This thing claimed to have recovered the data from my computer's internal hard drive that I couldn't turn on but all they did once I checked the data on the thumb drive they gave me was download data from Microsoft OneDrive, they literally only download information from my OneDrive in the cloud and nothing from my computers internal drive... Why the hell would I need someone to download cloud data when I still have access to OneDrive, I thought it was weird they were asking about OneDrive. Then to add injury, these clowns wiped my internal drive so my data is now gone so super fuck them. read more

Joey responded very fast! He came the next day to pickup two laptops that needed repair. When he arrived, he was courteous...had on a mask, and he took his time and explained the situation to me & answered my questions. He communicated the entire time with me about the status of my repair. Unfortunately, my two laptops were so bad that he recommended I just get new laptops bc the cost of repair wouldn't be worth it. He explained what most likely happened to cause one laptop to be un-repairable & why it wouldn't be worth getting the screen repaired on my kids laptop.
