My computer was running sluggish (built during COVID lockdown) and I was able to get help running it correctly. Atell was not only knowledgeable but lightening fast with troubleshooting! Excellent place to have your PC fixed. I called to inquire about having my PC fixed, to to my surprise, they answered the phone, right away. The other shops didn't do that. The guy that answered the phone was very polite and knowledgeable. I explained my problem and I could hear the wheels turning before I finished. He already knew what was going on but never interrupted me. He recommended I bring my PC in, so he could confirm the issue and ensure he was providing the correct solution to my problem, which of course I did. Shortly after I brought my computer in, he confirmed the issue, provided a quote and said he'd fix it right away. Great! A short time later, it was done!
