multiple times within a few hours -- first confirming a corrupted Windows install, then claiming it was fixed, then reversing again to say it was still corrupted. They quoted me $90 for a data transfer and $110 for a Windows reinstall. Since I had my own install media, I said I only needed the transfer -- and the price for that alone jumped to $180, with the excuse that it was only "discounted" when bundled with their install. I paid it anyway to protect my files. When I picked up the PC, they assured me -- twice, after I directly asked -- that reinstalling Windows myself at home would work fine. It didn't. I hit the exact same crash I'd described to them from day one. When I called back, they admitted they'd never actually tested the CPU, despite me flagging it as a likely cause from the start. When I asked why I'd paid $180 for a data transfer I didn't need, they gave excuses and contradicted themselves -- first offering free CPU installation (which takes minutes and isn't a real concession), then claiming the transfer would've been necessary regardless, which wasn't true since I could have accessed my files for free from the other drive. When I brought the PC back in, I watched the tech Google my exact problem before telling me they'd "seen this before." The CPU warranty process was its own headache: days of unanswered messages, a lie that it had already been shipped when it hadn't, and them dodging my calls entirely. I called twice in ten minutes and got voicemail both times; a friend called the same number seconds later and got through immediately. The one good part of this experience was an employee named Charlie, who was consistently kind and professional, even helping carry my PC from the car. Everyone else I dealt with was dismissive and dishonest. End result: I paid $180 for work I didn't need, got no refund or compensation for their misdiagnosis, wasted well over a week, and felt completely scammed. I won't be returning.

Found Shaun at Dr Tech PC through Google and Yelp, and I'm really glad I did. My computer had been dealing with slow boot times and weird hiccups for a while, and I honestly had no idea what was causing it. Shaun dug deep and found the real issue: my SSD had some serious corruption going on along with a blown up startup file. Stuff I never would've caught on my own. He got it sorted out and running the way it should. On top of that, he installed a brand new second SSD for me to use for AI and LLM training, which was huge since I've been getting more into that side of things. While he was in there he also optimized my system (about a 10% performance boost on top of everything), got all my fans running off a single program instead of a mess of different software, and even reorganized my components so some ports that had stopped working were usable again. He also threw in a few recommendations for things I could do down the line to keep my PC running well. Had my computer back in 24 hours, pricing felt fair for everything he did, and he explained things in a way that actually made sense instead of just throwing jargon at me. Shaun's professional, honest, and just a genuinely good guy to deal with. I'm already planning on bringing my laptop in next. If you need someone who actually knows PCs inside and out, go see Shaun at Dr Tech PC.

Since 2023, I've had half a dozen "experts", both internal and external, come into my office with…read moreIT solutions. One of the most paranoid and complicated parts of my life was my business's technical ecosystem: our devices, our web and media, our software, our security, our entire nebula of interconnectivity. I paid salaries to individuals who came and went whose sole job was to establish and manage our data, our network, our internal communication, etc. I subcontracted remote and onsite teams with little progress to show. In Spring of 2024, I even had four "IT guys" on site, all qualified, yet short term because of mismanaged expectations and inconsistent execution. My operation was always local to Los Angeles but has had a global footprint, and by 2025, I still had not found Anyone that I could trust with all the answers. We literally resorted to AI, and the AI sent us to IT Pros Management, probably via Yelp. From day one, Randy Martinez showed up on site and made a splash. The way that he treated us before we were even customers completely changed the way I conduct business. I thought something was up because of the quote they gave, for the value included. It seemed sus, but then it turned out that it was legit. He had staff on site and offsite working relentlessly. They set the standards, provisioned the protocols, and literally drove the car. Lupe, Rafe, Gabe, and David, they treated my business like their own. This family, veteran-owned operation didn't just show up. They delivered accountability and action every single time. They didn't give me jargon; they never made excuses because they didn't have to. They gave me clarity. They didn't just fix problems. They built systematic solutions that scale. Today, I feel confident enough to grow without fear because my infrastructure feels 100x what it was when they first showed up. They practically built me an ERP in the process and blueprinted everything like it was riding a bike for them, and the whole intention was initially cybersecurity. If you're like me and tirelessly seeking hands on support that combines expertise, integrity, and relentless follow-through, IT Pros Management is a textbook answer given my own experience. They didn't just "manage IT". They made what I thought was impossible, possible. They continue to educate and empower us, innovate our workforce, and transform our cyberspace into a practical and secured automation. To date, they have literally cost me less than 15% of the combined total of what I had paid for IT support since 2023, and they immediately delivered long-lasting results 150% faster than anyone ever has. Their family-style approach, consultative diagnostics, and merit-driven execution are what I've always wanted for my own business, and they set an example of what best practices even mean. They weren't just a solution. They became a personal asset. My only reluctance in writing this review is selfish--because of how much reliance I have on their team and the trust they've earned.

We were told wrong, and that was clear in the first minutes of conversation. NO ONE. NO ONE likes being hanged up on mid-sentence. I was asking a question and the person who answered the phone hanged up on me after telling me they didn't have the RAM I was seeking. I also needed SSD's for all 9 computers. We *try* to buy local and access local services, but with this sort of dismissal, we'll go out of our way to avoid them. Shortly after I left this review, the business tracked me down and began harassing me over text (They had my number from Caller ID) Definitely a place to avoid. Passive aggressive reeks from this place. NO ONE. NO ONE likes being hanged up on mid-sentence. Under any circumstances. Another dealer in Henderson was thorough, asking all the right questions, and although they don't take tradeins on RAM (We have 300GB of RAM to trade-in towards 600GB of RAM) they helped us find a place who does buy RAM, and they have ordered the 9 sets of Crucial 64GB. Trading in 1900.00 towards $4500.00 was good for them.
