We had an excellent experience working with Moe. He responded quickly and efficiently, helping us with all 5 of our store locations as well as our office. He installed the new camera app, fixed multiple cameras, and made sure everything was working properly. He is very professional, patient, and friendly. He took time to answer our questions and explained everything clearly. On top of that, his pricing was very fair for the amount of work completed. We highly recommend his services! read more

Communication was very prompt and informative. Needed a TV mounted outside on stucco wall. The technician was on time, respectful, explained each step, and suggested the perfect placement. He had the install in less than a hour, completed the function check and promptly cleaned up. I would highly recommend their services. read more

This is the second time dealing with this company and once again, it was a pleasure. I had a problem with my security system not functioning properly and Mo came out and fixed it immediately. He explained the problem, what he had to do to remedy said problem and once he was finished he ensured I was satisfied with his work before leaving. If I ever have another problem with anything in my home, I'm definitely going to call Mo again. read more

Wife and I work from home and we needed to expand our hard wired locations and improve WiFi signal. Joe was on time, did a quick diagnostic, and made recommendations that made sense. Felt like he was looking out for me as a customer and took time to talk through the high level details of what he was doing. Everything works great! Highly recommend. read more

The best! I can't say enough about Moe. Everything from quick responses over email at all hours, accommodating our schedule and coming on a Saturday, taking off his shoes without being asked, recommending a cost effective solution, solving a difficult wiring issue, to just being a really nice person, Moe does it all. I recommend him 100% without reservation. Thank you Moe! read more

OK, small business owner here, just want straight to the facts about what I need, Moe came in and delivered exactly that, no upsells, no bs, just "hey, this is old, you need newer and better" , tested my whole system, took care of biz and left, I would recommend him and his service easily.... read more

Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent service. No doubt, I recommend Innovation Systems, very satisfactory service!!

I had a great experience using Moe at Innovation Systems. I have a small business, and was having issues with internet speed and buffering while using Zoom. Moe was able to quickly come out, and assessed and fix the issue. We have a Unifi system throughout our house, but Moe suggested we hard wire my work laptop which increased our download speed 2.5x. This resolved all the issues I was previously having with my computer/network. He is very savvy with smart home hardware/network configurations, but also brings a software engineers approach to identifying and fixing issues. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and came out within 24 hours of reaching out to him. I highly recommend Moe, and he'll be my first call with any future computer/smart home issues. read more

The upgrade was excellent. Moe is definitely on top of his field, he's extremely knowledgeable about networking elements and home audio. We previously had a very complicated and outdated Ruckus switch setup and Moe upgraded our switch and access points to a much more modern, optimized setup with Reyee devices. Managing our home network is going to be so much easier now and we are now getting proper throughput on our WiFi network. Also, he had helped us prior with a home audio dilemma. He's so helpful, he ensured all of our wireless devices reconnected successfully. Very thorough, I highly recommend reaching out to Moe's company for any network needs. read more

I was having issues with my internet and requested a quote. Was answered right away and set up appt for the next day. Moe was on time and even texted 30 minutes before to confirm arrival time. He tested every part of my internet setup and quickly found and corrected the issue. The entire time he explained everything so that I could troubleshoot in the future (if necessary). Moe was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend using Innovation Systems if you have any technology issues. It was well worth it!! read more

Mo and his team at Innovation Systems are exceptionally fast, competent, friendly and reasonable. I requested help with a very complex networking issue where one part of the network was bottle-necked and could not achieve GbE (Gigabit speeds). Moreover the location of all the equipment and dependencies were unknown. Mo had all the knowledge and equipment to resolve this issue for me, my house is large and has several different switches and cabling in different parts of the house. He sniffed out the locations of potential issues with close to a sixth sense. We solved the issue and my office computer is now happily up and running at GbE speeds after months of frustration and a prior network vendor being unable to locate and fix the issue. I learned a lot as I was shadowing Mo and there is no doubt, Innovation Systems will be my first call or text for any future IP/Network related installs or repairs. The second part of the project was to snake a Starlink cable from the exterior, and install and connect the Starlink router to my home router. This is for fail-over connectivity and I wanted it done in an elegant and robust manner. My initial thought was to snake a 150ft Starlink cable all the way to the server-room, Mo was able to find an exterior box with networking and conduits much closer to the dish for a much more practical and technically sound solution. Mo pays great attention to the details, while never sacrificing speed of getting things done. It really shows he enjoys his craft. It's an absolute pleasure to work with him and his team and I will proactively recommend him to anyone in my local communities. read more

Moe did an excellent job at my house when I switch over to Cox communication they kept telling me that I have a strong internet signal but my Internet was not connected and getting no signal out so he spent an hour or so with them on the phone to tell them what's the problem.Moe was right Cox communication, Internet had filters on my switch and there were something wrong on the outside of my house, and in the inside of my house. He added 40 ethernet switch to run all my devices. He did cable management and label my cables in my box and made me some cat 6 Ethernet cables. He made sure all of my devices were hardwired in and working before he left the house, and he also followed up the next day to make sure everything was working. read more

Mo from Innovation Systems is a gem -- and he turned out to be just what we were looking for. He set an appointment, arrived at my home on time (even a few minutes early) and quickly diagnosed my TV streaming problem. Best of all, he had me back up and running in 15-20 minutes! Mo is knowledgeable, courteous and is very good at his job (no excuses, just results). Also a plus for me: Mo runs a local family business with longtime experience in TV and high-tech here in Vegas. I always feel it's great to work directly with a local expert, rather than a big box store. Thanks Mo for great service! Highly recommend! read more

100% satisfaction guaranteed! Mo & company will be able to suggest design, make - over, upgrade, whatever you need. I've been shopping for a couple of years now to upgrade my security system. My system worked just fine BUT - technology is advancing so rapidly. Long story short is, after having several quotes over the years we never "pulled-the-trigger" on getting an upgrade. When we met Mo, the wife and I knew immediately that we wanted him to be the one to get our updates. The very first day Mo was inside the house going over our options (there are always many options and it's whatever you want, not what he is trying to push) he asked a question about our Home-Theater system. It obviously wasn't working to its potential. Before Mo left, he had our system working the way it should have been working since the day it was installed. 100% better sound and everything working from just one remote. On the way out the door my wife asked about getting our garage door motors in sync with our smart phones. An inexpensive part from Home Depot/Lowes and that was a done deal. My Ring doorbell wasn't working at this time either and he helped us get that going with an additional indoor camera, again a fairly small expense. Shortly after all these side jobs, Mo & company spent a few hours getting our Home Security system up to date. As expected, there were many setbacks . . . The previous owner had done the initial install, so we ran into some challenges along the way. Mo had a solution for every problem that came up. Overall, we couldn't be happier. I'll be keeping Mo's phone number in my phone for any and all things that plug in or are connected via Wi-Fi . . . He's even recommended some good quality Solar Powered Flood lightening I want to install for addition security. Give Innovation Systems a call a call before you make your final decision, I guarantee You Won't Be Disappointed. read more

I moved to Las Vegas from San Diego this past week and had to get set up a mini office in my new high rise residence across from the strip with my Dell and decades worth of iconic audio for my living room area. Was hesitant to call initially with only ten reviews however they were all 5 star reviews.Moe returned my call promptly and was able to offer immediate service that worked for my schedule.Glad I took the chance. He was there next day and from the moment he arrived he went to work and got my computer and JBL monitor speakers up and running in under 30 minutes! He is fair market priced however because he is so bright, quick and talented he offers superior value.I'd put him tied for the best IT service provider I have ever worked with in 20 years.
